CJ and Chase were extremely professional and good to work with. They were knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions in detail. Chase worked to get the best deal for me and my budget. Both of them brought a very relaxed atmosphere.

Bailey came to help us out with designing our new walk in unit, we currently have a walk in tub that just is not working out for us. We are very excited to see what the finished product looks like!

I was excited to meet lucas and Annie they were very fun and polite and enjoyable they explained my siding project very thoroughly, so i can understand exactly the system and what i am getting. Lucas and Annie explained the damage and lucas was professional about my options. lucas and Annie were patient and kind. I think the work will be awesome and outstanding. Bailey and Shane both came to our home and did an excellent presentation! We were impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and patience. We are having a large custom shower built, we chose DeBella for many reasons (quality product, warranty, products made in USA…). Bailey and Shane have been excellent with follow through communication. Can’t wait to see the final project!

This company is relentless they originally came to our house said it would take 45 minutes they were there for 3 hours they kept changing there price trying to strong arm us to say yes. then the phone calls started even after I said we weren't doing the window project they called 3 times a day bugging me at work told them over and over to stop calling but still getting calls.

Everything went well, We had a very amazing expierence with both Heather and Emily, very timely, professional, all around good time. Emily worked hard to get us the best price, i give it 5 stars!

Amanda and Brent came over and gave a very detailed presentation. Originally i was looking for a patch but their inspection was impeccable and opened my eyes to needing a new roof. Unfortunately today we couldn't make a deal but they are very carefully considerated.

I met with Christina and she was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me understand the quality of the product and how it would benefit my home for years to come. I also like how Dabella is a family owned business and I will always support local family owned business.

Christina was amazing. She built our trust from the first meeting. Her explanations were thorough and uncomplicated. She answered every question and never tried to sugar coat anything. She checked on us before, during and after the job was complete. Fabulous customer service.

Terrible. Went well for the most part. But at the end when I was not committed to saying yes I'd hire them.I repeatedly told Katie I could not give a commitment that very second. And for numerous reasons such as finance rate not being available to me, the fact I had not been prepared to have or get into this decision making as I was told when the guys who came to my door the day prior & made the appointment that someone would be coming but would be outside and around the home and they would leave me some options with quotes. This was to take a total of 90 minutes. My appointment was at 2 pm. By 7:30 pm is when I was receiving every rebuttal in the world. As well as telling me that the price quote was only good for that evening. I was tired it was late I repeatedly asked her for a couple days to process it all. For 45 minutes she would ask why I needed time I told her I many reasons, I never herd of them I wanted to do my home work, get an opinion from a friend. She then was like ok let's do that like right then. At one point she said to me I told her i was gonna buy at the beginning I also had to hear about her wasted time the fact she put all that time into edgicating me on the materials just for me to go somewhere else it cheaper. Her persistence is the reason I will not use this company. I feel like even if true thats life especially being in sales.She was there 5.5 hours I had another project going (instantiation of the hood and fan to my stove)I missed overseeing cause I did not know sitting down with her for 2.5 hours was part of the 90 min window I was told they would be here and leave me quotes with options to consider. There was also information she told me that is not correct one she said the company only has 5 years in business. On line I see 2011. So is it 5 years or 10. Maybe a simple mistake who knows. But I won't be bullied into a 16 thousand dollar purchase. I also will not make a purchase for that amount with out taking time to review the info ask the opinions from a couple close friends sleep on it. She was not trying to allow me to do so, she wanted a commitment right then. She also said something to the affect of some protection thing that reviews could not be written on them until so many months after the project was complete insuring the service was good and the review would be accurate also that not just anyone was able to make reviews such as themselves.

Scott was punctual, friendly, and really went out of his way to find what I needed. I look forward to finalizing my window projects.

The company sent two salespeople to my home to give me a quote. They did not give me a quote for the job I need done (installing shingles on a small shed), even though I specifically asked for that quote. Instead, they gave me the runaround for more than an hour, trying to sell me a new roof for my home. Even when I told them that I would NOT be replacing the roof on my home, they continued to try to sell me a new house roof. When I point-blank asked for the requested quote, they started giving me the runaround on replacing the shed roof. I would never hire this company, nor would I ever invite them to give me another quote in the future. They wasted more than an hour of my time! (And I never did get a quote for the job I need to have done.)

Braden was very respectful and DaBella offers a great service at a good price. They care about their customers and work to take care of their needs.

Mercedes was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable about the product. Professional in her approach and explained all aspects of manufacture threw install and warranty. She gave options and ideas for financing to assist with our decision.

Colby out of Spokane, the Dabella rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. He came out and was very nice and respectful threw the entire process.

Jeremiah was friendly and helpful. He knew his trade and I'm looking forward to see the final product.

Had Alice and Miranda come out and were fantastic. We are not going to start our new roof project yet. But they were so great, gave us all the information and more! Not to mention had great attitudes. Trying to make sure we are getting the best price for everything we are looking for. For sure when we start this project we are going to use Dabella!

DaBella sales rep. Isaiah came to our home to go over the est. cost for a new roof and gutters for our home. Isaiah presentation and information regarding everything from the quality of materials to the workmanship was extremely through and the extent of his knowledge was very impressive! At the end of the presentation, it was a no brainer and the decision was easy to move forward with the contract for installation. I would highly recommend this company and of course Isaiah was an absolute pleasure to talk with! M & C Caldwell

Alice Grimwood 4/22 /21 My wife and I were looking to redo our bathroom— (take out a tub/shower and have a walk-in shower installed). We were contacted by a representative of DaBella construction. The representative that arrived at our home was Alice Grimwood (phone: 253-720 -4942). On a scale of 1 to 5 We would give her a 5Plus. First of all, she was on time for our appointment. She was considerate of our pets (two dogs) and was concerned about covid. She was wearing a mask. She was very thorough. She wanted to see what we had and then inquired what we had envisioned. She then sat down and presented us with a multitude of options for us to consider. We then put together a proposed package. She was very helpful in showing us the pros and cons of our ideas. With her knowledge of the products, she was a tremendous help in determining a product that would meet the needs that we were looking for. She was a great help. She listened and would make suggestions based on our questions. She was well spoken, and very polite. She helped us get a price that was within our budget. She wasn’t pushy and did not try to sell us items that we did not need We would highly recommend Alice Grimwood at DaBella (253 720-4942) for any remodeling projects that you may have.

We are so glad we chose DaBella to do our roof. We were in a bit of a time crunch to get this done and Arnie Lopez made the process simple, affordable, and stress free! We should have called him sooner. Great product and even better service. We are so happy and excited!

Everyone was professional and did a complete job of explaining what was included in installing the roof and types of materials used. Isaiah explained all of the paperwork and what we needed to do to make sure everyone was safe during the install. A very complete upfront explanation.
