My roof and windows are scheduled to be installed January & March 2021. I had not intended to make this purchase the day Bobby and Chester came over to give me estimates. However, I was very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and patience, as well as the quality of the products. They took the time to walk me through the current condition of my roof and windows and clearly explain what my options were. We spent several hours reviewing materials, warranties, timelines and financing. Bobby was very reassuring, upfront and honest. He really went above and beyond in trying to get me the best financing possible and even made extra trips out here to go over paperwork and answer questions. Bobby has made it very clear that he is available at any time during this process. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales experience. Bobby & Chester really are the best and I’m really looking forward to my new roof and beautiful windows next year.

Alice was incredibly thorough. She showed us our options, to be able to chose based off of finances and quality. She really went to bat to try and help us fit it in our budget. We are weighing our decision to go with them.

Alex, the sales rep from DaBella, was completely professional. She knows the products and the services her company provides inside and out. I've had contractors before who've I merely settled with, but Alex was a joy to work with. Her no B.S. attitude was very refreshing. Alex told me what it would cost, how long it would take, and extolled the quality of her company's products and services, and it was clear that she was sincere. She was polite from the start, courteous, and moreover, she was kind, a quality that I hold in high regard. DaBella is quite fortunate to have an employee such as Alex, and based on my interaction with her, I would gladly give this company my repeat business.

My son just bought a house in Shelton that needs some work done. Arnie was very knowledgeable about windows and roofing and I felt like he really cared about helping my family. I will be calling him to do the windows and roof for my sons house!

Alice was great to work with and very professional. The installers are halfway done at it looks great!

Very professional. Informed about their products and company. Like them being a local and smaller company with people who are personable and honest. Plan on using them when my roof is due to be replaced. Lucas and Ramiro gave a very professional presentation.

Reps were very courteous and professional. Phillip was very detailed in this description of the process, and pricing. There was a new employee with Phillip his name was Chris he already knew a lot about not only the product but the company. I would do business with both of these young men,again.

Philip and Cindy were very professional and knowledgeable of the product. They were friendly and very transparent as to the cost, product and what it would take to replace a roof. Overall, they were a very good team!

They were great, the work was excellent, 5 stars on everything, across the board, the crew was absolutely wonderful. from start to finish the work was topnotch, excellent clean up and they did a great job. The Roofs Lifetime warranty and transferrable to next owner of the house.

They were done in two days with the roof and on day with the gutters. Everything was cleaned up and taken away. Nice job. Thank you Kyle Pearson.

Being a single elderly woman i was very pleased with Ryan. He made me feel so comfortable and educated me greatly. I have not been able to see my roof for quite some time and he went out of his way to take picture and bring them in to me. I am all for referring him and the companies professionalism.

The salesman was very very nice and I hate to have to leave this review, but I think consumers should know when they contact this company. The salesman wasn't a roofer- he was a pitch man, although I suppose he has training. He was late to the house by about 15 minutes. His bid at first came in $12,000 higher than the average of 4 other bids I'd previously had done. Then, if you put down $500 today they'd drop it by $3,000. Seriously? Like I would pay over $20,000 for a simple comp shingle roof on a 1600 sq ft rambler? Well then, you know that after he called "the manager " the price came down to $14,000. It would take one day with 3 guys to do that roof. Sorry, but it's WAY off, and the sales pitch went on for almost an hour and a half. Just letting future potential customers what to expect when you make the appointment.

David was a great salesperson. We didn’t think they could make it happen, but their financing package pulled it all together.
