Description of Work: Gary updated my Mac OS system. Mine was so out-of-date that he had to first install the Snow Leopard Software to then install the Mountain Lion Software. He tuned up the machine and fixed a number of small issues. He even got my iphone hooked up to the Cloud.

Description of Work: This was probably the best overall service experience that I have received in any category, ever. I had multiple Mac and router related issues that were resolved in a very efficient and professional manner. Gary was a delight to work with and his knowledge of both Macs and HP technology was perfect for my needs. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone who asks. The $140 cost included 2 site visits as I needed to buy a new router before he could finish. He actually gave me a call a day after completion to see if everything was still working well...and it was. All in all, an excellent experience!

Description of Work: I was very pleased with Gary, and have used him several times since for Mac service and questions. It's been quite awhile since I used the Big Deal, so I don't remember the dates. He helped me to clean up my computer, and advised me on a hard drive system which I'm very pleased with.

Description of Work: I had someone out prior to Gary who was not aware of how to help me with my mac, a well known pc repair company that charged $167.00 an hour. That repairman did nothing to help me, it was obvious the repairman knew little to nothing about a Mac.When searching Angies list for a Mac repairman I found Gary and his coupon, read his reviews and bought it. Gary went beyond my expectations. He spent a lot of time with my system, clearly he is an expert in Apple Products. My system was a mess; he cleaned files, did a tuned, reset my time capsule to work for my backup, and left me with excellent tutorials to help me further polish my own Mac skills. I am a prior pc owner who needed his help desperately, he has me set up and running like new again. I am so pleased with his professionalism and expertise. I will hire him again soon to help with apps on our sons IPad2. And would recommend him to any Apple product owner.
