Description of Work: I would have to go back through my files to see exactly when he came out. My approximate date may be way off, we've had so much happen since then. In any case, he cleaned up my old computer so that it runs much better. He helped us understand and get better use out of our house wireless connections. He solved or improved all the problems we asked him to look into. It was a great job. We were very pleased. We're planning to have him back soon to look into a different computer with different problems.

Description of Work: I had emailed Gary with computer questions and he was very punctual in replying back to me. |Gary put more memory in both of my computers which make them run better. He resolved some issues I had with the WI_FI that I had put in years ago. Got to change my password that was more user friendly for me. He did maintenance work on my computers. So I plan on using his services at least once a year.

Description of Work: The service was wonderful. Gary showed up right on the dot. He was extremely professional and VERY competent. He went over my computer, cleaned up a few things and showed me some tools on how to use it more effectively. He answered all of my questions, and was available afterwards via email for an additional question that I had, later. Extremely nice person. I would hire him again, in a minute. He really knows his stuff!
