I contacted Gary and explained the situation. He gave me a quote and we set up a time and date to get the work done. Everything went smoothly. He performed the work expected, gave me options on several issues and completed those issues as well. I would not hesitate in the least to hire him to work on my MAC or HP printer, fax and scanner. I would also recommend him to anyone for their computer issues and problems. He was very professional, dressed accordingly (not your Geek Squad heavy metal type complete with tats and piercings) and a pleasure to have in your home.

I called Gary on Monday morning. He returned my call at 1:00pm and we scheduled an appointment for Friday. He arrived at exactly the appointed time. I had prepared a list of issues which he began to resolve. He asked appropriate questions and responded to ours without the use of obscure geek terminology. Gary is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and able to communicate without talking down to novices. We were totally satisfied with Gary, his work, price and follow-up. We had a small issue the next morning so we sent an email which he responded to within 15 minutes and the issue was resolved. We would definitely recommend him and will not hesitate to call him in the future.

It came up after having his service was excellent. He had came back again to do a tune up to clean up my computer and make it more efficient, handy, faster, and get rid of dead ends. I am a professional photographer. I have two printers that suddenly were not recognized by the computer. I could not print. I stopped dead as I could not get print out. He spent more time than allotted for the tune up which is what I had paid for. I asked again to put more effort into it and he arrived at a solution and shared it with me. Of course, I never had the problem again. But approximately a year later, I had a problem which was so daunting and strange that I called him up. He helped to solve it over the phone. I spent again a good deal of time walking me through different remedies. He is just an incredible person. This man worked for Hewlett-Packard, a PC guy who worked for 20 years. He fell in love with Steve Jobs and became an Apple wizard. He could diagnose Apple systems inside out. He is just absolutely the best. Anybody who could take a technical problem and solve it over the phone is just amazing. I can't speak highly enough of him. I had called him for tune up for Apple computers which I had donated to a preschool. People came to me and said it was just an incredible experience. He did not charge me for this job. This man comes into their house and he works it all out. He does everything and showed all ins and outs. He gave a list of things that he had done so that they could understand entirely. This guy with a PC knowledge and an Apple enthusiastic background which just makes him extraordinary. I have not met anybody like him. He really is amazing. He gave much more than the basic service which is excellent overall experience. He went the extra mile. He is above the grading mechanism; he is a breed apart. I know he is very successful. He is very busy. There is a distinction between the Apple and PC person. He is a nerd. When I make a joke he doesn't quite understand. He has those qualities of an Apple person. He is extraordinary. He has joined the land of the saved of the Big Bang theory. I would absolutely use him in the future.

First class service. Gary at In-home Technology helped me over the phone with my problems from having my e-mail hijacked. He walked me through what needed to be done on my computer. I am most grateful. I have used his services before and would highly recommend him.

We had a need under deadline and contacted Gary Hays by phone after seeing him mentioned in Angie's list. He asked pertinent questions on the phone and explained that he was familiar with the problem we had, which is not that common among Mac users. He came to our home office at the time agreed to with all the equipment he needed and immediately began to assess the problem by asking us questions and exploring the computer. While we are senior citizens rather naive about what to do when anything goes wrong with our computers, Gary was never condescending or obscure in his questions or explanations. He has a gift for transmitting information to non-experts. Following his visit Gary followed up by phone and email to check on our progress in recovering the functions of the computer following the directions he had left with us.

Gary was efficient and very professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I'm a novice when it comes to technology so he patiently answer my questions. He stayed an extra hour and a half to work on additional tasks that were out side the contract I'd signed for. I'm grateful for his expertise and will call him if I have future computer needs. I absolutely recommend him!

We initially emailed the owner, Gary, and received an immediate response. He suggested some troubleshooting, then came out to our house to see what we were dealing with. We were having connectivity issues and Gary immediately identified the problem, came up with a plan, ordered the equipment and installed around our busy schedule. He was very efficient, organized and precise. Our wireless system has never worked as efficiently as it does now. We would definitely use this company again and highly recommend to our friends and family. Gary was a wealth of information and provided valuable suggestions for other issues we hadn't even thought about.

Gary was very flexible; I bought a coupon from him early in the year but didn't claim it until August. He was helpful, prompt, followed through on everything he said he would do, etc. I would recommend him.

My iMac is at least 6 years old and was moving slowly. I had several other little glitches that I didn't know how to fix so I took advantage of the Angieslist Big Deal and contacted Gary Hays. The coupon was for a "Complete computer tune-up for Mac users". Gary was able to come out within the week that I phoned him. He arrived promptly and asked me some questions about how things were going with my computer and what were my issues. I am illiterate in all things computer so he did a great job of asking me simple questions and explaining things to me. He was able to really clean things up and get my computer running more efficiently. While we were waiting on some function to be performed I asked him about an email problem I was having on my laptop and he generously fixed that for me. He was generous with his knowledge and patient with my ignorance. I will definitely call Gary with all my future computer issues.

Gary promptly arrived at my home as planned. As he went through the tune-up process, he was really great about explaining things to me. The installation of the hard drive took a little more time than anticipated, but he stuck with his original estimate. Gary was professional in every way. Now the Mac is in great shape and has a much bigger hard drive. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Gary was caught in traffic but phoned to say he was delayed a few minutes. He was pleasant and got to work immediately and soon had our computer fixed and running smoothly. I would definitely use ITS again. Great service.

Gary did a good job helping us switch users from one computer to the other, upgrade the memory, get backup system automated, and other things I wish I could describe but my brain doesn't work that way. Gary was referred to me by another Angie's List member/family member, and I found his services to be exactly as advertised. He was responsive via email, and even helped sreamline our appointment by suggesting tasks I could take care of in advance of his arrival. He was prompt, efficient, hard-working, knowledgeable, helpful, competent and his prices are reasonable. He came prepared with a cable that wasn't shipped with AppleTV, and retails for more than double the amount he charged us for it. He moved all of our files from our old Mac to our new one, and gave us many ideas for salvaging the old Mac and using the new one. I will definitely call Gary in the future when we need computer services, and will recommend him without reservation to anyone needing Mac help at home.

Gary is knowledgeable, very professional, and courteous and also persistent. I think I threw him a curveball with the PC, but he kept at it til it worked and he didn't have to work on the PC at all!. I am very grateful to Gary!

Got Gary Hays' name from an adverisement/special offer on Angie's List. Didn't need the service being offered (system clean-up), but did need some other Mac-related stuff. He was prompt and efficient, and got both items on my agenda done within the hour that is his minimum charge (after solving the Firefox issue by email). He will be my hired gun of choice for any future Mac problems.

He went right to work on my laptop and ascertained that I do have enough operating memory and storage memory. He explained the difference between the two types of memory in a way that made sense. He removed applications that I do not use. I had a list of concerns and we went over each and every one. I know I can email or call him with any further questions.
