+ -1 moreI really wanted this to go well. I read the reviews from the Woodinville and Kent franchises and hoped for the best. Big Mistake. I'll try and keep this short. John Pryor came and estimated the overall time/cost to load unload the truck. He was way off. The movers showed up late, and even with an extra guy, took MUCH longer than what was estimated. The workers (5) worked hard, but not smart. Walls were dinged, furniture was dinged and damaged. Several doors were taken off in the old and new house to facilitate moving, and weren't put back. All in all (keeping a LONG story short), it was horrible. Due to the serious underestimation of time/space, several items had to be moved the next day, and the workers were lazy and still left many things for me to try and cram into my SUV at the last minute prior to closing. The trucks were new and super nifty, but that is where it ended. The workers were nice, but not careful, and extremely unhappy with the manager/estimator because it ended up taking much longer than they were told. The only thing that was good was that the final bill could not be more than 25% of the estimate. This was good because the time ended up being more than double the estimate.
Description of Work: Moved contents of our 2960 square foot home 8.5 miles to a new 2790 square foot home.
