John came over on a weekend to give us a bid, which was lower than we expected. On the day of service, he came on time, was good with our dogs, and did a great job! All the tile looks like new, and his charges were so reasonable that we feel like we can afford to have him come back every year! We highly recommend Grout Doctor!

Grout work was done with quality and care. John even came out a couple days later when I noticed that the shower window frame had to be re-caulked. Original installer at first tried to be responsive to grout that disintegrated within weeks after we moved into our new home. - They sent their less than competent tech back 3 times (eventually sending a supervisor with him), but each time the grout disintegrated in a week or two. The Grout Doctor called us back right away; Came out that very day Diagnosed that the original installer had allowed air under the grout. He told us the actual grout (for which we had paid extra when we built the house as top drawer - just not used correctly. He removed the grout from one whole quadrant of the shower and re-did it. After having troubles for over a year, this man has performed a permanent fix. We'd use him again in a New York minute, but doubt we'll need him.

They showed up right on time, cleaned all areas agreed upon and then did some extra at no charge. All areas looked like new when they were done. Also, the sealer they used didn't leave a chemical smell.

John was responsive in setting up an appointment to determine the work to be done. He provided an accurate estimate, and the work was completed as scheduled. Most importantly, he did excellent work. I would hire again.

We had some tiles come loose in the kitchen which caused pieces of grout to pop out. They did a fantastic job repairing the loose tiles and missing grout. We also had them clean and reseal the entire kitchen floor. They also cleaned and resealed our tile bathroom shower and the bathroom floor. Looks new again - very happy with the results and also very nice people.

I left this company three voice mails and sent them an email through Angies list. They have not responded to any of my queries. To me, this means they are very unprofessional. I see others writing reviews of their work around the time of my calls, so I know they are still in business. Very disappointed, as they came highly recommended by one of our friends, as well as Angie's list.

She did a FANTASTIC job! She was very thorough and detailed. Arrived on time and was very professional. The caulking behind our kitchen sink was a mess and looked terrible. She cleaned and recaulked and made it look the best it ever has. She also worked very h****** our master bathroom shower. We had dirty, gray, yucky corners and edges in the shower and we just couldn't get them cleaned up. She came in and cleaned it all up. Took out the old grout and redid it -- it looks amazing. I wish we'd had her come a long time ago. We highly recommend this company. They know what they are doing. Have been doing it for years and are honest, thorough, detailed, and fair pricing.

Very responsive in making appointment. Thorough in work. Requested a return to reseal a portion of the job 3 months later and there was no hesitation in their return-very happy to provide service.

John came over to do an estimate for fixing my tile shower floor. He explained what was wrong with the floor, told me how much it would cost to fix (at a different time; he did not have the tile required, and the existing tiles were too damaged) and recommended that I consider having the floor replaced, a service beyond his scope. His explanation was thorough, clear and convincing. I would happily recommend Grout Doctor to anyone, and will call again if I ever need grout work. In the meantime, I will be replacing the floor, with gratitude for the fine (and free) advice.

The contractor arrived as scheduled. Walk through the job. the contractor washed the stone tile and then put a sealer on the tile.
