Dakota (John's son) did a great job removing old deteriorating grout and regrouting the shower curb, and in acid washing the floor of the shower. He was very punctual, answered all our questions, and id a great job.

They were very good. The worker who actually did the work was excellent and very friendly and helpful.

They are absolutely wonderful! The sealant brought out the color of the tiles but didn't leave a glossy, shiny finish. They are exactly as we wished.

Friendly folks and I'm sure they do good work elsewhere. However they came out and told us the leak was in the tiles and that they needed to reseal. After we resealed and installed a new shower enclosure we found out the leak was instead in the pan and had to have everything torn out and replace. The initial work which was completely unnecessary cost us over $2000 for the Grout Doctor to find, reseal and have another company install new enclosure which had to be torn out. Subsequently we had a plumber come out who plugged the drain and informed us within a half our that the leak was in the pan.

They did a good job. They were very professional. They explained things, they fixed it. It looked like they were never even there when it was all done. I think they did a very good job. They came in, they were very punctual. They came when they said they would, they did what they said, and they did a good job.

John and his assistant did an excellent job, and even touched up the caulk in our second bathroom shower. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

They showed up on time. Dakota, the son, worked on the tub and the kitchen sink and did an excellent job. John worked on the shower stall. He had to come back a second time as the grout remained a dark dirty color. It is still a little splotchy but we will keep it as it is.

Called them to do some work for me, but instead, talked with them about how I could do it myself and how to verify I had mixed the grout correctly. Really appreciated their honesty and willingness to take the time to walk me through it.

They never contacted me! I hope I didn't get billed for this! It was an Angie's List advertised deal that came in an email.

She had to reschedule because of snow but showed up on time at the new appointment date. It took about three hours and she did a very nice job cleaning and sealing the tile and grout in our master bath which included the shower enclosure, floors and counter top. She removed the old silicone seals from around the bottom of the shower and the kitchen sink and replaced them with the appropriate materials. She also added a bead of clear silicone along the edge of the tub and floor in our guest bathroom. Very professional.

Star the technician did a great job. She left the tub surround and entire area looking brand new! Also Star provided help and information about maintaining a shower pan in another bathroom. Thanks, Star!

All of the workmanship was excellent. Everything looks new again. Star even gave us tips where to get the products to reseal the grout in the future and the specialized cleaning product she uses on the tile.
