Description of Work: Star took care of cleaning, caulking, and sealing our kitchen counter & backsplash tile, counter & floor tile in bathrooms, and all the tile in and around the shower & tub. Our house is almost 13 years old and none of the tile was sealed previously, and was needing help. She did a fantastic job and I plan to have Grout Doctor visit each year for annual upkeep.

Description of Work: Starr primarily did recaulking for us in the kitchen between the backsplash tile and the countertop as well as in the master bath around the shower. She recognized that my husband had inadvertently caulked over the weep holes in the shower pan and remedied that. She also regrouted the space where our master bath tub met the tile floor. Clean, professional work.

Description of Work: Cleaned and re-caulked the tub surround in the bathroom and re-caulked around kitchen sink. |The contractor entered the house unauthorized without permission: The work was not scheduled to occur until the following week. They were in the neighborhood and "swung by". The house was open for airing-out as the wood floor had JUST been refinished. Although the work was done, and looked good, I question their professionalism. No one attempted to call to notify me they were going to the site on an alternate date. Fortunately the wood floors had cured enough that only one small mark showed at the front door entry...

Description of Work: I had my shower stall grouted and sealed. The Grout Doctor also did some cleanup of water stains on my floor tiles. |When John gave me the estimate, he immediately diagnosed a water problem. I had to replace the drywall behind a section of tiles in the shower prior to his grouting/sealing work. He was able to clean and reuse the removed tiles. He also caulked where necessary. He did an excellent job. In one spot, I had some shrinkage of grout and John immediately came over and fixed the problem. He also, went above and beyond and cleaned the grout on my floor tiles. I would definitely use him again.
