Description of Work: They came on time and assessed our situation. They then told us that the job they could do on our tile would be a temporary one at best, needing annual work to keep it up. I was told that because they are professionals, they would not commit to doing such service and gave me some suggestions on how to go about finding a permanent solution. I was very impressed and will go right to them in the future if I have any work for them.

Description of Work: The grout in the shower had suffered--it was crumbly and discolored. Also, there was crumbly grout around the tub. They repaired the grout quickly, matching the color, and it looked like new.

Description of Work: Star cleaned the tile and grout in 2 showers (one granite tile, one marble tile). She also regrouted the floor and part of the walls and repaired a couple of loose tiles with John's help in the first shower. The second shower just needed some minor grout work. | |The work was scheduled in a timely manner but Star was ill so John called to reschedule. He offered me a time 2 business days later. I opted for a different, more convenient day for me. Star was exactly on time and got right to work. The work looked good, the area was cleaned up nicely, and she was done in the predicted amount of time. Star was pleasant and professional.
