Description of Work: The Grout Doctor was on time for our appointment, thorough, pleasant and completed his work in a timely manner. This was a big deal that was well worth the money.

Description of Work: They did a good job. I would recommend them and use them again for cleaning tile floors.

Description of Work: He worked with us to get an appointment that worked for us and then was really polite when he came. I was amazed that he could clean the grout (and reseal some spots) to new-looking. We discussed future work and he provided an estimate without being asked. We plan to get him back for the tile repair.

Description of Work: Cleaned the grout in our walk in shower. It was stubborn and took lots of elbow grease. So much for mildew resistant grout. We were very pleased with the effort and results.

Description of Work: Very nice individual who cleaned and repaired grout in large tile bathroom. He missed several areas and many of the spots "repaired" have subsequently failed. Overall a subpar job.

Description of Work: I hired the Grout Doctor through an Angie's List Big Deal special and will continure to use this contractor in the future at his regular rates. Jon Start arrived on time even though it was a long trip and he cleaned, repaired, caulked, and sealed my tiled showers, walls, and floors in two bathrooms. The $20 extra distance charge was very fair and reasonable and not unexpected. I had thought I needed to have everything spotless and so I didn't think I'd get as much work done but Jon cleaned what I missed and proceeded on with the sealing. He also repaired a plumbing fixture in a bathtub and that was a nice surprise since that wasn't part of the fee. He used a product that wasn't as strong smelling as many are these days so the odor was gone within two days max after drying which helped keep asthma symptoms low. I will hire him again and tell my neighbors about this business.

Description of Work: I recently, had my bathrooms tiled and i wanted to make sure they were sealed. I felt the grout doctor did this for me.

Description of Work: After several appointments (within the past three months) having canceled and rescheduled by the owners of Grout Doctor, today would have been the day that my kitchen grout was scheduled for maintenance. But to no avail. Beth, the receptionist made a scheduling snafu even though she called me last week to confirm today's appt., Jan. 4, 2012 at 9am. I have been very understanding and supportive of their predicament: not having enough qualified personnel, illness, family vacations, etc.). But I am very disappointed that they didn't show up on the day that we finally agreed to service my counter.

Description of Work: I bought the coupon for grout cleaning on Angie's List on June 21st. I called anf made the appointment for 2 months out because we were having some other work done. John arrived right on time and did a great job on our master bath shower and countertops. He cleaned it all and then replaced the grout where it was needed. He then sealed the grout and it looks great!
