got an email to schedule tune up right after we bought the special, which was great. scheduled within a week, on time and Victor was great. He checked everything out, and even though our motor is pretty old and shady he said it was fine and we didn't need to worry about a new one yet. when we do we will hire these guys!

They did a great job removing old one and installing the new one. They were able to come on the weekend with only a couple of days notice. It was a life saver.

The repairman arrived right on time, immediately saw what needed to be done, and quickly repaired the door. Then he performed a thorough inspection and adjustment, tightening all of the bolts and lubricating everything. He also gave me hints on how to avoid future repair calls. He even through in maintenance of our other door all for the base service call fee.

This went very well. The tech spent a lot of time making sure everything was working correctly. I was pleased with the results. The door worked a lot better afterwards.

Great. Door operates smoothly and quietly now.

My garage door is still pretty new so it didn't need the rollers replaced. He lubricated all of the hinges. I was taught how to lubricate it myself, given a can of lubricant, and told what type of replacement battery I needed to get to replace the garage door opener battery myself. I'd say it went great. He also showed me how to replace the battery in the clicker for the garage door and replaced the battery in the keypad for the garage door opener.

Technician was professional, punctual, and friendly. He was able to perform the work quickly and to our satisfaction. We would use this company again.

They did a good job. There was nothing I did't like. In fact, my neighbor came and asked if it was possible for them to look at her door. After he left my house he went and looked at hers. They gave me a window of time they would show up and they called before they came. He was a nice guy and seemed to know what he was doing.

Appointment was made for two days after I called (I wasn't in a rush so I didn't ask about quicker service). Techs called 15 minutes before arriving and got to my place right on the scheduled time. There were two of them and the work went quick (done in about 20 minutes). I was asked if I wanted the higher rated springs, they told me the benefit and costs of the choices, but there wasn't any hard "upsell." As one person changed the spring the other lubed the rollers and checked the opener of the other garage door. When the spring was done they lubed and adjusted the opener of that door. They then gave me tips on how to keep the doors quiet and how to adjust the automatic opener. Both were very professional and friendly. I plan on replacing my doors in the next few years and won't hesitate calling The Door Works for a bid on that job. Cost for single spring replacement = $213-$25 (Angies List discount) = $188 + tax

They replaced all the rollers and the door is 200% quieter now.

The tech came 5 mins early, was very professional. Quick worker (15 mins for the maintenance work) but patient in answering questions. He left the garage cleaner than when he arrived (unexpectedly). The door works great and we wouldn't hesitate to call this company again if we needed help.

Victor showed up on time and was efficient, would use them again if required. He gave advice on some DIY things to do to maintain the door which was appreciated.

It was perfect. Got a call to schedule appointment. Got calls from technician on day of appointment. Tech was friendly and goid appearance. He worked on doors and gave me some great advice on maintenance that will save me money in the future. He replaced a worn weather strip on one door and lubricated both.

The main spring on my garage door broke and had to be replaced. I also decided the do some preventive maintenance and change the spring on the second door. I called these guys based on their Angie's List rating. They gave me a competitive price, schedule service the next day, showed up right on time, were professional and competent, and done in less than an hour. And when I gave the installer my Angies List discount coupon, he told me the seniors discount was better so we went with that. I am very satisfied with their work.
