Spring replacement went fine - quick and fast. BUT two things didn't go well. 1. I asked to provide an estimate to upgrade doors to be hi-lift and replace opener, which I never did. Even after calling company multiples times to remind about this. 2. Justin convinced me into buying more expensive springs, while he knew that I am looking to convert door to be hi-lift. Now I am learning that those springs can't be used and would need to be replaced again. Definitely will not recommend or hire again.

I got the $60 "tune up" coupon. The tech came out at a time that worked with my schedule and fixed the misaligned rail that was causing my garage door to sometimes hiccup and not close properly. He also lubricated all the parts and unbent a portion of the bottom of the door. The garage door is running super smooth now!

Justin did a great job. He helped diagnose the issue I had with a really old door system and suggested options that were more budget conscious than other quote, including re-using the existing door that was totally fine to keep. Instead it was the motor, etc., that needed replacing. Great value, work, and clean up.

Quick response for in-home estimation. Willing to work out cost to earn the business. They got the job done well. Very positive experience and will hire again.

Very easy. I was pleased that the prices listed on the website were correct, and the service call was included in the spring+installation price. Just prior to his arrival, part of our top wooden panel separated and he took a few minutes to install new ties we bought while he worked. He offered new rollers as a completely optional suggestion - they were cheap at $5 each installed, and do make the door much quieter. He serviced the rest of the door, tightening screws and adjusting everything for a great result. Definitely would hire again.

Absolutely amazing! The spring broke at 6.00pm, trapping both my cars inside. I requested a call from the Door Company through Angie's list at 8.00pm. I was called at 10.00am the next morning. Lauren arrived at noon and was finished by 3.00pm. He was highly skilled, very reasonably priced, and very courteous. Thank you Lauren for a job well done. Mel.

The technician was prompt, called us prior to let us know he was about 20 minutes from arrival. He was courteous and professional. Did his job. We will definitely use them again. Price was very reasonable

They were prompt to respond. The technician, Victor called to let me know when he would be there and let me know to move the vehicles out before he arrived. He was courteous and professional and pointed out some of the issues with the door. He replaced the rollers and lubricated and adjusted the door and opener. What an noticeable difference. The door is smooth and quiet and no more stopping half way. The Angie's big deal was an incredible value for the service.

I sent them a message for a quote on Aug 3rd (a Saturday) and they were the first to respond. They were able to send a tech out Aug 5th, which was very fast considering it wasn't an emergency. Victor was great to work with and was very knowledgeable. It probably took him about an hour. I had him replace both springs with their higher end springs (6 year warranty). I would use them again!

Door works was the first vendor to reply to my request and was persistent in trying to reach me as soon as possible. Victor provided excellent repair service and offered advice regarding how to maintain and prolong the life of the garage door. Would definitely work with Door Works again.

Very happy with the work performed. Contractor rep, Victor, came out exactly on the agreed upon date and time. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Replaced the damaged part and performed some maintenance by lubing the track with the proper grease and spraying a heavy duty oil on the other moving parts. Victor was friendly and professional. Would definitely use again.

Great work. I've had tune-ups before but not as thorough. He even tuned up my motor and for the first time in years the door works seamlessly. What a bargain! One of the best.
