The Door Works

The garage door works great now. All wheel/rollers were replaced and some alignment adjustments were made.

They were very responsive and came out the same day I called. I paid a little more for a very quiet door mechanism with an app I can use to check if the garage door is closed.

I had them do the tuneup on 2 garage doors. They replaced the rollers on both doors and tightened up the loose nuts on the hinges and lubricated them. One door was having some issues with not wanting to close and it was causing the door opener to not work very well and the tech discovered the rails were out of alignment and fixed that issue as well. Service was $59 per door plus tax. Definitely worth it!

Job was handled in a professional and timely manner. Lube all the hinges and rollers for no additional cost even on a door that was not repaired

Very well. Victor was a great guy and provided helpful tips. The only stumbling block was the sales tax which he did not have correct (we are a non-rta district). They should update their software so they get the rates right. I emailed their office to inform them of their error. They did not respond.

The responsiveness after reserving by purchasing the Angie's List coupon was amazing, I placed the order on Monday was called within a few hours and scheduled immediately for Saturday. I was called when they were 10-15 out, they arrived and took care of everything. Very courteous, professional, and great to work with. Would definitely call on them again if needed.

Work was done in October 2017. Tech made excuses for a sight slope in garage floor and left a gap between door and side wall. I'm obviously not an expert but though there was enough adjustment allowance to cover gap.

They solved the mystery - my garage door was opening by itself - usually in the middle of the night - and I wouldn't know until the next morning that my garage door stood open all night! They fixed it!

Victor inspected my garage door and did a very good job of explaining any issues with it. Apparently, it is in good shape and I am glad to have The Door Works as a company that I can use in the future if anything breaks.

Great! The technician knew right away what was wrong, and fixed it. He also gave me tips on keeping it working smoothly, and gave me a new can of spray lubricant to keep it maintained. We do need some other work on the door, and because of the experience, will probably call his company.

Wonderful, not only did Victor take care of the one door, he checked the other side and oiled all the necessary wheels, etc., Can't say enough about Victor and the company also.

We received an email the next day after purchasing on Angie's list. We were given a choice of days and time and were scheduled the later in the week. The workman arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problems and then went about doing the tune up including replacement of each of the rollers. When he completed the job he went through what he had done and showed us how the doors were now fixed. He made recommendations for maintenance tasks we should perform to keep the doors in good shape.

excellent - our garage door was cranky and hadnt been serviced for 5-7 years by prior owners, was noisy, cranky and would be stuck in winters. Door works came in, greased, oiled, changed rollers, explained to me what I need to do moving fwd. The best $60 i spent (special for garage door tune up)
