Super. One of the best home project experiences we have had since moving to the Bellevue area in 2013. From A-Z, Rod, Laren and Katie from The Door Works were prompt, efficient and extremely helpful in making decisions from style selection to color. They know the business and this is a company that we know we can trust to do things "the right way." Glad to support a family-owned small business in the Seattle area.

Excellent. The installer (Victor) was very professional and knowledgeable. He spent extra time adjusting the door's alignment, which I appreciated. Install was performed next-day, communication was good, and I am very happy with the results. This is the second opener I've had installed, and both experiences have been positive. Thanks!

The Door Works was prompt in their communication and they had good availability. We were able to arrange the work in the next day or two, the person doing the repair gave us a good time window and was prompt in getting there. They did excellent work, the door has never functioned better. The prices were very good. AND THEY DIDN'T TRY TO SELL US ON ADDITIONAL WORK WHILE THEY DID THE REPAIR. I will definitely be calling them for any additional work we want done on our garage doors.

I called on a Saturday and the job was performed that same day. The tech, Victor, was polite and professional. Totally satisfied with all aspects of the interaction and my garage door is is fixed, the spring had snapped, it was replaced, functions smoothly with no big slam when it comes down to the pavement. Highly recommended.

Excellent service; would definitely hire them again. I was able to get a next day appointment easily. My garage door is manually operated. Victor did not just replace the broken spring, he recalculated and put in better ones. He also lubricated the hinges and bearings and replaced a few missing nuts. The door has never worked so well as it does now; I can open and close it with one finger.

The service lady was easy to talk to and make scheduling. The guys were punctual and replaced seals at the bottom then lubricant the garage wheels. Very easy to work with and would honor Angie's coupon.

Only the rollers were replaced. A little disappointing as the deal I bought said more services would’ve been provided.

What a wonderful experience with garage door service and repair - FINALLY. After 20 years of having various other garage door companies come out and replace parts with less-than-satisfactory results, The Door Works sent Victor, probably the best repairman EVER,and within a very short period of time - he replaced a small part, adjusted some things, and the door works better than it has in 20 years. My advice - call here first.

These guys were great! They were prompt, on time, and service was quick and well done. They replaced garage door wheels, tuned up the tension, replaced seals around the doors, and reset my door code which was never given to me when I originally purchased the house.

Used the Angie's List deal for a garage door tune up. The scheduling process was quick and easy. The technician (Victor) arrived right at the beginning of the scheduled window, after giving 30 minutes notice via phone as requested. The service was efficient and effective. It gave new life to an old door. The rollers were failing, the door was making horrible noises, and it would frequently bind when closing. Victor replaced the rollers, lubricated everything, adjusted the opener, and made sure everything was aligned. He provided a number of helpful tips and recommendations to keep the door working well. There was no upsell attempt, which I appreciated. A+ experience across the board.

Requested for an estimate and had someone come over to look at our garage. Next day we received an estimate that was DOUBLE than my lowest quote for the SAME EXACT DOOR. Other 3 quotes were only a few hundred off. It was also a little shady that they were the only ones that gave us 24 hours to make a decision on the estimate. All the other estimates was valid for 1 month. I emailed to confirm if the price is correct and that we only 1 day to decide and they confirmed on its correct on both. I was also told their supplier would be raising the price in a day or 2 so I'd have to make a decision quick. Just a warning, If Door works is your first estimate, Make sure you get a 2nd or 3rd estimate., something really shady with my experience with this company. If anyone would like to see my estimates, I'd be happy to share them. I have no clue how this company can receive a 5 star review with their outrageous pricing.

Excellent service. Efficient. Professional. Saw that a part was worn out, carefully explained what was wrong, how it should be repaired and the related cost, and asked if I'd like them to repair it. Wonderful! My garage doors have never been quieter. And The total price was under $100!

Arrived on time and fixed he door quickly

Our experience with The Door Works was first rate. I stapled insulation to our old garage doors and the staples were long enough that they came through creating rust streaks on the doors. Grinding and shellac/painting them didn't fix the problem so we decided to replace them. We first asked Costco's supplier for an estimate, but the person who came to our house started his visit by telling me all his conditions for them to do the work and the great difficulty our custom home presented them. His manner was so off putting I told him that he couldn't give me doors and asked him to leave without giving an estimate. My neighbor had just had their garage doors serviced by The Door Works and the neighbor could not say enough good things about their experience so I called The Door Works for an estimate. They came the day I called, surveyed the job, and showed me the doors I could choose from with no discussion of the problems Costco saw in doing the job. I asked The Door Works representative about the problems Costco thought so difficult and the answer was, "We deal with those things all the time and they are not a problem for us." I ordered the doors that visit. When they came to install the doors the installers were pleasant happy guys that worked quickly and never complained about the issues that Costco thought so difficult to manage. When the work was done they cleaned the work area and left us with beautiful new insulated and weather sealed doors with openers so quiet that we are barely aware of the doors opening from inside the house. We give our highest recommendation for The Door Works as a business that understands customer service and uses quality products to do quality work.

Repaired chain and did maintenance on rollers and springs.

The free estimate visit was scheduled promptly, and Rod was friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about the products he was presenting, and provided practical, seasoned advice about each product's design and function. The installation visit started right on time, and went very smoothly. The bid we recieved was slightly higher than others we got, but the quality and levels of service and professionalism were well worth it in the end. We are very happy with our choice and the service we received!

Victor did a great job. We now have both garage door openers functioning well and a door that opens and closes smoothly without excessive noise.
