perfect, well done, above what was expected, professional, good advice for the future

It was great! We received a call back from The Door Works within 20 - 30minutes to set up an appointment. Victor was at our house by 9:00 the following morning! He also checked the rollers, replaced the worn and cracked plastic on the bottom of the door, and installed a high-use spring (since we don't have an actual door from the garage to the outside, we use our garage door a lot).

Was late the first time but rescheduled and was here on time that day. He made the repairs quickly and efficiently. I would use them again.

He was professional and friendly, my neighbor came over to ask if he could look at her door and he was courteous and after finishing my doors he went and repaired hers

When I pointed out the door gaps, the service man's suggestion was to add another piece of trim to the top of the garage door frame. The painters I hired said the doors could be adjusted (as I had requested) and they did the work for me at no additional charge. The garage door guy may not have wanted to do the work - I don't know. However, I expected him to be the garage door expert and in this instance, he did not deliver on that expectation

He did not do any work for our broken garage door opener. But when I called, he came to our house within an hour as stated. He tried to trouble shoot our garage and he did; but in order to fix it, it seemed that he needed Genie's help but Genie was not very helpful. He spent an hour working on our garage door, located the problem, but ultimately could not fix it. So he said; 'I'm not going to charge you.' This guy is a professional. He's honest. How often can you say that about someone whom you just met?

Everything went very well. Rod came out to provide an estimate soon after I called. No sales pressure. Lots of good information, professional and experienced. Installation was scheduled as soon as the door panels were available. Rod and his helper arrived on time and had the old doors, tracks, openers, etc. replaced in about 4 1/2 hours. They programmed the remotes for us and installed a keypad. The new doors and openers are so quiet we can't hear them open or close. The doors are insulated and help with heat and cold. We wish we had done this sooner.

I called and left a message on the Door Works voicemail, got a call back within the hour, and had a technician out here by 8:30am the same day. Amazingly fast, capable, friendly and reasonably priced - we used the Angie's list coupon too. It only took an hour to replace both of the cable assemblies and get my garage door back in good shape. I highly recommend 'The Door Works". We had an A+ experience.

We didn't care for the first person who came. I actually thought the doors were running worse after he left. I called back and they send Victor who was truly excellent. I would ask for Victor if I were to utilize them again. It it wasn't for Victor, my scoring would have been much lower.

Victor quickly found the short circuit burn mark on the panel and actually had the replacement part in the truck. He also noted the springs on the door were putting extra strain on the lifter and suggested winding the springs a ¾ turn. He did this and the door now can be easily lifted when not attached to the mechanism. He greased all the wheels and hinges so now the door makes far less noise when being raised or lowered. I would definitely hire this company again if needed and will recommend them to any friend needing this type of service.

Bought an Angie's List deal for $59 and Victor from The Door Works came out the next morning (Saturday). Very professional, quality work, was done in about an hour or less. Our garage door is operating better than it ever has. Will definitely use The Door Works again.

Victor was outstanding. We had purchased a new garage door opener, but Victor was able to fix our existing opener with a relatively inexpensive part and the cost of a maintenance call. He also educated us on maintenance care to keep the door opener running smoothly. We were able to return the new opener. We couldn't be happier. We also appreciate the other member reviews, especially the Super Service awards. We called on Friday and Victor arrived on Saturday. Incredible service.

They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Called to let me know when he would be there and fixed the door within 30 mins of arrival.
