Service as described. Extremely knowledgeable and personable technician ("Steve") performed full check of our system, cleaned the filters and gave a straight-shooter description of its current condition (which is old and nearing end of life -- which I knew). We are getting an estimate for replacement of the system from them, and if their price is competitive I would be inclined to use them.

It went well. It was an old furnace and they gave me an option to repair or to do a replacement. I elect to go with a complete replacement. Work was done as expected, very professional, and will hire again.

I purchased the furnace inspection deal through Angies List. Someone from the company contacted me after a couple days to schedule the service. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and got to work. I watched and asked lots of questions as he worked, and he was happy to explain everything he was doing. He showed me a few issues with my very old furnace, explained what would happen if they were not addressed, and gave me a quote for repairs. He also let me know how much it would cost to replace the whole unit, which would be more expensive, but a good option due to the age of my furnace. He was friendly and professional, and did not try to rush me into making any decision right away.

They were good. They were timely. They were concerned about any problems that I might have. They gave some recommendations. They seemed to very efficient in their approach and investigation. I have signed up for ongoing maintenance.

Technician said the coupon was for inspection only, not cleaning. Before I purchased it, I corresponded with the provider and had in writing it included cleaning. Once I showed the Tech the email, he preform the cleaning.

Went great. Very prompt, took very little time and they were clean, thorough and I paid a fair price. I ended up buying a service agreement because it seemed to be a good deal. I would recommend them again.

Excellent service provider! Highlander contacted me right away for scheduling, and the technician arrived on time and was prepared to do the work. Nick (the technician) was very friendly, competent, and professional and completed the work within an hour. The furnace needed a filter which he did not have on his truck, so he made arrangements with me to install it the following day. He was at my home right on time with the filter, which he replaced in just a couple of minutes. I would definitely recommend Highlander.

Wonderful! You will be glad you called. On the new system they sought out the best price and with rebates from local utility, Bryant and a matching credit from Highlander / Black Lion the cost of the new system wasn't as bad as it could have been.

They showed up on time, Did the inspection. Offered an insurance type package for any future repairs for this next year. Seemed to be thorough.

They went over both of my furnaces instead of the one ....cleaned filters etc. While the worker was knowledgeable and spent more time than I had anticipated . Indications were that both furnaces, one that I never use, needed to be replaced.... quote of $23,000 ... I suppose that the deal on cleaning is largely meant to "get under the hood" and install more units. The fact that both units were suggested for replacement left me a little puzzled, and certainly not ready to invest that kind of money without a second opinion...

recommended inducer and blower motor replacement at half cost of new furnace. or new bryant 310 at 2275 + tax. had airpros energy look at furnace, all it needed is inducer motor and full service to pass inspection. $487 total. saved a lot of money by going to airpros.

Well enough, found some questional parts. Gave me a replcement estimate.

He was very good. He understood the electronic air cleaner which few repairmen do. I would heartily recommend him.

Steve arrived promptly to service my furnace $59 special. However, my furnace was working prior and not after the technician "serviced it", told me it would cost over $300 to repair, I later found that the part costs less than $60. I have a family member in HVAC and would have had him service it if he was not deployed in Iraq at this time. I was extremely disappointed in his lack of professionalism telling me my unit was the lowest grade, when he did not even know the age of it for having told me he has 24 years experience in the business. Although he was punctual he was not professional and I feel he was not an honest technician. The staff was very kind, courteous and responsive, but I would not recommend Steve as the service technician.

Bad. Service person was not informed that it was a service for a fireplace and was expecting to service a furnace. Service person complained about difficulty reaching and servicing igniter. I had to remind the service person that the service included cleaning the glass. The fan has not worked since the service was completed. I am totally dissatisfied and will contact a different service provider to get the fan working again.

Steve arrived promptly at 8:00am. He replaced the furnace filter then checked the A/C unit. I did not watch the inspection so I don't know if he actually looked at the motor and fan blades. When I came back he pointed through the cover at some oil on the motor and stated it was caused by a failed oil seal and the motor and fan blades needed to be replaced. He recommended replacing the entire unit for economic reasons. He hosed down the unit with a cleaner and water. Afterwards, he neatly coiled the hose and return it to its spot.

Perfectly well - knowledgeable, did a great job!
