Description of Work: Replaced the 50 year old gas furnace with a new 80% efficient one. (could not get parts to repair my old one.) We considered a heat pump, but we could not find a suitable location for it. We considered a 90% efficient furnace, but our older home did not have room for it without a major rebuild. Everyone was honest and very professional. The price seemed a bit high, but our home is over 3,000 sq.feet and the installation took two (very competent) installers all day because of the difficult location of our heating system.

Excellent as usual.
Description of Work: New gas water heater - This is the 3rd home Tom has maintained for us and I feel we are getting quality work. This last service was for a new water heater. Tom has done the following for us in a variety of houses. Yearly maintain and clean our furnaces, installed new gas lines and assisted with a conversion from oil to gas heating, rerouted gas lines, and given advise for remodels regarding routing gas lines for fireplaces, and kitchen appliances.
