Very unprofessional response to an inquiry and no customer service. I question any service provider who responds to a potential lead in an unprofessional manner. Buyer beware!

Called company for bid and Larry, the owner, called back the next day and scheduled an appointment to come by and bid our fence. He came by and took measurements and provided us with suggestions. He provided us with a written bid via email very quickly. After accepting the bid, he fit us in the schedule in a little over a week. All together, it was a total of 4 days for completion. 1 day for removal of existing fence and 3 days for putting it up. All of the crews were very friendly and professional. We appreciated the ease of scheduling and getting the project completed in such a short timeframe. They were amazing and the fence looks beautiful! We will definitely use them again for future fencing projects.

A tree knocked down several sections of our fence during a wind storm last fall. Larry and the rest of Contour Fence was very responsive and courteous. This was one of our first major renovations to the property, so I had lots of questions, which they answered quickly and were very helpful in me understanding the work done and what exactly they were going to do. The work itself was completed as estimated, on time, and it looks great!

They were punctual and professional, but I ultimately went with a lower bid (a $2,300 bid from Emerald City Fence).

Larry provided excellent design advice and the fence has been very sturdy-- great construction that had held up through wind storms. Would recommend Larry and his company to anyone.

What a great experience! The quote was more than fair and they were able to fit us into the schedule quickly, more quickly then we anticipated, so that was nice. It was a single day job, the crew arrived on time and began work immediately. The owner stopped by to check on the work, which was going on well. The fence was completed and the old stuff hauled away by end of day. We will absolutely use these guys again if we need to do any additional fence updates.

Contour Fence did not show up on Tuesday 10/6/15 at 1:00pm. I waited for an hour and was never contacted. Don't waste your time with this company.

Larry came out to provide an estimate. He was professional and thorough. We discussed several different options and he provided estimates and sound advice on each. His write-up was easy to read, included a sketch of the property and proposed fence which I was able to use with my HOA. He never pressured me during the process. I got other bids and read reviews carefully. Weeks later I contacted Larry to schedule the install. As it is summer it took several weeks for the date to come, which was fine. The crew was courteous and professional as well. Patrick was my point man. He and I walked the property to confirm the plan and discuss variances (exact location of gates). The crew did a great job and worked quickly. Posts were installed and days later they returned to install the fencing. I noted several scratches on the posts and contacted Larry about them. He sent out Patrick to investigate and fix, which he did. The fence looks fantastic. I couldn't be happier with it, and Larry's advice helped me save money. I found it easiest to communicate with Larry over email.

The 2 guys were nice friendly and professional. Fence looks great. They helped me to choose between a few styles.

Project went very smoothly, it took two days. The first day they tore down and hauled away the old fence, as well as setting the fence posts. Day two they put up the new fence. The areas they worked in were cleaned up at the end of the day and the job. Everyone was professional and we are very pleased with our fence.

I took off work early to meet someone at my house but they never showed up. I called them an hour after the scheduled time and they confirmed the appointment time and said they would have someone call me as soon as possible. I never received a call from anyone. I would not use this company because I think not showing up for a scheduled appointment before any work is done says a lot about their culture. There are plenty of reputable companies where showing up on time and being punctual is part of their services. I can only imagine this companies level of service during or after a project is completed. I wouldn't waste your time with them.

Larry and his crew were great to work with. Easy efficient communication. Kept us informed what was happening through the process. Good recommendations. Overall a good company to work with.

Excellent work! The fence looks fantastic and the crew did a very nice job of clean up. Job was done in a day and at the time promised. I am very satisfied with their work and materials and would recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors.

The estimate was very prompt and reasonable and the work began almost immediately. The workers were very respectful of the rest of the yard and did not damage any of the grass or flower beds. When they were done everything was cleaned up beautifully. There was nothing left for me to do but enjoy my new fence.

The fence post was replaced with no inconvenience to us at all. They did a great job and left everything neat.

I called for an estimate to have 2 new gates built, extend the fence line along the garage and repair a few spots along the existing fence. Larry came out the next day, left a detailed estimate with my mother-in-law, walking her through his recommendations for the project. His estimate seemed very reasonable for having 2 new gates built, the fence extended 10 ft along the garage and another section of fence being replaced. I hired him that night and he was able to fit me 2 days later. The crew that showed up were very professional and did a great job. the gates are very sturdy and sharp looking. We are planning on having them replace the rest of the fence in the near future.

My experience with Contour Fence Company, Inc., in one word…..SATISFIED! I was contacted by Larry less than 24 hours after my initial request via the website. A quote was provided within 48 hours of our conversation, and the work was performed exactly one week later. I received one other quote and talked to two additional fence companies on Angie's List, but their installation time was out 2+ weeks from the quote date. Time was of the essence in my situation, and I was glad I contacted and gave my business to Contour Fence Co. A coyote had scaled our 3.5' high fence a week prior and took our beloved cat, so safety and security for my dogs was the utmost importance. The two installers, Evan and Jeremy, were great! Professional, personable--and most important--hard-working! I am absolutely delighted with the install.....a new 24' long by 5' high cedar fence with gate, and a 34' long by 5' high cedar modified fence with gate. I wanted to keep my 4' high existing fence with gate, so Larry sketched a modified version of the fence that increased the height to 5'. I highly recommend Larry and his crew at Contour Fence Company, Inc.

2012 ~ NOW 4 years later the fence looks terrible, splitting & cracked boards, popped nails, the gate and gate posts sag making it difficult to open most of the 4x4 post caps have broken or split and fallen off. below is my earlier posting from the past few years on this crummy company. we regret that we ever hired them in the 1st place,,the company owner take it "personally" who cares! the homeowner takes it personally and thats what counts. ***DO NOT HIRE***THERE ARE BETTER FENCING CONTRACTORS. 2 years later fence is still up. had to recall them to fix initial installation errors in 2009 and again this year (2010) very slow response time, months. THE MATERIALS, FENCE BOARDS LOOK LIKE CRAP. LIKE THEY PICKED THEM OUT OF THE PALLET RECYCLE TRASH PILE. the nailing is not spaced uniformly and most nails are bleeding black stains on the face of boards. right now there are several fence boards that are split and or cracking. the gate is sagging and difficult to pass through. Overall a crummy job for a simple fence. Addendum 05/11/2013: Fence is still up, but barly, just replaced 6 broken rotted boards. gate still does not work properly. the 4x4 post caps have split and fallen off. Sharing costs with the back neighbor. The same neighbor took care of getting the estimate and overseeing the work as I had to be away at the time. She did not get any other estimates as I had recommended Contour Fence, based on work they did for me in January 2012. Word back from the neighbor is that the fence looks good.Must compliment Cheryl in the office, Larry and the others. They are all very nice to work with, especially with answering my questions. Fence borders on 24224 SE 35th Place and 24319 SE 34th Place.

I received 4 bids that ranged from $680 to $1259. Contour's bid was not the lowest, however I chose them for the following reasons:1) rather than using the existing cement blocks, new cement was being poured (one company wanted to use jackhammer to break up the old cement blocks).2) the old panels were to be braced with additional new horizontal 2 x 4s, and3) this is the only company giving a 5 year warranty (others give only a 1 year warranty),4) cement blocks and other trash would be hauled away.Due to a busy schedule, the job wasn't started for several weeks - not a problem. On the day that Pat was to start, he had car problems, so instead of completing the job in one day, he had to return the next day to finish up - not a big problem.

They did a great job. I especially appreciate the time they spent getting the wire tight to the ground.
