AA Window and Gutter Cleaning

It was great. They were prompt in getting here. The staff member was prompt, polite and cordial. He took care with his work and made sure to clean up afterwards. He was very thorough. I was very impressed. Even offered to come out if the lichen in one spot of my roof hadn't been resolved and they'd take care of it. They had the most reasonable price for the quotes I received.

I used AA's services a few years ago for the same service on a roof that was is worse condition than currently. Complete service was performed at that time for the price quoted thru Angie's List. This year the roof was if far better condition that previously yet I got a call from AA's office telling me that to do the service as outlined thru Angie's List for the price quoted, there would be a $100 up charge. I instructed them to go ahead with whatever service the original quoted price would cover, which they did. I'll probably try another moss roof service company next time.

Great professional service. They were backed up about a month, but put us on a call-list. About 2 weeks before our scheduled service they finished a different job early and were able to squeeze in our house. The gentleman that came out was cheerful, professional and did a great job. We will use this service again.

The home the service was completed on is a rental; so, I was not present when the work was performed. The moss coverage on the roof was described as moderate-to-heavy. I learned from the tentant that the work was completed, and the property cleared of any debris. The lack of moss on the roof was the only sign that AA Window and Gutter Cleaning had completed the work. They also secured a gutter that had started to separate from roof. My first experience with this organization was excellent. Thank you AA Window and Gutter Cleaning.

I can't say enough good things about Brett or his crew(s). From the get-go, they were punctual, professional and easy to deal with. The windows were so well cleaned that I walked into a plate glass door inside, thinking it was open, and the exterior windows were equally clean and clear. The gutters and roof, which had been inundated with moss and leaves, are now moss-free. It was a big job - a 3,300 sq. ft. house with a lot of large windows, and they exceeded my expectations in every way. They were thoughtful, courteous and diligent in every respect. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

This is the 2nd review I've given AA Windows and Gutters. The first one i gave a D rating because work wasnt performed right the first time they were here. This time I'll have to give them an A for making things right. There was no extra charge and they came before a month out. Josh, the customer service manager, wouldn't give up until I was satisfied with their work. That's what makes a company a top notch business. Thank you all who had a part in making your 2nd and 3rd trip here a success. I would definitely hire them again after all.

This company is absolutely the best. They are responsive when you call. Work is preformed at the scheduled time. They did a wonderful job and I think the price is very fair.

Very satisfied with the results. They used a roof cleaning method that takes longer and requires more effort than pressure washing, but which will last longer. They also supplied me with good advice on maintaining the roof.

I thought it went great until I noticed one of my sheds still had a lot of moss on it about 2 months later. Then I noticed my garage had moss on it about a month after that. I thought it wasnt enough to warrant a complaint call at that time. (I don't go on my roof, and now I'm wondering what's up there?) As the spring rains are coming down hard my gutters are overflowing with water which is wearing and tearing on my gutters (which are still uncluttered). I know it's my downspouts plugged that's the problem. I called AA Windows and Gutters to come back and unplug my downspouts which should have been done while cleaning my gutters the first time, but they wanted to charge me an additional $150 to add to the $400 I already paid 4 months ago stating it could be new debris. I've used this company in the past, but will never hire them in the future. They also schedule more than a month out to service your home.

I hired this company to clean my gutters. They came late, were unhappy that they had to travel so far for the job, did a slipshod job. The workman did not do a complete job. I had to call him (he did come back) to clean the gutters on the back of the house. He said he forgot!!! The ad said that they also clean off the debris on the roof shingles. The workman did not. I'm not altogether sure that he didn't just rinse some of the litter down the gutter drains (which were totally clogged up after he left!!!), call it good and left!!! Terrible job. I would NEVER hire this company again.

Technician was friendly and on time. The receptionist had passed along our special requests to him (disconnect the rain barrel). Good team.

Staff made appointment easily and to my conveinience. Technician was polite, personable, professional. Used brush and blower method for my asphalt shingles, best method because it does not remove granulation the way a pressure washer does. He used fall protection in compliance ith L&I regulations. The next day i had a professional roof inspector view the roof he complimented the job of the cleaners and said that there was no visible moss on the roof. Excellent job!!!!!!.

They quoted the best price for the work, answered all my questions, came on time as promised, and did a great job - roof looks great and there's no moss. They also cleaned two skylights for us, which weren't part of the bid but they did it anyway. I highly recommend them.
