Description of Work: It went very well. They gave me a very fair quote for the cleaning project, were prompt in setting up an appointment, and did quality work.

Description of Work: They cleaned moss off my roof, cleaned and made minor repairs to the gutters. Their employee showed up on time. He was polite, professional and did everything I asked.

He had done such a great job on the roof we set up an appointment for the deck. Excellent work/clean-up was performed on both projects. I highly recommend this firm. MH

Description of Work: Great experience. Brendan came out to power wash my vinyl siding. He was very friendly and had a great attitude throughout. He had an issue with his pressure washer and couldn't get it working again, but he finished the job by hand. He did whatever it took to make sure my siding was clean. This doesn't go unnoticed. I will be using them again. Thanks Brendan and everyone at AA!

Description of Work: Found this company from Angie's list reviews. I contacted the company in early July for approximate cost to have roof cleaned with stain, pressure wash lower deck, side walk and drive way. The man who sets the appts stated blowing the roof is the preferable method due to less damage of shakes and staining was not encouraged to due cost. He preceded to ask for my address to google earth my house for estimated price. Call me old fashion but i would think someone should physically come to the home and see exactly what needs to be done rather than "google earth" it? he then asked for my credit card information just to keep on file?? First, the driveway, sidewalk and lower deck was nicely done. Thanks Grant. However, after the completed job done regarding the roof was not satisfactory. Pine needles still clung to the edges of the shakes. Mold killer was applied and after a couple of days it killed the moss turning it white. This is why I preferred pressure wash over the blowing method but the man kept telling me it causes more damage with pressure wash. Also this is why I wanted staining to be done to give it a fresh look. I had no problems paying additional for service done right the first time which was my initial request the pressure wash and stain. Overall dissapointed. Work completed 7/24/13. Update 7/29/13: I would like to append my recent review posted on 7/28/13. The roof cleaning was posted in error as 7/24 completion but was done on 7/22/13 in Bothell.
