Description of Work: We had our roof and gutters cleaned and windows washed. All work was done exceptionally well, and the technician had a very positive and helpful attitude. Everything looks great and nicely cleaned up, and we feel the price was fair. We had used AA once before for just window washing, and were extremely pleased with the quality of work. We thought we'd try them again for this bigger job and we were not disappointed. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Cleaned off moss and debris from the roof and applied granular moss killer, then cleaned up the litter. We added on having the upper windows washed, since the roof went so well. The Tech, Scott, was great. The only sour note of our experience was that Brian, in their office, aggressively asked for credit card payment in advance or upon arrival of the crew. I refused pay in advance and we only paid on completion. Thought the advance payment request was not appropriate, but Brian did schedule the work for me.

Description of Work: They Washed all three stories of windows inside and out including three skylights, cleaned gutters, cleaned off roof and put zinc on it, and power washed our driveway and walkway. The service was done professionally, and everything looked great. We are very happy with the results.

Description of Work: The man cleaned the inside and outside of the windows and screens, however, I did have to ask him to go over a few of them twice. I had expected that the sills and the casings of the windows that open out would also be cleaned as other companies have this as part of the service. I was informed it would be $75 extra and since it needed to be done, I had to pay it and the guy wasn't really prepared to do this type of cleaning so I gave him an abrasive sponge to do the job with, and he complied willingly. It would be nice to know upfront that sills and outside casings are extra cost. Otherwise, I think they did a good job.

Description of Work: I have been using their service since March 2002. I have them two times a year. They are friendly but really know their craft. They will respond to questions and if I ask for a little extra they are always happy to do it. Their prices have remained consistent now for four or five years. The office staff are helpful and if there is a delay or a problem such as the roof being to icy to be safe to climb on they are up front with it and always try to be back later in the day or very close to the day originally planned for to finish the work. Excellent group of people to work with.

Description of Work: The were way too expensive. They did not call me, I had to call them. The girl was very nice that I spoke with but again, way too expensive. I found someone else on my own.
