Description of Work: I contacted this company via their online form to clean our gutters, clean debris from the roof and moss removal. I explained on the form that we had a large/multi level roof with moss on one side that had never been professionally cleaned. |I received a return email from them very soon stating; I noticed you have a "presidential style roof" and for that style we charge $375. We have appointments available next week. From that statement I assumed that they had looked at our house on Google or a similar program and knew the layout and ALSO that we have a lot of pine trees around our house resulting in a lot of debris and what turned out to be heavy moss on the side that I knew needed to be cleaned. |Once the gentleman from the company got up on our roof and saw how much moss and debris he called the office to request a second person to help. Which prompted the office to call us and up the quote because they didn't realize it was going to be a two person job. I was disappointed in the change in price because I thought the person doing the quote should have realized all that was stated above. |As for the work, yes they cleaned the roof very well, as far as we can tell, the gutters are also clean. The guys that were doing the work were polite and explained that with all the trees, we REALLY should do a gutter cleaning at least once a year.(typically my husband does it twice a year but he's getting a bit to old to be three stories up on a ladder, so it had been a while since they were cleaned) |I wish they had been a bit more carefully cleaning the debris around the yard after it came off the roof. Everything from the front of the house that was on the driveway they just blew off into our beauty bark on the side of the drive. |Overall, it was fine. But we got several bids in the same price range so will probably go with a different company in the future.

Description of Work: They cleaned all of the windows (inside and out) in our house that we are getting ready to sell. I wish I would have used them when we lived there...the windows look so good! It is a two story house with basement (approximatley 20 windows.) Great response time and pleasant on the phone as well.

Description of Work: They sent out an employee who looked over the roof and advised that the cleaning not be done as he thought it might cause damage to the shakes. I thoroughly appreciated his honesty and the cleaning project was dropped. I would recommend this company. He could easily have said something different with dire consequences for me on down the line.

Description of Work: AA Window and Gutter cleaned our roof and gutter system in August. They did a very good job of cleaning up the yard and driveway / walkways afterwards, often a sore spot with roof cleaning services.

The technician was knowledgeable and explained how to treat my house in order to keep my house moss free in the future. The technician was great and the service done was excellent for a reasonable price and I'll use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Windows were cleaned as promised, but the screens were not. I was told on the phone that all the screens would be removed and blown off. This was not done. I was very busy getting the house ready to sell, so I didn't notice until the guy was gone.

Description of Work: We had gutters cleaned in a seven unit townhouse complex. They checked and cleared out all downspouts. They repaired several downspouts at no extra charge. They cleaned up after the work was done. They were punctual, friendly, and very professional. Great experience. Will was again next year.
