Jeff, the assigned technician, arrived fifteen minutes late, but I had received a phone call from the office informing me that because of traffic, he would be late. Being told beforehand made all the difference. | |When he did arrive, the first thing we went through was the reason why I was getting my roof cleaned. As well as needing to have moss removed, it was important that I took pictures showing that the process had been completed, for insurance purposes. When Jeff heard this, he informed me that the moss removal process would remove most of the moss, but it would actually be potentially damaging to the roof shingles if he tried to move every single piece of moss on the roof. Neither of us knew if that would be sufficient for the insurance company's purposes so we mutually agreed that rather than potentially wasting my money, I should find out from my insurance agent whether the cleaning offered by AA Window would be OK. Jeff could have easily done the work and kept his concerns to himself, but he didn't. I really appreciated that. | |So, after Jeff left, I was able to get in contact with my insurance agent, who told me that the roof sweeping would be just fine. Jeff then agreed to come back to my house after completing his next appointment. The work performed was exceptional, and even after the cautionary words, the roof looks fantastic. | |Excellent work, and I will absolutely use this company again.

Description of Work: The service technician showed up on time and got to work right away. He removed the moss from the roof, treated the moss that remained and then ensured our gutters were clear, including the downspouts. The job was done professionally and well!

Description of Work: Scheduled to bow my roof, clean the gutters, and pressure wash the driveway, walkway, and decks. The roof was ice-covered that day, so no roof or gutters, but an excellent job of pressure washing the driveway, walkway, and front deck. Martin was so careful that there was no overspray on the front windows, which there has been in the past. | |Zach came the following Tuesday to blow the roof and gutters. He was meticulous, taking care to clean off the gutters screens which get small evergreen branches stuck in them. | |Excellent jobs.

Description of Work: These folks are professional from beginning to end. They do everything they promise in a kind and friendly way, and the price is extremely fair. Love them!

Description of Work: They cleaned all gutters and removed moss from the roof. They were going to use a chemical moss repellent. We didn't want that, so they offered to use vinegar and salt. We were ok with that. I'm glad they asked us. Quality and responsiveness of work was excellent.

Description of Work: Excellent service! The technician (Ryan) was very professional and did a superb job cleaning out the gutters and downspouts. We also agreed to have the mold/mildew on the outside part of the gutters removed. The gutters now work well (no overflows or leakage). I will definitely hire them again.
