Service was conducted professionally and in a timely matter. I didn’t have to be home and so when I arrived, Bo was there finishing up my roof. He did a great job. I was concerned about the rain that we were expecting and he said if the treatment failed, they would come back and RE treat the area if moss showed up. He explained that one area of the downspout had to be taken apart to remove debris. He was careful when power washing my deck as not to gouge any wood. I like that they can put you on a schedule if you’re interested in their services. So far, I am satisfied with the service I received. Thank you for your services

The services were all completed while I was at work. It was nice to come home and see things almost cleaner than I left it... they cleaned up everything that came out of the gutters or off of the roof. The bird control mesh looks great and was nicely done.

Sam worked extremely hard cleaning my roof and treating it for moss. He also went out of his way to clear my lawn and beds of any debris that fell from the roof. I will definitely have him back next year.

In over 8 years of using Angie's List to locate companies and arrange dozens of appointments for home maintenance, I have never encountered a company who was unwilling to schedule an appointment online, let alone a company who demanded my credit card details must be provided over the phone to even make an appointment! Both red flags for me. Firstly, it's 2017 and customers are used to the convenience and practicality of making appointments on Angie's List, company websites, or via email. They are also used to providing their credit card details to companies via HTTPS/SSL secured websites or via trusted/proven 3rd parties such as PayPal. Now, I understand that providing credit card details over email is a bad idea (and I am glad that they never suggested that) but requiring them to be provided over the phone isn't much better in this day and age. Secondly, it's very unusual and uncomfortable to require a credit card to be taken before any work has been performed. I'm used to providing deposits or similar for high value jobs such as a standby generator installation or an exterior house painting (i.e. jobs which are typically thousands of dollars) but requiring a credit card up front for a gutter cleaning is just bizarre. I am sure they will reply stating that it's their company policy and to protect themselves against cancellations etc...but again, other companies are not requiring this and when you combine it with the awkwardness of being unable to complete the payment process or make appointments securely online, it's just a headache that no customer needs. I explained my disappointment to the company via email and asked them if there was a way we could resolve this before I posted my review, but sadly they choose to just not reply. Hence this review slips from a C to a F. I took the time to express my concerns to them and to offer them a change to address my concerns, the least they could have done was reply. I ended up booking my gutter cleaning with another top rated Angie's List company online and without any credit card required up front. Exactly the way it should be!

The fellow from AA Windows and Gutters arrived promptly and went to work. His approach was very thorough and professional, and most importantly that final result was excellent. I now have a standing appointment with AA to do this work every year.

I called in late July and their next available appointment was 6 weeks later. That was fine for us although surprising how far out they were booking. But they did a good job, billed the card on file, and everything went smoothly.

It didn't. After waiting 3 months for my 8:00 am appt. on Monday, 8/28 I was called 10 minutes before the appt. time and told that someone called in sick so they wouldn't be able to come out. They could come out on Friday 9/1 which wasn't convenient but I reworked my schedule to make it work for Friday. (I will preface this by saying that I called the Friday before 8/28 to verify the price, the work and the appt. as it had been 3 months and I wanted to make sure we were all on the the same page and I had not heard from them. I specifically told the gal when scheduling and again with the verification call that I had a lot of mildew on the north side of the house. I asked if the power wash would be able to take it off and she said that they used brushes if necessary.) So Friday morning I get the same call 10 minutes before the 8:00 appt that someone had called in sick again! Are you kidding me??? It only gets worse! They agreed to come out sometime in the afternoon which was another inconvenience but I agreed to it and reworked my schedule AGAIN. When the gentleman arrived he right away called the office and said that the house needed to be power washed and they weren't prepared for that. They doubled the price and told me that they would not be able to complete the job that day. The worker was very empathetic and apologetic. Someone from the office phoned me and did nothing but make excuses. I had had it and decided to send them away. Excuses about personnel shortages, new personnel that obviously didn't know what they were doing when making appts. and the fact that they never came out to look at the house but opted to use an aerial photo is not my problem! Doubling the price was insane. And to add insult to injury the manager that called me never apologized only made excuses. The good news is that I had another company come out the next day and bid the job for less money and scheduled it within a week. Very disappointed and will never use them again.

AA Window and Gutter Cleaning did an excellent job on our roof and windows. They were booked out until the middle of September but had a cancellation and we were able to get our job done a couple weeks after we made the original appointment. They were professional and cleaned up not leaving a trace that they were ever here. Thank you for an excellent job and it was the positive reviews on Angie's list that made us call you!

They did a good job. On price, I didn't shop them. It seemed reasonable. Their scheduling was really good. The guys that showed up were competent and knew what they were doing. They got everything done in a pretty timely fashion. I had them do some extra stuff the second time they came out. I don't remember how much that all added up to.

This company gives a bid over the phone after asking questions about the condition of the roof. I accepted their bid and set the date. As it was two months out, I asked to be put on the cancellation list. I got a call a month later and the technician came out to do the work. After assessing the condition of the roof, I received a call from the office to say that it would be $250 more for the service. That was disappointing, as I thought I explained fairly well the amount of work that would be done. However, the young man worked hard and the roof looked great when he was done. He cleaned up the area afterward and left several garbage bags full of debris for us. I would suggest that yard waste bags be used instead so that we could have left them out next to the yard waste container for collection. Using plastic garbage bags means we have to dump that into our yard waste container for pickup.

I had AA Windows and Gutter come and wash my windows for the first time since moving into my place in 2016. Grant, the pro window washer called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived at the time slot originally set by the scheduler. He was professional, very friendly and a nice guy who did an awesome job. Definitely someone you could trust. He mentioned he has been in the business doing windows for over 10 years now. He was like an artist when cleaning the glass, it was great and a talent indeed. The job was complete in 90 min and the windows sparkle again. I live in a townhouse development and AA came and cleaned our roofs and gutters too. They did a great job here too and came back a week later to re-check that the moss on the roof was indeed dead. Thorough and professional. We are ready now for Winter 2017-18. Thanks Grant for your magic and to AA Window and Gutter for their services.

Arrived two hours early, luckily my husband was home that day. Asked for approval to do additional service of cleaning entire roof and removing moss, which my husband OK'd. A $250 quote ended up costing $400. My husband also agreed to twice per year contracted service @$150/visit. I need to contact them to clarify what all the $150 will include, to prevent additional service charges. We have the gutter glove system, so they only needed to clean outside of gutters.. Roof, gutters and windows look great, however not sure of value based on above.

I will definitely call them again next year. My roof had patches of dry moss embedded in it and the gutters hadn't really been done in over a year. They did an EXCELLENT job!! My roof looks brand new again and the gutters were all cleaned out. They also did a great job of cleaning my yard up after. All traces of having my roof cleaned were removed and the only evidence left is a beautifully spotless roof! Oh, and it was 90+ degrees that day. Thank you AA Windows and Gutter cleaning!
