AA Window and Gutter Cleaning

I had my gutters cleaned. They did an excellent job, and not only cleaned my gutters, but also cleared the dried leaves away from my front entrance, which was a pleasant surprise.

They did a good job. I am satisfied with their services.

I called to get a quote and Ryan was was very helpful. I sent him emails after with questions I had forgotten to ask them while I was on the phone with him. All my emails received failry quick responses. Over the phone, I was quoted an estimate of $200 for the service. I proceeded to schedule an appointment and was happy to hear that they had a spot early the next day so I took it. The next day, Britton arrived 24 minutes late. He apologized first thing when I greeted him at the door. I was going to wait 30 minutes before I called the office to confirm the appointment. I know that traffic can cause issues at times. I showed him the one gutter that I was concerned about being clogged because I would only see a trickle out of it. I also informed him that we have the foam gutter filter on the first floor gutters. Essentially the ones that we can reach. He then proceeded to clean the roof and gutters. Everything went well, gutters and roof are now clean. The gutter that was producing a trickle was clogged. It was clogged enough to hold water but not clogged solid that it would allow the water to work it's way out slowly. That's why the trickle and no overflow. He checked the roof, the fascia and the siding around it and he said it looked good so that's a relief for me. He told me that there were some moss but not a lot to cause immediate concern. I can see some from the ground so I'm happy to hear that it wasn't a whole lot more that I couldn't see. We'll need to get the moss addressed later this year. He also informed me on the condition of the vents and skylights and that the seals/flashings look good and were suppose to be as they should. After Britton had left, I realized that he didn't mention the foam filters and that I had forgotten to ask. So I called the office right away. Brian answered and I mentioned that Britton has just left and that I forgot to ask about the foam filters and if he could or Britton call me back with the report. And he said he would give Britton a call. Not much longer after, I got a call back from Brian reporting that Britton was able to inspect the foam filters and that they were they were in good working condition with no moss growing underneath. All in all, the roof is in good condition and so are the gutters and the foam filters. I'm very pleased with the ease of how this whole transaction transpired. Every person I was in contact with was friendly very helpful. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. In the end, the cost for the service was as quoted. Nothing extra and a $20 Angie's List discount, oh yeah!

After emailing them to request a quote, I received a call the following day. After asking a few questions, they gave me a quote and were able to come out the next day. Justin arrived within half an hour of their estimate (which in my experience, rarely happens) and quickly got the job done. He provided the best clean-up I have ever had and was completely done in 2 hours. Roof looks amazing. The quote was accurate. I will definitely use this company again.

Courteous and prompt service from start to finish. They provided an estimate by phone. I asked how they could do this without looking at the house. Apparently they look at satelite photos on the web from different angles, a smart way to do things, saves cost all around.

The company provided great service. They arrived on time, did the job and cleaned up after they finished. It was a great experience but they were more expensive than other offers I got and I chose to go with them because of their rating.I don't regret it.

I was able to schedule them quickly which was good since my gutters were full from the recent snow storm. They did have to call and postpone the appointment time due to frost being on the roof. But they notified me quickly. Also, you do not have to be there when they come. They will call you when the service man gets there and let you know if they find anything else that might need to be addressed. I will say I was super pleased with their service. Very friendly and efficeint. Also.....when they cleaned up the debris from my gutters, he also blew the extra stuff I had laying on my deck that was leftover from the storm. I will use them again :)

I actually waited for over an hour and a half for the one guy to show up (other company had two guys). Infact I was leaving my residence and he showed.... I gave him a key and left. Came home 3 hours later and he was gone. Bill was left on counter, no follow up call by company.

Great service, clear estimate on the phone & same charge when done. Scheduled quickly, when snow storm came they called & rescheduled quickly. John arrived promptly & was very polite & professional. He did a great job & cleaned up was exceptional. I would recommend them.

For something as mundane as roof and gutter cleaning, these guys have taken customer service to a new level. The scheduling and quoting process over the phone was great. Straightforward and professional, and the rep was able to use an image of my home from Google Maps to estimate the roof areas. Prices were fair, and I was able to use an Angies List coupon. Scheduling was about two weeks about, but reasonable considering the holiday rush. The service itself was excellent. The employee was very polite and friendly, and quickly walked through what he would be doing that day. Fast and the clean up of the site was great. Very happy with the look of the roof and my gutters are working great.

I needed roof and gutter work done , so I checked Angie's List to find an appropriate professional. I called three businesses and chose AA Window and Gutter. A date and time was scheduled and John arrived as scheduled. He got right to work and performed all the services I was promised. He was friendly, professional and hard working. I was very pleased with the results and was charged as quoted.

This is a great company. I initially spoke with Brett, who very clearly outlined the process and the associated costs. We were able to schedule promptly and the work was completed while I was away. It was a big job and I was very pleased with the outcome. When I contacted the company for a quick follow-up (one high window had been missed), someone came out right away. AA recently contacted me for routine follow up. We continue to have problems with our roof drainage due to a poor roofing job that resulted in ponding (roof slope ends before the drain holes), and this time of year it is particularly bad. I discussed the long-standing drainage problem with Deb, who was extremely helpful. She had some good suggestions and provided links to potential drain covers we might explore. Meanwhile, I scheduled AA to come out and push the standing water and considerable leaf litter off the roof. The technician had some ideas to help keep the drains clear a bit longer, and provided us with some mesh covers at no extra cost. The driveway and decks looked cleaner as well, a wonderful thing to come home to. I love this company. They are very responsive and their customer service is outstanding. I just wish they offered a broader range of services (closet cleaning? electrical? car repair? :) as I would love to work with them on any project.

Everything about this transaction was great and handled professionally and promptly. The work was performed when I was at work, and when the job was going to be a little more work than expected, I received a call explaining the situation and what we could do about the price increase. The work was flawless and they ended up cleaning up my driveway and back porch, well above and beyond what was expected. Excellent job, and I would use and recommend again. Thanks!

The gentleman was punctual, explained in detail what he could do and worked hard. Once the dirty work was done, he cleaned up nicely--no easy task since we have a yard with lots of "stuff" he had to clean around!

I'm writing even as Josh from AA Window and Gutter Cleaning is finishing up removing the forest of moss from the roof of my small cottage and who knows how many inches of composting leaves from my gutters. It's cold and rainy and windy, and he has done a superb job with incredible good humor. The roof is moss-free, the gutters are unclogged, and the outside of the house and the surrounding areas are immaculate. I would use this company (and this service person) again in a heartbeat and recommend them/him highly.

I was quoted $300 over the phone to remove the moss from our roof, but they charged me $375. When I told them I was quoted $300 they said I must have heard it wrong, and they would only take $30 off of the bill. Since I didn't have a written estimate from them I had to settle for the higher price, even though I had written myself a note indicating that they told me $300. Also, they gave me an arrival time of 9-11am but didn't show up until 11:30. The service guy didn't call and offered no apology for being late. Their work was very good, but if you use them be sure to get a written estimate and arrival time.

He came early and did everything asked for and cleaned up pretty well. I have used them before but this was the first time getting the windows and skylights cleaned and I would use them again.

I came home the Tuesday of Thanksgiving week to find one segment of my gutters overflowing. Since I could not reach the blocked gutter spout myself, I called AA Window and Gutter Cleaning as a prospective first-time customer when they opened the following morning. Given that I was calling for an emergency appointment the day before Thanksgiving and was not an established customer, I was hoping for but not expecting the miracle of a same-day appointment. One of the scheduling coordinators worked magic and was able to get me an afternoon appointment. Brendan was very courteous, professional, and thorough. He also gave me a helpful update on my second story gutters. I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely use AA Window and Gutter Cleaning in the future.

The person doing the work was very polite and did a thorough job. He was prompt and left no debris in my yard. He explained what he did.

AA came out to clean the roof and gutters. They concluded they could do the gutters but couldn't do the roof for the earlier quoted price because our roof was so steep and had cement tiles. They would have to use ropes to climb it, but then the cost would be $1500 for the roof alone, which we were not expecting, so we declined to have the roof done at this time. After previously receiving a phone estimate from AA for $450 for gutter and roof cleaning, less their $20 coupon, this of course was disappointing to hear. So we decided to have AA do the gutters only. We have 2 stories with a basement so there are 2 levels of gutters. Stephen did a fabulous job. We had to leave after he got started but he informed me that he would clean up his mess behind him. When we got home later he had finished and left. He had indeed cleaned up his mess and everything looked great! About a week or so later, my boyfriend got a pressure washer to clean the decks and walkways. As he was on the lower back deck, he noticed that Stephen had missed cleaning the gutter on the back deck. My boyfriend was there with the pressure washer so he did it himself. No worries. I did call AA to let them know that Stephen had missed it. They of course offered to have him come out and finish it, but I informed them that we had already taken care of it. I just wanted them to know so they would be more diligent in the future about making sure all gutters were cleaned before the worker left the job site. I was disappointed that they couldn't clean the roof for a more reasonable price like in their previous estimate. But I understand why. All in all, we had a great experience with this company. I would use them again for gutter cleaning.

I really prefer dealing with contractors over email instead of playing constant phone tag. So, liked the email contact option with AA.

I called in the morning to check on their rates. I got a quote over the phone and was told they had someone in my area that day and could be out that afternoon. Brendan did a great job on the roof and gutters and cleaned up everything when he was done. He even blew off my whole three level deck, not just the section that had debris from the roof and gutter cleaning. I was very pleased with their work and will use them again in the future.

Ryan and Steve came and were not only nice but did a great job! They worked quickly and the roof looked amazing when they were finished. We had so much debris and moss on our roof and I did not expect that it was going to look as nice as it ended up looking. They cleaned up after themselves and were just all around nice guys to work with. I will definitely be using their services again and again!
