AA Window and Gutter Cleaning

I don't remember any glitches. He charged exactly what he said it would, plus tax. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He did exactly what work he said he would. Friendly and professional. Gave me a quote for a recurring maintenance program that seemed reasonable. I will probably take him up on it.

The gentleman that came to our home was polite, efficient and very well mannered. He was also nice enough not clump around on the roof and make alot of noise which I was very very grateful for. He did come a little early, which means alot to us because my husband works nights so we don't like anyone to ring the doorbell before one pm. It was only fifteen minutes, tho, so it really wasn't a really big deal.This gentleman went right to work, he didn't stand around and chit chat, he worked right along until the whole job was finished. He didn't take any breaks either and it was pretty hot that day. I was very impressed with the way he pressure washed the driveway and the outside stairs because there are quite a few cracks in our old fashioned pebble cement. He was very careful not to make the cracks worse by working around them with the pressure washer.This gentleman did a great job, the job came in underbid, and I'd use this company every time, especially if I got the same person every time. He was so efficient, but so careful about the details, I can't say enough about how well he did.

Brenden did an excellent job. He was prompt, pleasant and talked with me before he started to be sure he knew what was needed. He worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. The green house roof looks cleaner than it has since it was put on. The old driveway has never looked so good. I also appreciated that after he was finished Brenden gave me a report about what he found and what he did. Communication about a job is important to me and not easily come by. I would use their services again.

Based on Angie's list reviews and recurring service awards, I decided to try them out. I got a price quote on the phone and thought it was competitive and the coupon helped as well. A technician came out a few days later at the specified time to clean gutter and blow debris off the room. Overall satisfied with the work. Just wish the tech remembered to empty the small gutter pull out trays near the bottom of the gutter as I had to do it. I would hire them again.

My roof and gutters had a lot of moss so it took quite a while to get it cleaned off. He did an excellent job. My roof looks brand new.

Jesse was very prompt in his email responses and very clear! The prices were one of the lowest! The only reason we didn't end up using them is because we need individual bills for the interior of each unit and they bill hourly for the entire job.

Called up and talked to Ryan who was very friendly and professional. Told him about the problem area which was a gutter that was spilling over and clearing away soil on the ground. The crew came out and took care of both the house and the detached garage. Had our first rain yesterday and the problem area is no more! Big thanks for AA and would recommend them to anyone!

AA Window and Gutter Cleaning did a fine job cleaning my roof and gutter. They also scrapped off the moss and applied the moss killer. Two guys arrived on time and spent over 2 hours on the job. I was not home, my wife told me about the job and she seemed satisfied. three weeks later, when I inspected the roof myself, there were still traces of moss remaining between the tiles and they didn't seem to turn dead. I know I am not a professional on this, but I thought moss removal would have done a more thorough job. So the price was a bit too high for job like this. Besides, the moss problem on the roof had not been severe and I had already cleaned the clogged gutter myself. I understand the risk involved and hence a reasonably high price is not absurd. But next time I'll probably do it myself because the quality of the job was not worth $472 + tax.

I don’t remember how much I spent on their services. They were good and they did a good job. They were pretty thorough with the cleaning. I think their professionalism, service and clean up was good. They did everything and they cleaned up after themselves. The quality of work was good. I will use them again in the future.

Did a great job of getting the moss off the roof.

The experience was exactly what I wanted and expected. One day after making an email request for an estimate I received phone calls and follow up emails with a few questions - mostly to confirm my address and the desired services. In my case I needed basic gutter cleaning and checking of downspouts to make sure nothing else was blocked. Setting up an appointment for about a week later took only one phone call. The woman I spoke with was friendly and accommodating. On the scheduled day their employee arrived a bit ahead of schedule - no problem for me. He went to work right away and was finished with everything, including cleanup, in less than an hour. The house isn't too large and the roof is simple, but I still thought it was efficient work. Cleanup was excellent. The bill presented was exactly as estimated and is apparently the starting fee the firm uses for gutter cleaning: $150.00 plus tax. The copy left with me is easier to understand than some other service provider receipts I've had: clear and complete, which is great when you're renting a house and like to have records to show the owner sometime. Professional, thorough and recommended.

The technician arrived right on time. I talked to him about the problem areas. He explained the work that would be performed and then got to work. The whole process took about 2 1/2 hours. Once he was done, we walkled around the house and took a look at his work. We chatted about how often the roof should be cleaned, and then I paid the bill.

I sent and email espressing interestin getting my rood and gutters cleaned and received a phone call within 24 hrs. Ryan was very professional, explained what they do, took down my information and I had an appointment the following week. I asked to have a couple things fixed while they were here and they did it to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the work that was done and I plan to have them come back out and do my windows in the near future.

Overall the service was good and they did a great job on the windows and roof once the job was completed. They ran into some bad weather and said they'd come back, but we were never told when, and they returned a few days later to complete the job and wound up charging us $300 more than the initial bid. Apparently there was some scraping involved, although half the windows were new and had been cleaned before, but some were old and I guess that should be anticipated with a bid given over the phone. Also the gutters really didn't need much cleaning since we'd already had that done, but we had to pay for it anyway since it was part of the roof service. I think the main thing that bothered me was that when we had to call them back to get two more windows that they missed, they still decided to bill and charge us an extra $70 on top of all the extra we'd already paid so we wound up spending almost double what we were quoted.

I was extremely impressed with the job that Patrick did with our roof and gutters. It was pouring down rain, cold and windy and Patrick worked right through. Not only does our roof look like new, but Patrick also cleaned up the moss from the drive and patio and hosed down some of the windows and the front porch. I will ring up again to book a window clean when the weather improves. Very happy customer!

Matt came and did an amazing job with our roof and gutters in preparation to list our home for sale. He worked hard and made it look awesome. He also was incredibly friendly and nice to work with. He went above and beyond and cleaned up after himself. This is our second experience with this company and I would never use anyone else and look forward to using them again when we purchase a new home!

It went very well. What more is there to say?

The first technician came but said he needed to handle an emergency and left. So I waited for the next guy. The next guy came and used blower to blow away leaves in the gutter. It only took him less than half an hour on the whole house's gutter cleaning. I later asked another contractor to climb up and check, and found one of the gutters was still in bad shape. Their job on window cleaning was better than gutter cleaning. I was OK with that. But I will not use them for gutter cleaning in future.
