Overall they did an excellent job and handled the job professionally. They took pride in there work. I plan on using them again and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Excellent service. In setting up the appointment and doing the work, I found the employees to be friendly and professional. He did a great job on both the gutters and cleaning up the gunk around my house that had been blasted out of the gutters. I will definately use them again.

I got a few bids on cleaning our roof (hadn't been done in 6 years and we're on the north slope of Queen Anne) and AA came in the lowest. Once I sent pics of our roof, though, the price came in line with the rest of the bids we got. So, the B on price is not because it was a bad price, but it didn't offer the initial savings I thought. To be fair, though, the owner called me after I sent the pictures to let me know that the price would be higher than they initially thought and he was a class act. I liked hearing too that most of their team has college degrees and they offer health insurance. I feel like it's not a given these days. That said, the AA guys earned every penny we paid them. They were on our roof in the POURING rain and did a terrific job. The roof looks great, the gutters are definitely working better and the second floor windows are very good as well (a a couple of remaining drips from the washing, but much better than they had been). I will continue to use AA for our now annual cleanings!!

They were very professional over the phone and able to answer all of my questions. Although I was not home when the cleaners arrived I took a look around when I got home and they did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves and cleaning the gutters. I will definitely use them again.

Did a great job, particularly on the difficult overhead glass.

I had called AA Window and Gutter Cleaning and arranged to have them clean and remove the moss from my roof. When I originally called them for a quote I accurately described my circumstances which primarily involved questions regarding the size of my house, type of roofing material, roof pitch and amount of moss on the roof. I indicated that my roof had a moderate amount of moss. I was quoted a price of $280 which included a $20 Angie's List discount. On the day of the scheduled work I received a call at work from Brian Launius, the lead field coordinator. He told me that a technician was on my roof, roped up, and had reported back to him that the roof was, in his opinion, mossier than expected and that they couldn't do the work for less than $450. I was not pleased with with this last minute 60% escalation in the price when they had given me a quote in advance so I canceled the job. A couple of days later I received a call from Brett Vandenbrink, the owner. He seemed concerned that things had not gone as expected. His position was that they do not do any site inspections in advance in an effort to keep costs down but felt that the amount of moss on my roof warranted a higher price. He offered to do the work for $395 instead which I accepted. The work was done the following week and I was satisfied with the job that they did. I appreciated the effort made by owner Brett Vandenbrink to contact me and try to work out a satisfactory outcome. I would have no problem saying that AA did a nice job on the roof and it looked fine after their work was done. I still believe that at would have been best for them to do the job for the original amount quoted but the work was of good quality and the owner Brett dealt with me in a professional manner and made an effort to work things out. I will likely use them in the future when I need another roof cleaning.

I contacted this company for an estimate, and learned that they do the roof and gutter work for a fixed bid based on the house square footage, and the window cleaning is an hourly rate. The appointment was made just a day before the work was to begin. We expected two workers based on the amount of work to be done. On the day of the appointment we received a call that one worker had been injured the day before, so the work was postponed one day. This was not an inconvenience to us, and we could have chosen a different day if needed. On the new scheduled day only one worker came. He was on time, and began work immediately after getting an overview of the job. He worked diligently and completed all the work in less time that I expected. He then asked if we wanted him to clean the windows in some interior french doors, which he had not yet done. We did want this done, and he completed that work quickly. He gave us an invoice that was in line with the estimate, and we had previously arranged to pay by a credit card on file at the main office. The whole process took about 8 hours from arrival to departure. The work was done very well, and we are completely satisfied. My rating of less than the highest on the Price of this work is mainly my own "sticker shock". I did not get competitive estimates for this job, and the same work has never been done on this house before. I do not see how the quality of work could have been better; the only thing that could have been better would have been a lower price for the same quality. This may be completely unrealistic.

I will definitely call them next time I need these services.

Brandon @ AA did an excellent job cleaning my windows. My windows were quite dusty and dirty on the outside. Brandon also cleaned my 2 skylights. The final cost was lower than what was quoted over the phone when I set up the appointment. Brandon mentioned the final cost included AA's discount from Angie's List. Also, I was able to set up my appointment the same week I phoned.

price quoted over the phone...estimate only, due to hourly rate (on windows) and need to inspect and count windows on site. On site - on time and very professional. Gutter cleaning - overpriced in my view - low pitch roof, 30 minutes max with a leaf blower. Window cleaning - very good job, made sure to tell me when he went on break and reassured me that he was "off the clock" during that period. Some minor streaking showed up over the next few days...and I also found one interior windowsill where he scraped some of the fresh paint off the sill. overall workmanship was quite good. Pricing higher than I expected, but consistent with hours worked and pricing.

Very professional They showed up on time and were very pleasant to work with. AA charges by the hour for much of their work, and it appeared that the two man team was efficient and worked steadily for the entire stay. The team was patient with my questions and seemed well trained. The final bill came in about 20% higher than the estimate over the phone due to window washing taking longer than estimated. The crew said that was often the case. Their clean up was ok but we had to re-vacuum much of the house to return it to the original state: mostly dust from skylights and detail areas that were missed.

This was the first time I used AA Window and Gutter. I couldn't be more pleased. Branden was the technician assigned to the job and he was excellent. He was very careful and conscientious. He was cheerful, very professional and detail oriented. He got the job done and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I highly recommend AA and will use them exclusively in the future

We found AA Window and Gutter from Angies List. It has been highly rated. We got a quote on the phone and the quote sounded good. Patrick came and did all roof and gutter clearning. He was a polite, hard-working professional. He did a great job. We could use Angies list member coupon $20. The quote was $425. We paid $439.83 (= $425 - $20 + tax).

AA Window and Gutter Cleaning did a great job cleaning the cedar shake shingles and gutters on my high, modified A-frame roof. The technician was friendly and punctual, and the final cost was actually less than the estimate. It'll be the first company I call when I need my roof cleaned again.

After cleaning the gutters, he cleaned up my driveway which had dry grass clippings that I had not swept up. He also made sure the nails that were popping out of the gutter were in place.

I first submitted an email for a quote, listing the number of windows that needed to be cleaned. I received an reply the next day and it was very easy to setup an appointment. I held the appointment reservation with my credit card and was told I would not be charged until services were completed. Dale showed up on time and with his equipment ready. He was very efficient and professional. I was very pleased with how much better my view was after having the windows cleaned. I would gladly recommend AA Window and Gutter Cleaning to friends and family.

I wanted to write a quick review of the great service I received from AA Window and Gutter Cleaning. I made the intial appointment with Luke over the phone (who was polite and professional). Chris was the service man who arrived on time and was fast and efficient. Next I followed up with Jessie over the phone regarding by bill and discount offered on Angie's list. Overall, great company to work with and would highly recommend their services and use them again.
