You just can't go wrong with those folks. They just really got it down. When you call, they're really professional and very friendly. The people that come out take really good care of you. All the way around. They do a really good job. The windows look amazing. Good price. They're consistent. You use them and then you refer them to other people and they're just as good there. It's nice to be competent in your referral. They take care of the people you refer to them. Their responsiveness and punctuality were perfect. I sent a text out to people in the neighborhood and people that could clearly use these guys.

After 10 years without a wash, our house was looking really dingy and was badly in need of cleaning. After reading reviews on numerous service providers, I decided upon AA Window & Gutter Cleaning and I am very happy I did. Our entire experience was top notch from start to finish. They were very quick to respond to my inquiry, extremely friendly and professional and the results of our services were exceptional. While the house may not need a scrub every year, we?ll definitely be having them back regularly to pressure wash the patio and sidewalk and do the windows. Quality service and great experience all around! Quote Process & Scheduling: I submitted an email to them via Angie?s List to arrange a quote on services. Jesse immediately returned my email and requested the appropriate details to estimate the work we wanted done. Later that day I had a quote in hand and proceeded to contact the home office to schedule our appointment. The scheduling agent I spoke with was extremely friendly. All the details of the quote I?d received from Jesse were readily available in their system and they simply took note of our payment method and were able to get us onto the books for service in just a little over a week. Service: On the day of service, Brian arrived promptly at 8am. After we?d initially scheduled our service, we?d decided we should really look into moss treatment for our roof as well. Thankfully, he was able to add that service to the work order on the spot and complete it that day (we thought we?d have to schedule another service). After a quick review of the services to be completed, Brian was straight off to work ? and he worked really hard -- all day. Brian did an exceptional job and we could not be happier with the results! The whole house shines again.

One person from AA spent a little over 3 hours brushing and blowing zinc powder treatment and cleanup which I felt was not enough time especially considering the cost and that the roof afterwards did not look much different than before. The person said that there was a lot of moss, that the shingles were uneven, not in a straight line and that the zinc would get rid of the moss in a few weeks or he would come back. The moss on the roof did not look any different than the marketing photos that they used. My roof had been thoroughly cleaned 3 years before this, but the provider was no longer available. After 3 weeks there was not a whole lot of difference so I called to have him come back. He did and put a triple dose of zinc and brushed and blew again. He said to wait a few weeks and if it was needed he would come back. After a month the remaining moss was brown but it is much better; however, there is still some moss at the edge of the shingles. I called AA and they said it would wash off in time and that they would not be back because with the Presidential type shingle and if they used too much brushing it would cause damage. it would be best to just wait and sign up for their every six month treatment. I am not satisfied with the amount of time and effort they used to clean my roof. If they had not come back after the first cleaning I was prepared to hire someone else to clean it. They rely more on the zinc treatment than the actual cleaning/brushing process. I can live with it now, but it is not free of moss. I will have it cleaned again later this year. Brett, the owner came out to settle my issues April 27. I am satisfied with how he did it and I am happy that he made this effort to make certain that I was satisfied with their work.

My experience with these guys was excellent. Brian was very helpful via e-mail providing a quote and answering my questions. I scheduled the work be done while we were at work, and arrived home to find a very clean roof, gutters, and yard. All of the debris was gone from the roof and from what I can see, the gutters are now clear of pine needles and gunk. Much to my surprise, they also cleaned the roof and gutters of our shed for no extra cost, which I hadn't even thought to ask about and wasn't included in the original estimate! The yard also looks very tidy, and I see no evidence of the debris from the roof being left around. In fact our rear patio and deck might even be cleaner than they were before! Overall, great experience. Will definitely use these guys again in the future.

Overall the service went very well. The tech Brandon did a good job especially under mild rain weather conditions the day of service. He was personable and shared thoughts on overall roof condition and how moss treatment will help.

I contacted this company for a quote for roof cleaning with moss removal. From the moment I called, their customer service was amazing, and continued throughout the job. They really are top notch. They gave me an exact quote by telephone and thoroughly explained the roof cleaning process and how they would treat the moss. I loved that they actually brush the roof, rather than power washing it. I also asked about exterior window cleaning. They explained that they carefully remove each screen and the entire cleaning process. While they were here, they offered to also clean the outside of my gutters for a reasonable extra charge. My roof, gutters and windows look amazing! The person who did the cleaning "jeff", called me when he was done to explain all he had done. Such a great experience. I will definitely use them again!

Perfect! On time - very courteous, cleaned up all the mess and took really good care of our roof. Did a really great job and have hired them again to do windows later this spring!

With one significant exception the work was completed as planned. While applying the moss killer to the house roof, some of the chemical fell on lower level decking, causing staining of the decking. Workman had to come back a few days later to pressure wash the stains off the deck. The workman was very cooperative and did a good job. He should have noticed the moss killer particles on the decking, and blown them off prior to leaving - which would have avoided the staining.

From start to finish this was a positive experience. The initial telephone call was handled professionally by the office; an appointment was agreed when it was convenient for me; the two technicians arrived within the agreed appointment window; the technicians were clean and polite and professional, and the work was performed satisfactorily. While the work was underway, the senior technician (Josh) advised me of a spot in a downspout that needed caulking; which I had them do, and there was no additional charge. The final bill included an Angie's List discount. Really, this could not have been a better experience for this kind of work.

I recently moved into a loft style unit with a 20 feet tall ceiling and windows up there that probably haven't been cleaned since the place was built about 3-4 years ago. It took me some time to find a place that has collapsible ladder that could be carried inside an elevator (I?m on the 5th floor), but I finally found AA Window & Gutter Cleaning. Brandon the technician showed up right before 8am the appointment time, with all his own cleaning supplies, including a big thing of water/solution. He was very courteous and did a fantastic job getting the windows cleaned?I was so happy that I could finally enjoy the clear view from those windows at the top. I was also very pleasantly surprised and appreciative of the fact that Brandon took off his boots as soon as he stepped into my unit without me requesting it?which is a big thing if you hate cleaning as much as I do! All in all, I?m very satisfied with the work and will definitely use them again!

I wasn't home the day of the service. When i did get home my roof looked great. I did check the gutters to see how they looked they real clean. They cleaned up after all was good.

I contacted AA for moss removal and gutter cleaning, they scheduled a day but it was extremely cold so they called to reschedule. It was OK, and when they came they finished the job , the roof was cleaned and zinc applied, the gutter was cleaned and everything looks fine. Except some moss debris around my driveway and backyard. Since I would have a gardener to my house, I ignore this messy situation. Generally they did a good job.

It was amazing! He was done within 2 1/2 hrs with all structures. He did a very thorough, neat job in cleaning both the gutters and the roofs and left no mess behind for me to clean up. I will definitely call this company when I get ready to have my windows done.

They were very professional and I liked using them. They arrived on time and they did what they said they would. He used a safe technique and he tied himself to the roof and that made me feel more comfortable as the roof is steep.

Kris did the work. He came to the house in the morning when we were home and worked hard and steadily until everything was done. He has done work for us before, and each time we have been so impressed with his professionalism, his carefulness with surrounding landscape, his knowledge about his work, and how fast he can do a good job. We didn't know at the start if we wanted as much pressure washing done as we needed to have done, so he checked with us once or twice as he progressed. At some point we were able to tell him how much area to wash. All in all, a very good experience and consistent with that of other AA W & GC employees. We have used this company since 2007 and have had several workers ... all of them have been good. The company's pricing is reasonable, too!

Great service! The gentlemen who showed up at my house was very professional. He politely introduced himself, explained the work to be done, did the work and reported on his observations and results. I had such a great experience that I called the company back to give kudos to this guy who left me with a great impression of the business.

Brandon arrived on time. Let me know what he was going to do and got to it. We have a 2 story 2300 sqft home in Edmonds WA. Luckily it was a dry day. It took him 4 hours. He used a bristle brush to remove the moss, blew off the moss, then treated the roof with the chemical containing zinc to change the ph of the roof to inhibit more moss growth. Then he blew all the junk off that had fallen on my deck and around the house, leaving it quite clean. I was pleased with the service and will use them again.

The property is a duplex and the first time out they cleaned one unit and went across the street and cleaned another owner's property. I emailed the address on Angieslist but never got a response. I found the right email address online and contacted the owner. He corrected the problem in a couple of days and said the work order and operator had the wrong house number.

Nate arrived at exactly 8:00 am as scheduled, and proceeded to work on the roof, in the pouring rain. He cleaned the gutters and the exterior windows and two skylights. He was careful to clean up after around the house. I was very impressed with not only the work he performed, but he was very personable and took pride in his work. I will definitely use this company again, and refer them to others. The cost was what was quoted and reasonable, especially compared to competitors. Thank you.

This is our third time hiring AA for services and they are wonderful. Britton showed up on time and was ready to work. Did work quickly and beautifully with a smile. My daughter kept watching him from every window and he always gave her a great big smile and wave. The roof looks great and the gutters are now free of moss and all sorts of debris. The pressure washing of my walkway was great and I can't believe it looks as clean as it does. The windows are sparkling. Price paid was exact price quoted. This company continuously has provided us with excellent service!

The technician was scheduled between 8 - 8:30. He was there right at 8:00. How often does that happen? Did an awesome job! The roof and the gutters hadn't been cleaned in years. They quoted me a price over the phone and that was the price I paid. We had one gutter that had pulled away from the house from the freeze we had. They fixed it without an additonal charge. We will be needing our windows cleaned soon and will be calling on them again. Great service. Highly recommend.

I called AA Window and Gutter Cleaning, was given an estimate based on the building's image on Google Maps, and scheduled a date for the cleaning. Kris and Paul showed up exactly on time, immediately started working, and completed the work in less than the estimated time. Since they prorate their charge by time actually spent, we were charged $60 less than the estimate. They did an excellent job, even unclogging the drain on the carport.

Service was punctual, cheerful, and efficient. A follow-up call from the company ensured that I was happy with the service and could set up an automatic annual schedule if desired. Will definitely use them again.

We were extremely pleased with the work performed by Kris. He worked diligently to complete all the work and was very respectful of property. Treating everything as though it were is own. Importantly, he had all the necessary equipment to complete the work and was efficient in completing each task. We will definitely use this company again.
