AA Window and Gutter Cleaning

In a word Excellent, from the time I called and scheduled the job to the completion of the work. I was called when another employee was able to do my job earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation. I was elated. He arrived, introduced himself, looked over the area to be pressure washed, explained what he would do and proceeded to do the work. He removed all of my planters and furniture and returned it all right back to the same place. The work was done well and to my satisfaction. I will definitely use AA Window and Gutter again.

Grant arrived promptly at the scheduled time, introduced himself and got to work. He tied himself off and began cleaning the two roofs. He did a fine job cleaning, then applied the moss control product. He cleaned up the debris then began the windows, even cleaning the glass storm door. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of the job. I will definitely call AA Window and Gutter next time I need this type of service.

I wasn't home when they did the work, but everything was done as expected, on the day they said they would do it, and they cleaned up after themselves, there were no debris left around the house.

Really efficient process-- able to give me price by looking at home on Google maps or similar. I did not need to be home-- a real plus for me. I did wait until AA arrived. A very personable and professional young man came out-- Justin. I felt totally confident to leave and go to work. Great job, great service.

Called and came to do the work the next day. When I said I found them on Angie's List they offered up that they give a discount to members. Honest, professional, punctual - couldn't ask for much more.

Our appointment was today at 8:00 am and the technician, Ben showed up promptly. We couldn't be more pleased with the job that Ben did - his job performance was outstanding in every respect. He was very thorough and paid attention to detail. We did not have to ask him to go over or repeat any portion of the cleaning or treatment. Afterwards, he cleaned up carefully and completely. Ben exemplifies the hard work and dedication we all wish we could receive for all the services we ask of others. This is the second year in a row we've used AA Window and Gutter Cleaning and have opted for their regular maintenance program. We highly recommend AA to anyone that is looking for a trusted roof cleaning/home maintenance organization.

They were ahead of schedule, did good work and very professional.

Two workers arrived on time and ready to work. I gave them some background and my understanding of what they were going to do. The moss had really taken a toe-hold on a good portion of my roof. They went right to work and finished the job in just 2 hours. My roof looks great, the gutters are in good shape, and they were thorough. The workers were personable, but very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am so pleased with the job they did at my house. For the price, you can't beat this type of preventative maintenance. Thanks folks....

The company was easy to work with, and the technician was at our home at the scheduled time. He was efficient and knew his job. He was able to answer my questions and give me information about the process. We have a two story home, a moderate size, and he was finished within two hours.

Really good company with professional, nice employees. Will use them in the future. Very large house. Compared the window and gutter cleaning versus 3 other companies and they had the best deal.

We have used them before for roof cleaning. They always do a great job. They are always prompt and tidy. The technician was a joy to work with. He was very personable, and I felt confident of his ability to do the job right.

He arrived in the morning on time and worked for the remainder of the day. I had many questions up front and along the way. He patiently answered all of them, sometimes with an interruption of work involved. He took the time to explain to be what he was going to do and what the result would be. Very professional. He cleaned the roof without pressure washing as requesred, removing most moss with a brush, then applying a solution to kill the remainder. He then cleaned the gutters For the remainder of the day he pressure washed the rather sizeable driveway. The results, for the most part, were good. The driveway looks great. However, some debris from the driveway did get washed onto some beauty bark, the only complaint that I have.

Over the years we have used a number of different people to clean the roof and decks without ever being fully satisfied with the results. AA Window and Gutter did a great job as scheduled and for the quoted price in spite of the fact that the job turned out to be more difficult than anticipated. We will certainly use them again.

The gentleman who completed the work arrived right on time, had me walk him through what I wanted done and asked plenty of questions. When he ran into an issue, he stopped the job and came to the door to ask me how I wanted to proceed. He completed the job in a timely manner and did a good job to boot. He even cleaned off a small swatch of concrete that wasn't in the work order but definitely needed to be done. He was professional, polite and very personable. I have had many a contractor in my home over the years, some good, some awful. I would recommend to anyone and even use these guys again myself if the need arose. I am completely satisfied.

I scheduled an appointment to have my roof cleaned and they rep on the phone was polite. We schedule the appointment for the following week before I had to go to work. The technician unfortunately showed up over an hour late. He was apologetic and professional. Luckily it worked out since I didn't actually have to be home for him to clean the roof. Since I didn't get home from work til the night time I couldn't check out the work til the next morning. They did a farely good job. The moss was mostly gone, I just had to clean up a little bit around the house where the moss came down. Other than that they did a good job

The company sends very polite people to do all the work. They check in to let me know they are here and then begin working. The windows were very dirty from the last owner and they did a fantastic job. There were also some windows that were very difficult to get to and they worked at it until they were able to get the job done. They had all the equipment needed to do just about any job. On other occasions they come to clean the roof, remove the moss and clean the gutters. They have done this for several years and I have been very happy with their results. They do not use pressure washing which I required and that is the system they use anyway. The can get it clean without it and still keep the granules on the roof as necessary. The gutters are always clean and they clean up the yard before they leave. Then they tell me they are finished and they are leaving if I am home. I always enjoy the people they send because they are always polite, courteous and get the job done efficiently.

They showed up on time to clean the moss off the roof, clean the gutters, and wash the exterior windows. They did a fantastic job and the roof looks so much better and I had no idea that the windows were really that dirty. Great job!

Our technician arrived exactly on time and took approximately 3 hours to remove the growth off of the roof. Any materials that were blown to the ground were cleaned up when he was finished (I think our patio was cleaner than it was found!). He walked me around the roof to ensure that I was satisfied and that I understood what had been done and what to expect over the next year. Very professional and prompt!

We are new to the area and had put off taking care of the task because we just didn't know who to call. The gutters were so bad that when it rained there was major waterfall overflow that was doing damage to the yard area. When I called to set up the appointment they were very nice and gave me a quote right over the phone. I also asked for another service for my roof but they talked me out of it because of the age of the house (only being a year old they explained we didn't need to worry about that at this time.) I've never had a company give up money. On the day of the service both workers showed up promptly and with smiles on their faces. They worked quickly and efficiently and left the surrounding grounds looking better than they found it.

It went great. Things were very dirty and when he was done they sparkled.

We have used this company for a few years and were on a scheduled twice per year maintenance plan. From the first visit we were not happy with their inability to clean up the debris from our yard after the roof/gutter cleaning was done. We kept giving them another chance but every time we had to call them about the cleanup. The last visit caused the most damage to our roof. From the estimates we are getting from roofers we were told that our roof was not properly installed in the first place (not their responsibility). However, we were also told that because of the angle they were blowing/spraying our roof it lifted and probably loosened approximately 75% of our shingles. They stated that the person doing the job should have immediately stopped cleaning when this was happening. Long and short of it, we will not use this company ever again.
