AA Window and Gutter Cleaning

Buddy showed up timely and was totally awesome! He was about as quick as I expected and cleaned up after himself. I would totally call them again. They were professional and nice, everyone I talked to. This is what service (of any industry) should be. I don't really know what else to say- he cleaned my gutters- it was super dirty.

The roof had a build up of moss, which was scrapped off and a moss preventer was applied. The gutters were cleaned and inspected. I was totally satisfied. Signed up for twice annual maintenance, Spring & Fall.

They were amazing! He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, and told me what to expect. When he was finished he walked me through what he found (gutters hadn't been cleaned in a while), showed me the narrow down spouts, and suggested a cadence for keeping everything clean and working.

From the first moment of contact these guys were great. Always replied promptly to emails, gave us plenty of options on our service. We selected to do an annual service contract since our gutters are always full; making that deal gave us a substantial per-visit discount. I wasn't there during the service, but when I got home I saw that they had done a great job on the gutters and cleaned up the mess made around the outside of the house too. Very pleasant first experience.

Technician promptly completed work and sent photos of original condition. Cleaned up nicely after himself. Answered my questions thoroughly and followed up per request.

Brian couldn't have been more polite and more hard-working. My roof had not been cleaned for a few years and he worked really hard all afternoon. After completing the cleaning and treatment he cleaned all of the mess. I would highly recommend Brian and the company!

Britton arrived from AA W & G ten minutes early, which was not a problem. He performed the work very efficiently (even in the rain) and cleaned up the debris from the gutters and roof prior to departure. Pleased with the work and professionalism from this provider.

Just when I was losing hope that there were efficient service providers out there who wanted business I encounter AA Window and Gutter Cleaning - FANTASTIC! The entire process was easy and efficient - I called on Monday to ask about having our roof and gutters cleaned, the wonderful lady on the phone was efficient and knew what she was doing. I got a quote over the phone and was able to schedule for the work to be done the next day. The guy doing the work arrived within the time frame that we were given, proceeded to clean the roof and gutters and even cleaned up the patio which had the stuff from the roof as well as all the debris from the weekend's storms all over it - above and beyond! He also then knocked on the door to discuss the moss he had found on the roof and recommended treatment and gave the very reasonable cost and then proceeded to do it straight away. He also was excellent in upselling to a regular maintenance program - kudos to you - this makes my life easier! When I came home that afternoon I could tell straight away the fabulously clean roof and outdoor area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The technician arrived exactly on time and it took just under two hours to clean all the gutters and downspouts. The technician was very friendly and did a great job. I will definitely use them again.

We scheduled the service for the following Monday from when I called. They came out, worked for about 4 - 5 hours and did everything they said they would. They had all the equipment necessary to do a good job. I can't remember who my wife said came out to do the job, but she said he was nice and worked hard.

They were great! I called the day before to get an estimate ($150.00), and set up an appointment to have our gutters cleaned. I received a quote right then and there on the phone, and they scheduled an appointment for the next morning (today) at 8:00 a.m. And, because I told them I found them on Angie's List, they gave me a discount. Grant was on time and got right to work. It took him about an hour, and in that time he cleaned the gutters, cleaned up the debris, and then washed debris off the side of the house. I didn't notice until he was gone that he repaired one end of the gutter on the back of the house where the bracket had come loose. Thank you! Would not hesitate to recommend and/or hire these folks again.

They came when we agreed. They did the work and it all looks great. There were no issues.

Technician arrived early for appointment and got right to work. Roof was not that bad as we clean it ourselves yearly. Didn't have time to get it done ourselves this year so hired AA Window and Gutter based on their excellent reviews on Angie's List. Technician (Matt) was professional, friendly and did a great job. Cleaned up after himself and the roof looks great. Quote was for $250 and they honored the $20 Angie's List coupon, bringing the cost down to $230 plus sales tax.

Went well. The person who did our job was helpful, responsive and did a good job. Site needed some added cleanup and I'm not sure how complete the roof spaying was since it was done so fast I didn't get a chance to observe. Time will tell. All in all I'd say they did the work as promised.

Called on Tuesday for an estimate for roof moss removal. The person answering the phone was very knowledgeable and I was able to book an appointment Thursday with a window between 10:00 am - 12:00pm. Technician arrived at 10:30 and promptly went to work removing the moss from my roof. Would not hesitate to give them a call in the future.

Jeff arrived on time and spent nearly 5 hours working non-stop on my roof. I have a very steep roof with fascia gutters that are extra deep. He scrubbed the roof with a soft brush and removed a lot of black and green moss and lichen. He removed all my damaged, moss encrusted gutter guards. Then he used a soft brush with soap and bleach and tsp and scrubbed the exterior of all the gutters. Then he sprayed the roof moss. My roof and gutters look like they were installed new! I am amazed! Then, he cleaned everything up, and put the deck furniture back.

Britton arrived right on time and started working on roof. Was very professional and did a great job of cleaning up. Also advised us on the condition of roof with suggestions to lengthen the life of composite shingles. We were very happy with the job he did. Will definitely take his suggestions on future gutter cleaning and moss service.
