AA Window and Gutter Cleaning

I called AA on Thursday and they were able to fit me in the next day. The guy arrived on time and did a very thorough job, and was careful to clean up after himself. He also alerted me to a low pressure problem with an outside faucet that meant I was able to get a burst pipe fixed before it became a major issue.

Service was fantastic. They were so thorough with the job.

Great Service. Work was done on time on budget - quality of work was outstanding. Have scheduled for annual service. If you need someone to take care of your roof, these are the guys to call.

Technician arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He did an excellent job cleaning out the gutters and getting leaves and debris off the roof. Left the yard/deck/driveway looking very nice also. We will definitely use this company again.

I have been using them for a number of years and have now decided to sign up for regular maintenance. Original appt was for early November, but the cold snap did not allow for the job to be done (frozen gutters). Immediate call from them to let me know status and re-schedule. Exceptional communications.

AA Window and Gutter has done three jobs cleaning gutters for us in the last 3 years and have done a really good job every time, they sent out Brendan this last time and was very courteous and listened well to what I wanted and delivered, excellent job

I was really happy with their professionalism and the service itself. They called me three days prior to the originally-scheduled date because they had an opening, so it was nice that they could come before expected. The guy talked to me first and explained every thing that was going to be performed. They got it done in reasonable time and were very courteous. The price was really a good deal, even though it wasn't an Amazon Local or Angie's Deal coupon. I even saw other Angie's List deals for the same kind of service for significantly more than what I paid.

He noticed several windows with broken seals, helpful.

I just want to cry. I hired these folks because we're working many hours and have to get some help on some routine maintenance. I was looking forward to having this done and not having to crawl up a ladder. Guess who still gets to crawl up a ladder? They cleaned the dirt out of the gutters but didn't clean the outside of the gutters so they are still filthy. Of course, maybe I should just wait for the new gutters...the ones we need now that the existing gutters are full of dents. Instead of saving time, it's going to cost me time and money for new gutters. What happened to this company? We picked them because of all the great reviews.

Update 2/15/2014: OK, I'm starting to understand some of those reviews. After posting below, the owner contacted me and basically wanted to make things right. He was highly engaged to a degree I've rarely or never seen before. He send another guy out to redo the job - which they did to my complete satisfaction. I still maintain that I shouldn't have to contact him this often to get the job done right, especially at the price. But I am impressed with his customer service. So, giving them another chance and we'll see what happens. I have to say, I don't understand all those A reviews. We have been on a bi-annual contract with them for our roof cleaning. We knew they were expensive but wanted to make sure it was done right - including the yard cleanup. Well - the roof looks clear (well, they miss some spots, but mostly clean anyhow) - the yard sure isn't. All together they were here less than 60 mins, they left the lots of pine needles in my yard and they charged me $250+tax ($273). The same actually happened the first time they were here. I called to complain and sure enough - they told me they had a new guy on my house and showed up to fix the problems. I can forgive that once - I shouldn't have to call every time. Last time they missed several spots and this time the story with my yard repeated itself (which I understand BTW: If you have to clean the roof, the gutter, the yard and do moss treatment in less than an hour, I'd be hard-pressed to do a good job). If you are a in-and-out in less than an hour kind of company, just don't charge $273 for the service then. Not using this company again.

Efficient, professional and careful.

They cleaned the gutters on my 3000 sq. ft 2 story home. Came and went never knew they were there there than my gutters are clean. I signed up for regular service.

Don't really have the time for details, but Brenden was professional and appeared to really enjoy his work! I will definitely use this company next year.

Very nice and professional, but they did just an average job. They cleaned the lower gutters first, then the upper which caused debris to fall into lower gutters.

Scheduling was easy. No hassle. Matt arrived as scheduled and explained what he was going to do and asked if that was what I expected. The roof and gutters look great and after his cleanup you would not even know that work had been done. Friendly, professional and no gimmicks. Will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

The guy who came out was professional; they were a little later than I had expected but no big deal. He had to climb up on a ladder about 3 stories - my house in back is completely above ground. He placed the strips along the back and then had to work some to mount the owl. Seems to have done the job. They did tell me that although the strips are small and narrow, they usually do the job. The owl was for insurance. The $50 for the bird seemed reasonable and they did give me a discount on the rate. The owl is pretty imposing and the wings move as if it is real in the wind. I would bet the bird is scary to the woodpeckers.

They were punctual and did a great job!

We had more lint in our dryer vent than we realized. They were extremely helpful, professional and worked outside in the rain for sometime to complete the dryer vent cleaning. Their service was very much appreciated. We will definitely call on them again for future work.

Responded to inquiry quickly and service was scheduled for following week. Arrived on time and did an excellent job especially after our last wind storm. This is 2nd time we have used this company and will use them again.

Came on time. Did the job even when I was not home. Was professional to lock the home and leave the key at the requested location. Informed me when he arrived and left. All great.

The techician, Brien, was on time. He was very nice. We discussed the detail of what was to occur, and he went right to work. He was very meticulous on his job duties. When he was done, I had my wife double check everything to her satisfaction. We are both extremely happy with the work performed.

The technician (Ryan) arrived within 15 minutes of appointed time. We did a walk-around, where I explained what needed to be done. He described how he would clean the moss from the roof (stiff brush only), and that they don't remove every last bit of the moss, as that could damage the shingles. He then cleaned the roofs as described (looks much better), repaired the gutters--finding a weak spot I hadn't known about, and cleaned up debris on the ground. It took him about 3-1/2 hours. Ryan was pleasant and polite.

They were great. They did a good job. They were timely. They charged us a reasonable amount for what they did. They were efficient and they cleaned up well after themselves. We're very happy with them.

Brian showed up on time(actually a little early). Inspected and removed moss and treated roof. Clean up after wards. Did a great job, I was VERY happy!
