AA Window and Gutter Cleaning

Stephen arrived right on time. He explained exactly what he was going to do. He went about his work and cleaned up after cleaning the roof and gutters. He used his safety equipment while doing the roof work. He went about doing the inside windows without causing and interference with our family activities. Thanks Stephen for such a great job.

These guys were super accommodating when I told them I wanted to list my house on the market atleast a week earlier than I originally planned. So literally this was a last minute request & they went above and beyond to make it happen & the guy was super thorough! They may be a bit pricey but the quality of work was superb and I am extremely detail oriented and expect a fantastic job when I hire someone & these guys delivered. Will definitely be hiring them to work on our current home as well.

This is the second time we've used AA Window and Gutter to clear our roof and gutter of massive amounts of pine needles. They did just as great a job as the first time. They were scheduled to arrive at 8:00am while we were at work and perform the job, but I got a call at 7:30am that our tech was out sick that day. They still managed to find a replacement and the job was done before we got home from work that day. Grant did a great job clearing the debris, and they also did the shed's roof and gutters without asking, for no additional charge! They also did a great job cleaning up, leaving no visible debris behind. It might have been cleaner than it was before they came! Will definitely use them again next year.

I finally called them and was told that they do not do the double pane windows or the "port package" windows. They do not have the equipment to do that. But basically all they told me is that their time is more valuable than mine. Three days to tell me that they can't help me. I wish in my business I had that much time and business to tell someone that they can't help me. I will not recommend.

One guy came out and I knew it would take two hours to clean the gutters and he took two hours to do it, and he wasn’t rushing it. He did a very good job. It was pretty good of him to blow the leaves off. I found him from Angie’s List and it was a good experience. When he left, I didn’t get a chance to compliment on his work so I called up the office and told them I thought he did a really good job. I don’t usually do that but I was very impressed. He was very contentious and that was a relief because I have had other gutter people come in and do a sloppy job before.

Great service. Cleaned up. Would use them again.

I have gone with AA Window and Gutter now for several years to window wash our challenging three story home and do the gutters, AA has always been generously priced and provide great service when I have called upon them in the past. This past visit was no exception.

This was the second time we've used this company. Both times the technician was Brendan. He was on-time and professional. He fully explained the service and billing. I also have a curious 2 year-old who was very interested in seeing what was going on and the ladders and equipment, and Brendan was so kind to him (as a mom, this means a lot). The cleaning took the amount of time I was told, everything was cleaned up when he was done. I will definitely use them again. The office staff are also very responsive and helpful.

I have been using AA Window since 2010. Way overdue for a rating. I am on their regular service plan so they come on a schedule to perform services I specify or I can ask them to come out for additional dates. They have always been great to deal with, attentive and prompt. Often times I have not been home when they do their work but when I have been home the workers have been great to deal with and do a through job. I called them out for an extra trip in December after a storm because they moss was getting a tad bit to much. I live in a tree shaded area. Considering the amount of work the worker had to go through to complete the moss removal to his satisfaction I can only say that I got a great deal. And a great job. They came by last week and as usual the worker was great. Went over what he was going to do and I asked about moss control as I could see moss creeping back again. He said he could do it and quoted a price of $100 extra after checking with the office to which I agreed. As usual a through job was done. I have a large roof, 3600 square feet, with lots of gutters to clean and lots of windows so I had no problem with the pricing. I did think about the $100 for moss control and after I paid I wrote a quick email to AA Windows asking why it cost so much, especially after the treatment in December. I used to do the treatment myself so I know how much the product costs. Brett called me back the next day. He was pleasant on the phone and felt that they should refund the $100. I was surprised and pleased with the attentiveness and quick response. Good to do business with. I would not hesitate to recommend AA Windows.

I haven't used their services yet but based on their responsiveness, reviews and ratings I will be using them soon. I will write another review after using. Thank you Angies List.

It was very well done. I was impressed by how thorough he was - and very careful about what was surrounding the siding and the deck. He was also very easy to talk with and answered all of my questions. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost - it was quite reasonable for a job that needed to be done some time ago. I highly recommend AA Window and Gutter Cleaning.

They told me exactly what they were going to do and what to expect. There was more moss than I was able to see and had told them I had, and so they had to start it on the day scheduled and then finish it another day. The other reason they couldn't complete it in one day is that they got backed up and were very late arriving. I was upset because nobody had told me that I could give them a credit card and then not have to be there, so I waited around all day and canceled other things because of this failure to communicate. That being said, they more than made up for it. First, everyone was extremely courteous and professional. Then they wanted to make it good so they did the extra moss work for the lower price quoted to compensate for my lost time. They cleaned up everything. Then Brandon said they wanted to make sure I was happy and he would do a quick window wash if I wanted it. Roofs look great and if there's any green stuff regrowing in 30 days they will redo it, which could I suppose happen because of the thick carpet that was there. Highly recommend.

It went great. I have nothing negative to say. I will be using them in the future.

The person was very professional, kept me informed throughout and revamped the level of the gutters. The first big rain shower they worked very well.

Matt was the guy who came out and cleaned our gutters. He was polite, professional and cleaned up the splatter afterwards. He answered all my questions and pointed out some sections of gutter that may not be sufficiently inclined to lead water to the downspout.

They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. We have a very high concrete tile roof and they took the time to make safety provisions.

AA Window did a great job blowing our roof clean and cleaning the gutters. Cleanup after the job was well done, I will use them again. I thought it was nice how they used Google Earth to view the property and house during the bidding process so they could be as accurate as possible.

I placed an order to have my gutters and downspouts cleaned. I was not home during the cleaning. When I returned home I found my deck covered in gutter debris. I called and left a message and followed up with an email explaining what happened. I received an email back the following business day. They apologized and sent a tech out the following business day to remove the debris from the deck. I give them an A for customer service as they followed up promptly. I don't know if this was carelessness by the tech or if it is normal.

Very professional - and cleaned up very well after completing the job!

This is the second time I've used AA Window and Gutter Cleaning, and they were just as good as they were the first time. I hired them to clean my roof, half of which was covered with thick moss. I also had them clean the gutters and power wash the overhang and deck. It went great, the roof looks almost new, and all the grime was removed from the deck and overhang.

They were very timely and professional. Asked to use my yard waste bin to save on dump fees. I would hire them again and they yards looks fantastic after their work.

The company had a good price, was on time and professional. I was very happy with the cleanup afterward. I have a shed with a standard roof. The person cleaned it too and I did not even ask or it. This is the first roof cleaning I have done, so I can't compare.
