AA Window and Gutter Cleaning

First off I don't understand how a company that specializes in Window cleaning doesn't clean both sides of the window (note this was all outdoors). I'm not sure what customer would ever want that. I hired them as the skylights are difficult (but not impossible) to access and as a home-owner I didn't posses the right equipment. While they did tell my wife (husband is writing this review) when she booked the appointment they "don't do" inside, their invoice does have an option for "In and Out" and thought there might be a mis-understanding. Secondly, their "one-side cleaning" was a poor quality job, there we're many areas that required scrubbing and not just a light spray wash. Third, one of the panels closest to the house was left dirty. I called the company and they confirmed they only clean "one-side" of the window stating they wanted to contain over-splash and chemical overflow. They were courteous and professional and refunded me $50 for the job. I had to go out this weekend and get a large pole with some cleaner and finished the second half of the job. The part I cleaned with some elbow grease was cleaner that the professional job on the outside. Bottom-line if you want a quality job for inside and out, hire someone else.

They were excellent! My skylights look fantastic, and I'm sure my gutters will be great too - it just hasn't rained yet. I signed up for their annual service for windows and gutters. I was impressed with their office and the person who came out and did the work.

This is the second time I’ve had them out and both times, they were easy to schedule and did great work. I will be hiring them again for regular roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and soon window cleaning.

Nick did super nice work, communicated very well and cleaning all debris on the ground. He continued and finished the work when it started raining hard. Very satisfied with his work!

Alex and Sam were amazing. They were very professional and even pointed out where I didn’t need services on the roof that I thought was necessary. The pressure washing was done well with excellent cleanup.

It was an extensive job. Gutters were full to the rim and there was plenty of moss on the roof. The work was done in a couple of hours and the yard cleaned up of debris. I will be having them come back on a regular basis to clean the gutters.

The tech did an excellent job and the roof looks great. There were two items he forgot to pack while he was still here writing the invoice. Later we found two other items, one of which was a stiff-bristled brush head that blew off the roof during the recent windstorm. Other than those minor things, we're quite happy.

Too expensive and did not think value worth the cost

We have a annual maintenance plan. Always easy to schedule and discount with the plan. Always very polite and careful to avoid any issues with the shrubs and plants near the house. The different employee's have all been consistent and again, polite and considerate. Would recommend them for your gutter cleaning needs.

They did a good job, but noticed that two gutters were not hooked back up.

They arrived as scheduled and did a good job. I did find some leaves on the ground many places below the gutters where they were dropped, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Roof was fine, but the down spouts were not cleaned out. I told them the down spouts were clogged, no problem we will make sure they are cleaned out. No still cloged

They showed up exactly when they said they would and cleaned all the leaves and dirt out of my gutters, some of which are up very high. There are so many trees near my gutters that they suggested I get them cleaned twice a year, and so I signed up for that. I have watched how nasty my gutters get and agreed that they need to get thoroughly cleaned out more than once/year. Since then, I have also hired them to pressure wash my driveway and wash my windows. I will continue to use them for whatever services they offer that I happen to need.

All work was performed in a timely manner.

After the work was completed, quite a few gutters and the roof that's visible from my back yard still had debris on them. It also appeared that less easily visible gutters and roof areas had similar issues. Additionally, the clean-up resulted in a lot of the debris being blown into basement window wells as opposed to being collected and removed. One of the tools used to clean the skylights was left behind (the skylights were cleaned well). Finally, we had agreed that this work would cost $250, but the invoice that was left was made out for $275. I called the company the next day and they apologized and sent someone out to re-do the work items that weren't completed properly, which yielded a better result than the first visit (hence, my overall rating was "Fair"). Overall, the experience was disappointing esp. in the light of the company's favorable ratings.

Did excellent work. Advised against pressure washing patio due to placement of bricks, indicating I wouldn't have been satisfied with the results. Very professional and pleasant to work with.
