AA Window and Gutter Cleaning

He arrived on time, got straight to work on a really hot day. I am pretty sure no one has ever been as thorough as (I want to say his name was Gary...) the man was. Our room looks better than it has in years. He also inspected some work that was done last summer and gave us some peace of mind there too. With the amount of debris he blew off, you would never have guessed it when he was done cleaning up. Super nice man and we will use them again.

The appointment was made, through the office administrator, Rochelle. She was cordial, sensitive to my time needs, and very professional. I received a scheduled appointment only two days from the time I called. She handled the billing in advance and assured me that the representative would arrive within a two hour scheduled window, which he did.

They were reputable and had a good price. When I had a small issue, they came out and did it for free.

Setting up the appointment was easy and they had my information on file even though it had been years since we last used their service. The technician was on time, explained everything clearly, and took my realtime request to include my 1500sqft shop without missing a beat. The work looks great, everything is cleaned up and I'm very happy with the result. Even though the work was way overdue, they didn't charge me any more than the quote. I'm very happy and will definitely use them again.

Both times I have used AA for roof moss and gutter cleaning, the young men who came out to climb on my steep roof and do the work were personable, professional, and so tidy-- it was wonderful not to have to clean up after a contractor.

Work was able to be done when we were gone and paid by credit card when making appointment. Gutters look great. Super convenient

Excellent pre-contract/service communication with business office. Technician was punctual for appointment and professional in appearance and in demeanor. Vehicle and equipment were clean and in good condition. Technician took the time to completely understand all elements of the expected service. He worked in an efficient and safe manner and with due regard to adjacent structures and plantings. Job site was cleaned to the arrival condition. Created debris was collected and removed from site. Cost for the service was estimated to be $650.00 with tax. Minor modifications to the service request resulted in a service cost reduction to $505.38 with tax. Professional, prompt, courteous, orderly. Based on this service experience, I can recommend for like service.

The staff arrived on time. The staff was listening to the requests I made sincerely. The staff did excellent job (very professional) on the window cleaning and gutter cleaning. No comments were needed as the job was almost perfect. I love that we have a partner who can take care of the house as I would do myself.

We have a steep roof and it had not been cleaned in a while. AA used a blower instead of a pressure washer as we have shake shingles and I was told pressure washing can damage the roof. We were shocked at all of the debris that came off our roof and pleasantly surprised to find the yard, patio, driveway ... in nice condition after the roof and gutter cleaning because our technician did such a great clean up job afterward. He also reconnected a gutter section that had come apart as well as a loose trim piece. Our tech was punctual, pleasant and polite and we will use AA again for any roof/gutter issues.

I am very happy with them. I contracted to have my roof cleaned twice a year at $200 each time. It is well worth it as I have a wooded lot and pine needles everywhere! They are professional, polite and do a very good job. I came home from work this last cleaning and noticed how clean the roof and grounds were so I knew they had been there and cleaned the roof and grounds. I would recommend them to anyone!

He was actually a few minutes early. He immediately went to work. His work was quick, efficient, and well done. Our home is on a steep hill and there are a few windows that are a challenge to get to!
