AA Window and Gutter Cleaning

Beautifully. They were on time and did a meticulous job. Cleaned up after themselves by blowing off all debris when they were done. I have used them before and will use them again !

I've used them in the past. It turned out fine. They did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves. They also do windows. I have moved out of the area, but would have used them again, had I stayed.

These guys are terrific. They showed up on time; immediately assessed the job; and made sure they were clear on what we wanted done. Two hours later, the roof was clean; the inside to the gutters were clean; and the outside to the gutters looked like new. A thorough blowing of the grounds surrounding the house got our yard back to ship shape condition. This included blowing the walkway between front and rear yards. We didn't ask to have that done. They did it as a courtesy! Our neighbor used them a week earlier with the same positive results. We will use them again. I highly recommend this company.

They did an excellent job, and their prices are fair.

Pretty easy job. I did ask them to come back out and re-treat as it did not seem to take in all the areas. They did come back out without argument. Roof moss free, so very happy. With Shake roofs, you should not pressure wash the cedar, so this was a good, cheap alternative.

They were able to communicate and give me a bid via email, which was really helpful. Matt H came to the house to do the work and he was fantastic - friendly, quick - and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them!

We were very impressed with the job that was done. The roof hadn't had moss treatment applied for a couple of years so it needed some extra work which was why the service was more expensive. Scheduling the appointment and getting the estimate was done over the phone with Brett. He was honest, fair, and I really appreciated his customer service. The deck pressure washing and roof cleaning was done by Todd and he did an amazing job. The decks and roof looked great and we were very pleased with the job he did cleaning up the debris around the house after the roof was cleaned off. It was a great experience and we will be calling them again next year.

The gutters themselves were cleaned satisfactorily, however the first rain revealed that the downspouts were clogged with (very old, decomposed, not fresh) pine needles. I had to clear and reposition the downspouts myself to get the gutters flowing properly. I also noticed that debris (again, clumps of old decomposed pine needle) were left on the ground under the gutters rather than cleaned up.

This is the third or fourth time I'm using AA Window and Gutter, for roof and gutter services. They do excellent work, and aren't interested in selling extra services I don't need. I asked them to clean the gutters and look at the roof in case it needed blowing/moss treatment, and they did a great job on the gutters and told me the roof was fine. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Two articulate, polite and professional gents arrived at our doorstep on time and ready to work. From 8-5 they diligently performed their duties. In the end, they removed moderate to heavy amounts of moss from our home's roof and the roof of an outbuilding on our property. "The heaviest moss I've ever seen," one of them commented about the moss carpet that laid atop the outbuilding. They applied a light dusting of zinc to the roof to help kill the remaining moss. The gutters were cleaned out and the downspouts were checked to make sure they weren't clogged. Great care was taken to clean the sides of the gutters and the house to remove any fallen moss that had been blown off the roof. Most impressive was how thoroughly they cleaned the ground around the house, like I would have done it - there was a few wheelbarrows of moss they raked up so this was no small task - they treated our place like it was there own home. Tremendous! Excellent job on cleaning the exterior windows as well. These guys do terrific work and I will use them again the next time I need this work done.

I have zero complaints, the price was fair and the service was excellent.

AA Window Cleaning is great! They scheduled us quickly, showed up on time, and were very professional. They did an excellent job not only with the work itself, but with the cleanup afterward. It was a welcome relief to see that I didn't have to do any cleanup myself after they left. They were also good about explaining every issue they ran up against during the cleaning and made sure I was satisfied before they took off. I'll definitely be using their services on a more regular basis!

I was very pleased with the service and clean up after. In fact, it caused me to sign up for the recurring maintenance program.

They were prompt, friendly, and professional acting and did the work agreed to, but did a poor job of cleanup after, only cleaned up the front yard, leaving a mess on both sides of the house.

We were looking to have our gutters cleaned inside and out.The estimate from AA Window & Gutter for cleaning inside the guitars was $175 (we have the snap-on gutter guards so it's more a matter of popping up a couple of guards here and there and blowing out the debris), and the estimate for cleaning the outside of the gutters was $150, so $325 total - it was a bit on the pricier side compared to what we have paid in the past but the good reviews from Angie's List swayed us. Customer service was prompt and considerate and scheduled us within a week (the rep said that the cleaning should take 3 to 4 hours and all downspouts would be inspected, as well). Our tech arrived on time for an 8 am apt. and was professional and courteous. He confirmed what we wanted done and got to work. Since the customer service rep had told me a thorough cleaning would take 3 to 4 hours, I was a bit surprised to get a knock on the door after 2 hours. The tech said he was done! We settled up and off he went to his next job. The outside of the gutters did look good, but we noticed from our upstairs windows that many of the gutter guards had not been popped back into place. We called AA and they sent the tech back out to pop them back in. He did so and was very friendly about it, which we appreciated. I did ask him to double check all of the guards (we have two stories of gutters and you have to be on the roof to see the top tier), but if he did he did it very quickly, because he was gone again in ten minutes. We had our first good rain squall the other day (about three weeks after the cleaning and little or no rain since then). We noticed a fair amount of debris had flowed from the top downspout onto the lower tier gutter guards. So either the tech didn't replace all the gutter guards on the top level or he didn't do a thorough cleaning or both. We appreciated AA's friendly customer service, but, in the end, you want the job done thoroughly, and AA has a bit of improving to do on that score. ----------------------------- UPDATE: After reading my B review, the company owner called personally! He said AA didn't want to do just a good job, it wanted to do an excellent job. Moreover, he wanted to earn me as a repeat customer. How refreshing! He was truly gracious and offered additional services at no charge to make sure that we felt we'd received the best value for our money. Our tech came back out within a few days and did a fine job ensuring all the gutters were clear and the guards were properly in place. We were quite pleased with the results. Any company that is this responsive, caring, and eager to make things right is a company with integrity, and one that will get my business again. AA DID improve and earns an A!

The work was very professional. They arrived on time and completed everything on schedule. The price was a bit of a shocker, but that is probably because we were having so much done. They did great work. There was a bit of debris left in the shrubs, but not a big deal. There were a couple of gutter down spouts that were clogged a month later and they came out at no charge and fixed them up for us. Nice job!

The technician, Steven, worked carefully, thoroughly and with attention to detail. He got to a very hard to reach glass enclosure and didn't just clean the glass, but around it to make the enclosure look great.

Mark arrived on time, was super nice and professional. He was very informative about what he was going to be doing, and answered all my questions, he was very knowledgeable about his business. He did an excellent job and worked really h****** the patio cover which is kind of tough to reach and also has issues with moss, It looked much better after his efforts, and he cleaned up really well behind himself. Working with this company went really smoothly, from scheduling to finish. i will use them again.

I found the appointment easy to schedule. The service technician Darrell arrived early and was efficient and thorough in completing the service. He cleaned up well and was very responsive in addressing a few minor touchups I requested before he left. Very satisfied.

WOW - WE ARE IMPRESSED!! First they showed up ON TIME!!! VERY pleasant and polite young men - Steven & Darryl - were not at all intimidated that the house and garage are a 12/12 pitch and it took them about 3 and 1/2 hours and that included clean up!! They are very careful and talked over the approach of how to climb and secure themselves on the roof and then went to work with their leaf blower on steroids! OMG - we are SOOO HAPPY!! Will spread the word and tell everyone who cares or is looking to clean their roofs, about this company! Fortunately we have the MasterShield gutter covers so the gutters didn't need to be cleaned! However they are not limited to roof cleaning and we also asked for a window cleaning estimate! Also we got a $ 20.- coupon from Angie's list, which is really a token, but we will call them again, coupon or not!!! .

I was so pleased with AA Window and Gutter cleaners. The technician Mark arrived promptly at 8:00 AM. He explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions or things that he may need to know about for him to do the window cleaning. He started on the outside of the house and then inside. Our windows were extremely dirty and we had sky lights as well. They now are sparkling. He was very professional in his manner throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them again. This was a referral from a friend who works at Children's Country Home!
