Roofs look great and yard was well cleaned up from falling debris. Work was done on two different homes as well as a neighbors.

The courteous workman was here 4 hours and did a careful, thorough job of steel brush scrubbing the moss off the shingles. I also had the exterior of my windows washed (I removed the screens and washed them myself). It did surprise me, since this is the first time in 10 years I have hired someone to wash my windows (I'm getting old and tired), that when washing the windows the service does NOT include cleaning out the screen track. I have now signed up to have the roof and gutters cleaned every 6 months.

Dale and Don arrived on time and did a great job! Wonderful to work with. They cleaned my tile roof and left the property spot clean. Excellent! I would hire again. See you guys next year!

I had some heavy moss on my roof that needed to be cleaned off. I called for a quote. Interestingly, they checked my house out with Zillow and Google street view and were able to give me a quote immediately over the phone. Their process is brushing the moss off the roof instead of pressure washing it. I think that may be a little kinder to the roof which is one of the reasons I chose them. They were able to give me an appointment within a week. They sent out a crew of two men who were ready to start at 7:45am on the date promised. They were courteous, professional and experienced with the type of roof I have, concrete tile, and knew how to walk on the tiles without breaking them - a problem I've had in the past. They finished up by early afternoon and did a nice job. They cleaned up the moss that fell from the roof around the perimeter of the house. I had a old TV antenna attached to the chimney which I wanted removed and they did that for me at no charge. All and all, I was pleased with their service and would recommend them.

They were on time and did a great job. On time and very professional. Roof looks really nice and free of moss. They didn't leave a mess around the house and cleaned up neatly. Definitely will use them again!

I liked that they called me to confirm the window of time they were coming and they actually showed up earlier than that. They did the job when I was at work. When I came home it was just done and they did beautiful work. We had a lot of garden around our building; the entire front of the building was gardened. There were nothing was harmed; everything was clean and they just did a fantastic job.

We have a twice a year cleaning contract with AA Window and Gutter, so I called to arrange for the spring cleaning. They are very responsive when I call and I was able to set up appointment right away. They sent Matt, who did the fall cleaning for us. He and his assistant arrived right on time (8AM). I asked them to pay attention to some moss buildup on the back side of the roof. (I had pictures from a recent inspection.) They were very thorough and did a good job of cleaning up the lot. We are happy with the work they did for us.

We have used AA Window and Gutter Cleaning for several years, and just had them out for our annual maintenance. Their responsiveness is prompt and their work is solid. Last year, we felt moss had been missed on our roof, and the representative came back out without any questions or additional cost. This year, I discovered one of our gutters had become separated from the eave/roof just two days before AA Window and Gutter Cleaning was scheduled to come out. I asked if they could recommend someone that could reattach the gutter. That would not be necessary as their representative would be happy to reattach the gutter for us! I fully expected an additional charge on our invoice, but was happy to discover the work was done for no extra cost. The day after our service, AA Window and Gutter Cleaning called and emailed to follow-up on our service experience. While you may be able to get this type of maintenance work done for a lower price, you will be hard-pressed to get greater value. I highly recommend AA Window and Gutter Cleaning.

I'm very pleased with the work. The service man came on time, and was extremely polite. My roof had accumulated a lot of moss and it was a major job to remove it and then clean up. This was all done excellently. Even though there was probably more moss than typically found, the guy never made me feel guilty about it, or give any hint that he was unhappy with the scope of the job. The cleanup was great; he left the yard cleaner than when he started. I will come back to this company and recommend them. The bill presented was the original estimate which was lower than other companies I asked.

I called on Monday and got an appointment Tuesday morning. Brandon showed up on time. He was courteous and professional. Finished the job quickly. In addition to clearing the clog, he noticed a hole on the downspout so he sealed it. I asked for two strainers when making the appointment but requested one extra when Brandon was on-site. They didn't charge me extra and honored Angie's List coupon. Overall a good experience.

They brushed the moss off and used air to remove the moss, then cleaned up any debris. The gutters were not only cleaned, but one area that was broken was repaired at no extra cost. I received a phone call to check in on the service the day after and was offered additional moss removal in the event we found more. I researched and compared with other companies and AA not only provided the fairest price, but most comprehensive service. Others were quoting nearly double the price! I was happy with the way they handled the removal as well. In the past, we have had pressure washing done which broken some shingles off. The method they use ensures that the roof remains intact. I would highly recommend this company for roof moss removal and gutter cleaning. * Note that the price listed above includes sales tax.

The work was excellent and the price was right. Kris the technician was prompt and professional. The job was done to my satisfaction. I requested that no debris be pushed into the downspouts and that request was honored. Kris cleaned up nicely after the job and my roof looks terrific. I will definitely use AA again. A side note, one of AA competitors on Angies list is offering a big deal that is no deal compared to AA's work. All work: roof and gutter cleaning plus 10 small exterior windows and a skylight cleaned, plus the moss killer applied to the roof was well under $100 less than the competion's BIG DEAL! Great work AA!

We had several problems after they left. The first was that the sealed gutters leaked then one downspout was damaged and leaked, the other down spout was clogged and would not drain and the seams leaked. They came out and fix the first problem, I did not notice the other problems until later and I just fixed them myself. They did come out after two months to fix the first problem at no additional cost. The repair was mediocre. I had used them before with no problem but I will not use them again. I was given a discount on the quoted cost since I had used them before.

Second time we have used them. He is always prompt, polite and does quality work. Outside of gutters had that famous NW green tinge from moss. Looks bright white after he is done, roof moss is gone and gutters cleared of all the tree leaves and such.

It was good because they were between the two pieces of glass. They answered me back very quickly the same day that I requested them and they came out and did the work when I asked them to and it was great. I actually came home when the guy that was doing it was leaving and he said he needed to come back to do, he had missed the sliding glass door upstairs and so he was going to come back. At first I thought he forgot, and then when I actually got up there, it was a couple of days later, he had actually done that. He's exactly did it, so it was good.

Tow techs were on-time, courteous, efficient, and did a great job (can't speak of effectiveness of roof treatment yet). Were careful both inside and outside and cleaned up nicely. Appreciated the courtesy call the day after to ask if we were completely satisfied (which we were). Btw cost was ~$1,500 for main house plus guesthouse (~9000sf combined). I put this heel because Angie's list app does work right

This was an excellent experience from beginning to end. We obtained this provider's contact info from Angie's List, and they were quick to return our call. We were able to schedule a mutually-agreeable appointment. Their service representative, Justin, arrived on time. After quickly assessing the weather conditions and noting the roof was slick with frost, he requested for his safety to return later in the day. That worked for us! Justin accomplished the mission in exemplary fashion. He worked fast and efficiently, leaving our roof and gutters "spanky clean", and cleaned up all debris completely. We've had other companies clean our roof and gutters before, but AA Window and Gutter did it the best in all respects. We are planning to have our windows cleaned this summer, and will hire AA Window and Gutter to do that job as well.

AA Window and Gutter Cleaning were great. They called me back immediately and had me scheduled promptly. The work was done in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the job they did and their service. They called me to check to make sure everything was done to my satisaction. I will definitely be using them again in the future. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They cleaned the rain gutters. We've been using AA to clean the gutters for years. We also had them clean the windows for the first time. AA was professional and did a good job as usual.

Provider arrived right on time (actually 5 minutes early) and professionally and thoroughly cleaned gutters. Repaired a hole in the gutter at no extra cost. Also stayed afterwards to answer questions. A+ experience!
