AA Window and Gutter Cleaning

They were on time. However, debris from my gutter somehow got to the outside of my windows. They tried to sell roof demossing and failed to pay attention to one gutter that did need repair.

Technician arrived on time and was very polite and friendly. Unclogged downspouts that previous home owner had left clogged for years according to our neighbors (2 mini-footballs, 3 smaller round balls, sigh). Cleaned out all the gutters, and tested with hose to make sure all downspouts were working. Cleaned up all the debris from the cleaning without being asked to do so. Will use again in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

The crew showed up on time, and was receptive to my questions about what exactly they would be doing. They removed all the moss and applied a moss-killing substance to the roof. The gutters and downspouts were cleaned. When I returned home from work it looked like a new roof had been put on the house while I was gone and the gutters were spotless. We have a multi-level, steeply pitched roof and would definitely not have been able to do this ourselves. Super happy with the service and the result.

All the employees including the estimator and the two gentlemen who did the work were great. The only complaint I have is regarding the cleaning of the tracks. The company was very explicit that they did not have the equipment to clean the tracks but they would wipe them out and dust the screens. This arrangement was again discussed just prior to the work beginning. The end result was that the tracks were not cleaned out nor were they wiped out. They did, however, do a great job on the windows.

Very good and professional service. Was on time, did a great job with the roof and gutters, and cleaned up debris around house. Good price for the quality of work done. Will definitely hire them again.

He was extremely nice and listened to what I said. He fixed the gutters that the raccoons used as a springboard to the trees and reattached them. I was so happy that I signed up for recurring maintenance.

AA Window and Gutter came out the very next business day (they had a cancellation and gave a further discount if we took it). They thoroughly cleared all moss and debris off the roof, cleaned the gutters, and cleared away all the mess from the yard. They showed up on time and the young man was very pleasant and efficient. We will definitely use this company again.

I called and talked to Brett from AA Window and Gutter Cleaning who used Google Earth to look at our house and detached garage. He bid the job for gutters and windows for both structures, and the price seemed reasonable. I gave him the specifics for our property: type & pitch of roof, length of gutters, height of windows to be cleaned inside & outside, etc. I asked about equipment and warned them several times about the heights of our windows and told them the last time they had been professionally cleaned was 11 years ago. I talked to the company several times to ask follow-up questions, suggested they send 2 workers, and again warned them about the heights and amount of work that needed to be done. When the 2 workers arrived, they walked around the house and clearly were surprised by the job we had hired them to do. They spent over 30 minutes out by their trucks looking at our house and talking on the phone. Then my phone rang and it was Brett from the office telling me that, unfortunately, they couldn't complete the job! I expected to hear that they needed to charge me more, bring in more equipment, etc. I did not expect them to flat out tell me they would NOT do any of the work they had agreed to do! I asked Brett to explain, and he gave me some nonsense reasons like my windows were too dirty and would need a razor blade to clean, the roof pitch was too steep (I had already given him all that information a week earlier and warned him about it), and that he wanted me to be happy with their work so he just couldn't have his guys do it adequately. I had called 5 different companies to bid this job that needed to be done before a BIG party at our house and only one told me my job was too big for him to complete. Now that AA Window & Gutter Cleaning totally bailed on my house, there was no time to hire another company to complete the work before our party. My kids, my 73 year old mother-in-law, and I cleaned our windows all day long ourselves, and NEVER did we need a razor blade! If AA Window and Gutter Cleaning schedules your job 1st thing in the morning, beware, that means they think it's a BIG job, and they might just bail on you too in order to complete easier, more lucrative jobs!

Extremely professional from start to finish. They were able to get out quickly, arrived on time and did a great job. They even cleaned debris off of the ground that came off during the cleaning process.

It went extremely well. The staff showed up on time and performed the work very efficiently. The windows look really nice and the screens were wiped down as well. Note that they do not clean the inside sills of the windows, but that was not necessarily expected after I read another review of the company on Angie's List. The roof had quite a bit of moss on the back and they cleaned it all off and did a treatment as well. The gutters are spotless too! They even cleaned a small patch of moss that was on our chimney. Additionally, they swept up our patio and driveway such that they were cleaner than they were in the morning!! It was very nice to come home and have everything look beautiful and not find a mess!! I appreciated the staff's hard work. I would definitely use them again.

It went great. The person who cleaned our windows was on time and did a great job. I thought our skylights could use further cleaning and he was happy to go back to touch them up.

The technician did a good job pressure washing the patio and other areas. I was less impressed with the window cleaning. On the inside windows there were some water marks on the windows sills where they were not completely dried as well as smears around the edges of the windows. They don't really clean the window screens, they just wipe them off, so even where the windows are clean, you are looking through a dirty screen. The exterior of the windows was really a disappointment. There were cobwebs and such that I wanted removed and rather than powers wash the outside of the house the technician suggested mopping the windows and rinsing them off. He said they would dry quickly in the warm weather. However, many of the windows have drips and look like they haven't been cleaned in months. I called them to let them know that I was dissatisfied and they sent the technician out again, but as soon as the sun shines through the windows, you can see there are still drips. I won't be using there services again.

Worker arrived on time & did a good job of cleaning up any debris from the yard. The roof & gutters were clear. Excellent job of cleaning the outside windows, screens & skylights.

Scott did a great job and we are very pleased. He arrived early was friendly and nice to work with. He suggested cleaning the outside surface of the gutters to get the grime off and make them look great. We agreed to have the work done and it looks great. We have used AA for a number of years and Scott is one of their best.

Cleaned a very mossy 2nd story roof and pine filled gutters and applied a zinc oxide coating for moss prevention. There was no evidence of the cleaning on the ground. The shed appeared to be cleaned as well which I didn't expect. The service was outstanding and I didn't have to be home for it. Billed the day after and had a follow up email and call to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend.

We have two large trees in the front that drop pine needles on the roof and also provides enough shade that gives us a moderate amount of moss. The crew came while we were at work and left the yard and walkways clear of debris. Our gutters were also FULL of pine needles and they did a great job cleaning them out and also did minor maintenance on sections of our gutter that were separating from our house. We compared at least 4 quotes in the area and AA gave us the most reasonable price. We are very pleased with our service!

From scheduling to execution - amazing experience. The technician was precisely on time, completed the job and left the yard clean. The roof looks great (one side was a moss jungle before the service). Would definitely use the company again.

I was not too pleased. They did alright but the windows were left streaky rather than nice and clean. Most of them were clean but some were left streaky.

Service was performed to our satisfaction, within 1 week of calling for an appointment. Estimate of services was provided via phone and I was charged exactly what was estimated. Areas surrounding house and garage were cleaned up after service and will use provider again!
