AA Window and Gutter Cleaning

Booking was very easy, and they were responsive to my calls. The schedule was completed very quickly and timely. The technician communicated his estimated time of arrival on the schedule day, and the office followed-up with a status call the following day. The technician was very professional, clean, and thorough. The job took less than three hours, and I am very satisfied with the work.

Had AA out to clean our gutters and treat our roof for moss. Would have been fine with the service, but 6 months later, our house was inspected as we were selling and the inspector found moss on the roof. Roof treatments are generally recommended on a yearly basis, so we were shocked to see that it needed to be done again. Called AA, asked if they could come out and touch it up, but they had no availability and they would not provide reimbursement for any of the services. A separate company came to redo the work, said the treatment used to kill the moss hadn't been properly removed (AA website states: Rain and wind naturally wash away remaining dead moss) and was now causing black spots to remain on the roof.

It was a good price and a good job, so we liked their service.

This company has always been attentive and prompt with the twice-yearly gutter cleaning service. The spring visit yesterday was no different. Mike showed up ready to work, neatly attired, friendly and helpful, and had all the necessary equipment to proceed. After inspecting the roof (part of the service) and showing photos of areas of moss build up, with my approval, he cleaned the moss from the roof taking care afterwards to clean up the debris that he had removed. He cleaned the gutters and the debris from this activity also. When this was finished, he proceeded with the window cleaning service. Because of my cats, I have fastened a few of the window screens into the frame with 2 or 3 screws each so they wouldn't pop out a screen accidentally and had a problem with removing one of the screws. Mike offered to remove it, and with his longer arms, he had no problem. Once this was done, he removed and cleaned the screens, then the windows, before replacing the screens. I was so impressed (and amazed at how clean the windows were afterwards) that I asked if he could clean the windows from the inside also. He was quite willing and after cleaning all the windows, the slider door to the back patio, and both storm doors, I was amazed at how much cleaner the windows were than they ever had been from my own efforts. Mike was respectful and careful when working inside and out with the curtains, screens, etc. while doing the cleaning. He also was quite willing to offer up his tips and techniques for how he managed to get those windows squeaky clean. I honestly think he got those windows cleaner than they had been when I moved in after the house had been built. As has been my previous experiences with this company, Mike did excellent work for a good price. I really like the ability to schedule and "forget" the gutter cleaning. In the past it's been a hit and miss affair to find someone good and reliable when they needed cleaning. I have added annual external window cleaning to the maintenance schedule now because of the results of this visit.

Jason came to my house and thoroughly cleaned my roof of moss and debris, both by hand and with air blower, then laid moss out on the roof. He did a great job, was professional and thorough. Couldn't be happier with our service. We're planning to use them for window cleaning after our house is painted.

I can see why AA Window and Gutter Cleaning is rated so highly on Angie's List. We wanted a quality job at a reasonable price and got it. The service technician was prompt, friendly, and very professional. He brushed the roof for moss clumps and blew off the needles and loose moss. We did not want it pressure washed because it could damage the roof. He then treated the roof by spreading zinc sulfate granules to kill any remaining moss. The company warranted that if any living (green) moss remained after 30 days they would come out and retreat the roof at no extra cost. Our house is in a shaded area surrounded by trees and the roof does not dry quickly so we get a lot of needles and moss. The technician recommended blowing off the roof twice a year and treating for moss once a year. We have a split level house with composition shingles and some steep sections. The house is 2100 square feet and we were charged $375 less a $20 Angie's List rebate. He also cleaned and treated an adjacent carport roof, 680 square feet, for an extra $150. Total charge including tax was about $550. He cleaned up the roof debris in the yard by blowing it off the lawn and driveway, and then washed down the house. It looks great.

Showed up as scheduled, worked diligently, told me when job was complete, provided advice for follow-up and future management of roof moss. I'm pleased with the result and price and would use this company again.

We've used AA window and gutter for several years now and will continue to call them to schedule their services.We give them an A rating all across the board?.they are very reliable, they do great work and are always polite. The technicians are well equipped and skilled, I have complete confidence in their work and fully appreciate their safety precautions. They are a first class operation and we highly recommend their services.

This is the second time the crew from AA Window and Gutter has been out to my house, they did the gutters and roof a few years ago, and now the gutters and siding. Both times the only sign they'd been there was the sparkling clean they left behind! I'll definitely have them back again in the future.

I have a biannual service with them. They give me a discount but they come on their own schedule with no warning. This works fine for me and I don't have to think about it. They do a great job and clean up all debris from their work. They also look at roof for mold and will treat if necessary. We had them clean our windows and skylights on the first service and they did a great job with that too. They were also nice and fixed a smudge on my garage that was up to high for me to reach.

They did a really good job for me... They didn't even leave a mess..

I have been using this provider for years and overall am satisfied with the service. I seem to always find some stuff that didn't get cleaned off the yard but a couple of times I had someone else do it and they left a real mess.

We had a great experience just about from start to finish. Ryan, who answered our call, reviewed our house on the internet and, also armed with the window count we volunteered, quoted what we thought was a very reasonable price for cleaning our windows inside and out -- especially considering that many of our windows are a considerable height. We were able to schedule a mid-afternoon appointment within a few days of our call, despite miserably cold weather. We got a call the next day offering an earlier appointment if we wanted it, which we appreciated but declined. Unfortunately, the crew didn't make it to our house on the scheduled afternoon. When we finally called at 3:30 p.m. to find out what was up, we were told that the previous job was taking longer than expected. Because of the dwindling daylight, we declined the offer to have someone come out as soon as they were finished and rescheduled an 8 a.m. appointment the following workday. Evan showed up right on time on the day of our rescheduled appointment. He did the inside first to give the freezing temperature outside a little time to warm up. Within a couple of hours, he'd finished the inside and was starting on the outside. He did an equally meticulous job there, removing and wiping down each window screen and leaving every window streak- and drip-free before reinstalling the screen. Once finished, he pointed out a window with a failed seal we hadn't noticed and did a quick visual check with us. We couldn't find a single problem to point to! We're hire these guys again in a heartbeat, and we'll make sure our friend the realtor has them in her resource bank.

They were extremely responsive and followed through just as promised. The technician showed up as expected. He was very professional and well spoken. My roof and gutters look amazing. All downspouts are clean. Additionally, he left everything cleaner than when he arrived! Not a speck left in my driveway or the surrounding areas. Really great service.

This is our second time using AA window and gutter cleaning at our home. Jason did the service both times. Some things we like about this service: they were able to schedule the service quickly, they come on time, Jason describes the conditions so I can make an informed decision about which services I need (even pointed out a drainage problem needing plumbing attention). The quality of the work was excellent, ESPECIALLY the cleanup. I like having the roof cleaned by brush and air instead of power washing. Kudos to Jason for being such a hard and conscientious worker. We will definitely continue to use and recommend this company!

Our technician, Marvin arrived promptly. Very polite and professional, and went above and beyond his call of duty. Never slowed down, despite wind and rain. He took photos to show areas of concern to discuss options once he was off the roof. He suggested treatment needed (removal of a wasps nest!), offered a fair price and also agreed to complete my extra request (patio cover cleaned). Once prices were quoted (gutters and windows) over the phone and also on site for the extras, they remained the same. Note: they do tell you over the phone that the screens will be "wiped down," which in most cases will be fine. If you're looking to have them cleaned, you'll need to let them know beforehand to give a fair quote. Overall, great job.
