5 star service from a 5 star company! Excellent service!

Outstanding. We have used this company for the past few years at our primary residence and at a rental house for gutter cleaning and moss treatment. The job is thorough and the cleanup impeccable. What more could you want? They have reconnected a disconnected downspout (from the roof) and taken pictures/measurement of a chimney to help me with other work. I also greatly appreciate this company's attention to safety. It's clear to me that their guys are well trained, have the right gear and make it a priority. Having someone fall on my property is something I don't want, for me or the worker. I think I pay a fair price for outstanding work.

From what i was able to see from the street, they did a good job cleaning the gutters and roof with skylights.

Excellent! They are easy to schedule and flexible. You don't have to be home for them to come and clean the gutters or windows. They're always a phone call away.

The day after my January 26th review was published, I received a telephone call from Brett V., the owner of AA Window and Gutter, with an apology and an offer to return to redo my roof and also to clean my exterior windows (which was not part of the original job) for no charge. Because of the cold weather and snow, it was not possible for them to schedule the work immediately. Nevertheless, Brett called/sent several messages to update me and reaffirm that they fully intended to follow through. Last week, Darrell came to my home to review my roof/windows and left a note indicating that he would schedule time to redo the work. He also extended apologizes for the initial job. Today Darrell returned and completely cleaned my roof and did a very thorough moss treatment. He also washed ALL of my exterior windows (even though I told him that I would be happy if he only did the very high ones that were on the NW side of my house). The quality of the work done today is exceptional! I feel AA Window and Gutter went way, way beyond any reasonable expectations to correct the problems I had reported. I am more than pleased with the result. This is an incredibly customer-oriented company that takes pride in their work and stands behind their commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction. They're excellent as always. I've been using them for a few years now and refuse to go anywhere else. They're courteous, prompt and do excellent work. They always inform me if something seems out of whack and suggest ways to improve or fix.

It went well. Due to icy weather, it took several appointments to get all the work done. Follow through great, and everyone did a good job.

They did great! There isn't much space between the houses here, so it's challenge to get a ladder up to the roof, but they managed. They did an excellent job, and their post-work clean up was spectacular! The area around the house is cleaner than before they arrived! :) The only down side, at it was absolutely NOT their fault, is that they couldn't do the cleaning in below-freezing temperatures, so the job had to be rescheduled a few times. Again - not their fault! But, now I know to try and schedule them for the fall rather than winter :)

Fine. We have a three story house and they were fast and careful when working on the higher windows.

A little challenging to get on their schedule initially, then had to reschedule due to weather a couple times (slight communications mix up there), but once we had a time and decent weather, the work was done quickly and well. Cleaned one window for me too. Plan to have them do the rest in the spring/summer.

I was not at home when the service was performed, but I told the customer service clearly when I made the appointment that a downspout looked like clogged and need to be cleaned. I also told them where the downspout is. But the downspout was not cleaned at all. After the service, rain water are still everywhere around that downspout. I thought the downspout was leaking and asked another company to inspect and fix. Their estimator told me that the downspout is clogged and cleaned it within 5min.

Could not ask for a better cleaning. There was a lot of moss and algae on the roof so the young man worked very hard. He used a brush to remove the large pieces and most of the green moss. He then used a blower to blow the roofs, side walks, deck and yards. Zinc was spread out on the roofs. The young man did an outstanding job, and I am sorry I did not catch his name. He was a professional who cleaned up his mess. I would hire AA Window and Gutter Cleaning again.

didn't even have to be home for the appointment, which was convenient. went well, gutters were cleaned, and a piece of screening that was hanging off of one of them was fixed.

Very well. They had to send a 2nd person back tho, because of the height of my windows. Not a big deal, but some streaks were left on lower windows after the re-do. We'll just make sure to remind them of the height issue the next time.

Above and beyond service. First off everyone we've had contact with has been super friendly and helpful. Earlier this week Josh came by to clean our gutters and when I saw he had come I was reminded that I had a broken downspout. We knew a storm was coming so I came home early the next day to fix it. Josh had already fixed it on his own. What thorough and thoughtful care. Thank you AA.

The young man, Nick, from AA Window & Gutter, that cleaned our roof did an excellent job. He was on time, a hard worker and very polite. He cleaned the moss off the roof, applied the moss treatment and cleaned the grounds around the house. The cost was very reasonable for a 2,800 sq ft home. I will have this company out again to clean our roof. Highly recommended.

Called AA Window & Gutter Cleaning after gutters began overflowing during a big rainstorm. Lead time to get them scheduled was a ways out (over a month), but figured that's probably a sign that they are good, so I was willing to wait. I loved how they are able to give a quote immediately over the phone using common internet technology to view my house (more companies should do this!). They arrived on time on the date scheduled and did a great job all around. Haven't had a large rain storm since cleaning, but the windows look great and the moss has disappeared from the roof! Very happy.

I found this company on the BBB web site and Angie's list. They quoted me over the phone and with a follow up email. We scheduled the moss removal and gutter cleaning service. They arrived as scheduled. The young man was very polite and he did a very thorough job. After he was done he cleaned around the house. The following day an other young man came to do a spot check and took pictures to make sure the job was done properly. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. I will use them again.

We have a steep roof with a substantial drop-off, not one to be taken lightly. Lee arrived on-time and did the job to a high standard. He also cleaned the litter off of all of the surrounding hard surfaces, indeed cleared the entire 100 foot driveway as a bonus. Friendly service; couldn't have asked for better.

The company's business model is to secure the appointment up front with the customer's credit card without conducting a pre-site inspection. In my case, I waited around a month for my date and when it came, I received a call that the work could not be done because of perceived safety issues with the roof and was left with no recourse. This business strategy probably works well for the company as they are protected if the buyer of the services cancels outside of the agreed time window and if on the flip side the company decides they don't want to the work for some reason, they simply move on to the backlog of customers they have waiting in the queue. Safety of course comes first but the lesson learned with this company is ask for a pre-site inspection especially if your roof has extreme angles or is older. If you don't, you may find yourself in the position of patiently waiting for your appointment only to be told the company has declined the work.

Nick did an excellent job. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, discussed what he was going to do and reviewed the cost estimate. First he brushed down our composite roof, blew off the debris and then put down a moss killing agent. Then he cleaned the gutters on both levels of the roof and inspected the down spouts to make sure they were clear. After that, he cleaned up all the roof/gutter debris around the house. Finally he cleaned the skylights and all the exterior windows. As a result, the roof and windows look great! We highly recommend AA Window and Gutter Cleaners.
