Description of Work: i called them explaining that i had gotten water into an eectrical outlet and that the outlet was no longer functioning. they asked a few questions and then gave me some trouble shooting to do beforehand. i did what they said and the problem was fixed! saved me the cost of having them come out.

Description of Work: He checked all the outlets. I asked him to install a new outside outlet and that cost me $180.00. He advised me to change the outlets from the bedrooms with GFCI instead of grounding which will be more expensive. I forgot to show him two outlets beside the bed. So those two are not change.

Description of Work: Took 2 tries to get firm appointment time, from there everything went smoothly, professionally, and satisfactorily. Technician was excellent in all aspects. At 86 years old, I am having a bit of a problem adjusting to the prices of professional services pricing. I can still remember when I worked for $1 a 12 hour day with 1 hour off for dinner, as we called "lunch" back then. Oh, well.

Description of Work: They came and performed a much needed repair, did a complete electrical inspection ($49.00 special) and offered some recommendations on other repairs. The work was performed in a timely manner. We also asked for an estimate on future work in addition to what was found in the inspection.

Description of Work: We had a ceiling fan installed - we've had it sitting here since the early 90s, and we live in a 1950s rambler, so the installer had to add a code-worthy ceiling box, a brace to support the fan and a wall switch. We expected these extra costs over the prepaid good deal price ($75) - total expenditure $225. We are very happy with the fan - it's smooth-running, no vibration whatsoever. The installer (Kurt) was quick and thorough and explained everything to our understanding. Yes, we would use this company again, and have asked for bids on future work.
