This was my regularly scheduled maintenance when I purchased the generator. Extremely pleased with the support I have received for my generator.

Washington Generator was great at communicating. In install day, they set my expectations & provided regular updates.

This year's maintenance is my Generac Generator's 3rd by Washington Generator, the excellent organization that installed it. The Tech arrived promptly and worked efficiently to restore our mission critical power source to a like new condition. After the service, I received a series of pictures that document the clean and fresh condition of the inside and outside of my generator. Great Company and Great Tech.

Excellent service. Very timely scheduling. All staff were courteous and informative during the process of installation, asking for clarifications to ensure the system met our expectations completely. Work was finished on schedule and everything was cleaned up perfectly. Was given a complete walk-through of the system at the end. Highly recommended

I researched this company on Angi and a few other places (Generator Manufacturer Partner lists) and they were very well-reviewed with very few negative comments. Their performance throughout has been excellent in all aspects. Scheduling the initial estimate was very efficient and done promptly. The representative that showed up, Corey, was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and helped me kick off the request to evaluate the gas line upgrade with PSE on the spot. He also followed up diligently with me (and not in a pestering way) throughout. On the actual installation day, the two technicians that showed up, Mitch and Codey were terrific. They showed up promptly, got started right away, and were very efficient and tidy in their work throughout the day. They answered a boatload of my questions and their work was meticulous and high-quality. They also went above and beyond in helping me with specific things I needed on the day of the installation.

The technician explained everything he was going to do. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

They showed up as scheduled. The entire team was highly professional and efficiently handled the installation of a Generac generator. All inspectors and permits handled without problem.

On time with the original estimate. The other (2) companies were no shows and called later to reschedule. Washington Generator's (Eric) gave me a reasonable bid during the appointment. A week later my Wife and I pulled the trigger and schedule an installation date with Washington Generator's. They were prompt, clean, friendly, and very informative. (2) days after the install a truck took out a utility pole (driver not hurt) and our new Genera kicked into service! We did not miss the Sea hawk game play-off game. I recommend Washington Generator's.

Everything went flawlessly from our first appointment until ultimate completion of the job. Washington Electric is operated in a very professional manner by each employee from the owner,to the installation crew, to the office staff. I heartily recommend this company for any electrical service and in particular standby generator related issues.

Everything , all these years has been excellent. Worth every penny. No more winters with out heat and electric for me. So worth the upgrade since I will be staying in my home for the long run ! Great service since day one ! Thanks Wash Elec ! Warm in the winter and cool in the summer !

We had a Generac generator installed a year ago. Eleven months later we received a call from Washington Generators saying our generator was due for servicing. The technician showed up on time (actually early!), he serviced the generator and then answered MANY questions that my husband & I had. He was knowledgeable, professional and just very nice! We are very impressed with Washington Generators & continue to recommend them to others who are interested in getting a generator.

Everything about this Washington Electric installation exceeded our expectations, from the very comprehensive initial on-site evaluation by Eric to the super high quality of the of the installation by Kurt, Jeremy, and Mitch. They replaced our 15-year-old Generac emergency standby generator, which also required the complete replacement of our main electric service panel. They did this on February 8th, the day of a huge snowstorm here in Seattle, but you would never have known it from their very positive attitude and the attention to detail they took over 11 hours to ensure everything was completed with no shortcuts. We’ve never seen an electrical crew so fastidious about cleaning everything up, to include replacing some dry wall they had to remove. Even the L&I inspector commented that this was a step above and beyond. I’m not an electrician, but the insides of the electrical service panel have never looked this organized… quite a safety improvement over the rat’s nest of wiring from 15 years of electrical mods that Kurt replaced. And Jeremy even dug out our driveway so we could get our car back in the garage before they left. Just 48 hours later, we lost power for a day. It was so wonderful starting the generator up and shutting it down from inside the house, using a semi-automatic cut-off switch system recommended by Eric. Plus, this 16 kW Generac purrs like a kitten compared to our old 12 kW Generac. We are extremely happy with both Generac and Washington Electric… we will highly recommend them to our friends!

Work was done under warranty during 3 day power outage. My call first went to a call center, was responded to in less than 90 minutes and work completed appx 4 hours from generator shutting down. While I would have appreciated twenty minute service, I know this would have been unreasonable. Everyone at Washington Electric is excellent at what they do. Please note, while this service was under warranty, I did buy the full home generator from them last summer and could not be more pleased.

Overall a positive experience and would recommend this company to others. We obtained multiple quotes from top rated Generac dealers and their prices were competitive. Scheduling was a bit long at 6 weeks, but understandable with peak Winter season. Both techs arrived near the scheduled 7:30 AM start time, were courteous, and cleaned up the areas at the job site. The install ended up taking 2 full days, which was a disappointment, as it required me to work from home both days. Not all desired circuits could be moved to the ATS, due to some circuits sharing wiring – it would have been beneficial if these roadblocks were identified during the quote/spec process instead of day of install.

As usual the technician was fantastic in making everything right. I feel confidant that the system will keep us up and running in the future outages that we will have. Right on Washington Electric.

Washington Electric (aka Washington Generators) has been a pleasure to work with getting our standby generator. From the initial estimate with 2 quote options to the installation and instructions. Highly recommend them.

Appt. was set up for between 8:30am -9:30am the electrician arrived at 8:30am and completed the job at around 9:45 am. he gave me a good explanation of the work he had done that I could understand. I am using Washington Electric LLC for future servicing work. on my generator. Excellent reception for setting up appointments.

I received a couple of bids from different companies. Washington Electric was by far the most professional and conscientious, taking the time to walk me through the generator sizing requirements. Generator was installed quickly and the work was done in a clean and professional manner. I have had a really great experience.

The job went great. They did ieverything in one day with minimal cutting into the drywall. Both young men were extremely polite and prompt.

On phone they indicated they only are doing standby generator installations as opposed to the numerous full service electric services they advertise on the company website.

Excellent service at a good price. All employees were friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. The installation was completed in one day with minimal disruptions. All city inspections were passed easily. They didn't try to "up-sell" me more than I needed.

Great! They are very booked up. Once they got to our appointment it went very smooth.

I called Washington Electric to look at generator I bought from them. The generator motor was occillating reving up and down. Did not sound normal. I have a five year service contract with Washington Electric, pay them $25.22 per month. I called to have Washington Electric to see why generator was not running normally. They made the service call, did not fix problem (it started occurring again after service), charged me $150. On the annual maintenance service they found problem with a part (waiting to be replaced). Why does this company charge for a service problem?

Very well, job was done with no problems.
