They were very professional, cleanly, and respectful of my home and property.

We researched many different brands of windows and vendors before we chose to use Signature. Grant is a good salesman and seems to enjoy his job. Showed up when he said he would, was available to met us at our convenience at his show room. The installers came and installed all of the windows in two days. Did not leave a mess and took all of the old windows with them. The new windows look great. Neighbors have all complimented them and said they look like the original style - which was exactly what we were going for.

I liked the analysis and the suggestions that came from the quote meeting. But the follow up was almost nonexistent. They seemed professional.

I started out getting quotes from a number of window suppliers. The prices were all similar, but after reading the reviews here on Angies List and working with the estimator Brian felt I could trust Signature to provide a quality product and get the job done right. I made few changes before the install, and Brian accomodated my requests quickly. The windows arrived as expected. The installers were great and could easily handle replacing even my basement windows which I know had to be a real challenge. The install completed on time and they cleaned up everything so it looked like they had never been there. Except or the new windows, that is.

They did a great job installing new windows. In fact after noticing a minor problem they came back out, fixed the problem at no additional cost.

We found them at the Seattle Home Show. We found them to be extremely good. We saw them at the Home Show this year and stopped by to say hi and one of the co-owners remembered us. We had our picture taken with him and we do recommend them. It was a two-man crew that did all of the work. Our house has large windows in the front so it was a challenging job to get all of them in.

The only reason we chose not to go with this company is because he only showed us the vynil type window. Another company showed us vinyl composite, so we chose to go with that other company.

Yori our helper was right on time, covered the rugs and floors, and was extremely efficient, professional, and explained how to operate controls and cleaned up mess after.

It went very smoothly and they were respectful of my home and cleaned up nicely. The workers were very polite and pleasant and they were very organized and hard working. Randy was a pleasure to work with as he was very informative for my decision making.

After narrowing down our list of potential contractors using Angie's List, the BBB, and the L&I Web site, we selected Signature Windows over another contractor (who surprisingly lowered their price by $1,500 a week after their bid which put them in the ballpark with Signature). We decided to go with Signature and worked through several different options and quotes with Randy (owner) who was very patient as we debated materials and color options. He was very responsive as we communicated via phone and e-mail (and not at all "pushy"). Once we finalized the contract, we worked through some installation details with Vadim, who was also very professional. We wanted to pre-stain the trim, so he advised us what to pick-up and he and his crew did excellent work. They flashed and caulked all the windows and we were so pleased with the new windows that we just arranged with Randy to have Vadim's crew install five more windows. We traded e-mails and spoke with Randy two days ago and Vadim was out yesterday for the critical measurements.

Grant provided a professional estimate that came in at or below all of our other estimates that used lower quality windows. What really sold us was that Grant took the time to discuss the various window and installation options and why one option would work better for us over another. Most installers had one way of doing things, Grant chose an installation method based on the the construction of the house. Everything was explained clearly up front. Where we had options, the difference in the cost of the options was clear. The crew was scheduled for as soon as the windows could be made and they progressed through the house at a rapid rate. Some rot was found under our siding and that was replaced at a very reasonable rate in a professional manner even though he had to squeeze in some unscheduled time for a crew to work on our house. Overall we are thrilled with our new windows and very happy with the professional service provided by Grant and his team.

To whom: My wife and I recently hired Signature Window to conduct a total window replacement in our home. Now that the job has been completed, I have a few thoughts to pass along in regards to their performance. It will become apparent that my impression of all aspects of their operation is positive. The first notable instance occurred before the project began. We asked other companies to visit us for the purpose of providing estimates. This was done in a straight-forward manner - our questions were answered and numbers were provided. In contrast, Randy from Signature Window offered not just these things, but also suggestions as to how we might improve the look of our windows during the course of the job. Redesigning the framing treatment in particular for the large picture windows along one side of the house is not something my wife or I would have considered because we did not have the knowledge and expertise to think of alternate approaches to take. Randy's ideas sounded great to us and were incorporated into the final plan. The results were outstanding. The view from these windows, already quite pleasing, has become outstanding, and this is due to the fact that the framing configuration now functions in harmony with a person as he enjoys the sights outside. I was present in the house during nearly all the time that the work was performed, and I can attest to the fact that the labor was carried out by Signature's three-man team in a totally professional manner at all times. I felt that our premises and our belongings were treated with respect. I trusted the people I came to know and did not feel the need to worry about what might be happening if I didn't insist upon watching them at work. A person forms an almost immediate impression at a time like this - are these guys here with the intention of working with the surroundings that they encounter and causing no harm, or do they not care? Lastly, I wish to comment upon a factor that is not written on a piece of paper, but which is of significant importance - the necessary daily interaction between the workers, especially the foreman, and the homeowner. An inherent paradox involved in the home improvement industry is that the home owners who hire construction people to perform a task do not want these people to be in their homes! Dust and confusion are created. Normal routines are destroyed. Peaceful homes become construction areas. None of this can be avoided; it's a necessity. In view of all this, the outward demeanor of the foreman becomes hugely important. His job involves not just pounding nails and installing glass, but also customer relations. If he shows exasperation or impatience, that feeling will transfer to the client in a second. The foreman (Simon) on this job was as adept at behaving with daily calm pleasantness as he could have been. That attitude went a very long way in smoothing the road as the project progressed from beginning to end. As my wife and I relax in the aftermath of this momentous remodel, we take in the new look of every room in this house and feel nothing but satisfaction. It was so worth the time and trouble. Grant Neiss came out within a couple days of my call. He was very professional/knowledgeable, and presented a thorough computer generated bid at the time. I had a couple of other bids that were close in price, but chose Signature based on the product and Grant's presentation. Within 2 weeks of ordering the windows, Vidam and his crew installed the windows and sliders over a four day period. The crew was fantastic! They were professional, tidy, courteous, and came up with a creative trim solution for tying together several large windows. Since i was called out of town unexpectedly when they first began the project, they went above and beyond in assisting with blind removal. I was very comfortable not being at home during much of the installation. Beautiful job, no stress from bid to completion on my part! I LOVE my windows! I won't have to do windows again, but I highly recommend this company.

The crew and the owner were terrific. They were just great. Each one of their group supervisors were phenomenal. Grant, the owner, was right there. He gave us a lot of confidence. Window replacement is a funny type of project. You need to do it, but you don't want to do it. The people were very professional. They gave me a time on the project, and they completed it the way they said they would. They were neat and clean. They were positive to work with, and I liked their can-do attitude. The quality of product and work was great. . We wanted windows that would suit the house and they do.

We got Signature's name off of Angie's List. We thought the price was fair and the quality of the work was excellent. We had a little problem with scheduling. We were prepping my mother's house for sale and no one was living in it at the time. Signature needed to reschedule the work and sent change notices to my mother's home where no one was living. We did not receive these notifications so we arrived for the job on the 27th and 28th to find these notices in the mailbox and that the work was not going to be done. Because of the mix up Signature tried to make the situation right and took $200 off the final bill. Also the owner said they would change their notification policy so this would not happen again. They also made the warranty transferable to the new owners, which was a nice feature. Their knowledge of the best way to insulate to get the maximum was a benefit. We did not take bids from other manufacturers because of Signature's good reports on Angie's List. The way they installed the windows and procedures to do the replacements made a lot of sense to us. They kept the aluminum frames in tact and put new vinyl windows over them so they would not break the seal and get a dead air space in there. If they would collapse the frame and go about it that way we would open dead air space and they advised against doing that. Their recommendation seemed to make a real difference, from going from double to single pain and it feels a lot warmer in the house. The finished job looks excellent.

They did a great job and I got them from Angie's list. There was no pressure, they told me something was available but they didn't push for it. They said if we need and decided anything to let them know. There was no pressure at all. They were always very accommodating because I was in condo and so the board that an umpteen million questions about what it would look like. When I was aware to find windows that would look like the way ours would be installed so that I could show the board. I can't think anything to complaint about. If I have another house or if I had other windows to be done then I will use them. I recommended them to everybody in the condo association.

We recently discovered minor to serious quality issues with the installation of several windows including a water damaged wall around a South facing window. We were not satisfied with Signature Window Replacement?s response to this damage and as a result of my experiences with this company, I do not have confidence in the quality of work provided by Signature Window Replacement, Inc. nor in the quality of their customer service. I do not recommend this company.

Salesman was professional and informative. They followed up promptly on several questions we had. We chose another highly rated firm but it was very close and we would consider Signature again in the future.

The owner, Randy, came to the house, and discussed and took the order. The date was set-up. Two workers, Clayton and Eric, arrived on time, worked well, and did a very good/neat installation. There was one error, which was handled quickly and pleasantly.

He was very thorough, patient, and informative. He was enthusiastic (you could tell he really loves his job) but not pushy in any way at all, and he answered all my questions with no sign of irritation ? which for me is very important, because I like to do a lot of research and ask a LOT of questions before any project. Randy helped us choose a window that was a great match for our house and our needs. As promised, they barely need any cleaning at all on the outside (inside is another story, my kids have sticky fingers) and the windows have definitely helped keep the house warmer/cooler. Thanks to the quality of the windows and the expert install, there?s no more condensation (or frost!) on the inside panels and consequently, no mold. There was an incident where a small portion of our wood floor was damaged. Randy immediately found a trusted third party to fix this problem for me. This person had a busy schedule and came all the way from Oregon, so it took about 3 weeks to have the floor fixed ? but he specializes in finishing wood and the floor looks great. You would never know anything had happened unless I told you. Yes, it would have been better had this not happened, but I whole-heartedly agree with Randy who responded to the previously submitted review: mistakes and accidents happen, and it?s how a company takes care of their customers and any issues that shows how good they are. Signature Windows stepped right up and took care of us. So, long story short ? Signature Windows is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. The only reason we did not use this company was a small difference in the specification of the glass. But the rest of the experience was over the top. The price for similar products (we had 4 bids) was amazing! The owner of the company came to the house. He wanted to make sure the windows he put in would fit in with our architecture. He could have started 4 weeks faster than any other company. All of my questions were answered. He even thought of things I didn't. I definitely would call them first with another project.

Yuriy and Andre arrived on time to do the installation, easy to work with and very professional. They were careful about the installation process and cleaning up. Overall, the process went very smoothly. If you need windows replacement, call Signature Window.

We had a great experience with Signature Windows! Randy Lucas was very informative and helpful when he came out to measure and give an estimate, but he was not pushy or overbearing as a salesman. When we did decide to proceed with the windows, we had nine windows replaced, which included 3 large windows in the living room, and an oversized slider door. The whole process was done very well. The work team did a very professional job, and cleaned up very well afterwards. We felt that the price was reasonable, especially with the added bonus of their 10% discount for Angie?s List members! We?re very pleased with the job they did, highly recommend them, and will be calling them sometime this year to come back and do the rest of our windows!

The job was done efficiently and with good workmanship in one day. The workmen did a good job of protecting our carpets and cleaned up after the job was complete. The only disappointment we experienced was the delay in the promised installation which we were told was due to a backlog at the Marvin factory.

Although I chose a competitor for the job because of price (they were offering a special at the time on some windows I liked), I wanted to report that Signature made a highly favorable impression on me. The salesperson who visited me was the owner of the company and he took the time to educate me about window replacement and the factors to consider in making a choice, including materials, workmanship, respect for industry regulations, and guarantees. The company's dedication to excellence and trustworthiness came across very clearly. I would recommend that anyone looking for a contractor talk to this company.
