Signature Window & Door Replacement

They did a great job from reviewing, price quote, scheduling, installing and clean up (including tarping for safety as our house was built in 1940). The workers were kind, efficient and wore masks (as requested) when in the house. I've used Signature Windows twice before and this 3rd time was just as perfect. Would totally recommend them! I wouldn't use anyone else.

Just finished the replacement of 28 windows and one sliding door. All aspects of the project were above expectations from the initial consultation with Danny and quote to the final installation. The Marvin Infinity windows are first class and coupled with the expert installation have transformed the look of my 32 year old house. My installer Eddie was the hardest worker I have seen in a very long time. His expertise and attention to detail were outstanding. A significant rebuild was required for my new kitchen window and Eddie did a masterful job reconfiguring the area including a new roof in that area. The alcove in the living room with 6 windows presented challenges with all the exterior trim work required but came out perfectly. Weather presented a challenge on several rainy days but it hardly slowed him and his helper down. In today’s world it’s hard to find people like this that care about the quality of their work.

Excellent work. Great communication throughout the process which was delayed due to corona virus quarantine. Russ came to do the install & did a great job. They did my windows several years ago & also a seamless experience.

Great installation, completed in last time than projected. This was our second time using Signature. Good follow up as well when the project was complete.

Installation went very well. The 7 windows they installed look great. I am hoping that they do last longer than other windows I could have installed. The price was more, but was willing to pay that price for the quality.

The sales person wrote up the contract after choosing options, a technician came within a week to make final measurements, and install was scheduled as soon as the door was ready. Installation was very fast and trouble-free. The work area was all cleared up when complete.

We had a long wait but they look great. One had a flaw but was replaced without question

Installer drilled through window frame. Caulking was either faulty or improperly applied. They never completed the caulking repair work.

The company was great to work with. The Codel doors had some problems - almost all the oil rubbed bronze hinges were scratched so you could see gold color. Bottom of one set of doors has a couple "chips" on the inside. Signature came out and touched up hinges and chips as Codel would not do anything even though I had purchased 2 sets of expensive patio doors!

Brent Lucas did a good job in giving us the quote. He sounds very knowledgeable and technical. He explained every aspects of window design, installation process, pros & cons of different installation, asking customer preference, and showing samples. Unlike other vendors who takes 60-90 mins to explain the company, product, reviews, Brent focus was getting to the point, giving the right product choice and giving the quote price on the spot. I liked the way he showed me the installation steps especially around installing vinyl based windows with and without nail flange. Also, he explained me LoE concepts very well.

Great. From my initial meeting with Brent (one of the sales guys, and son to the owner), to the advanced delivery of materials (to be painted in advance, per my request), through installation and 1 follow-up request - all was timely, professional and very focused on delivering on my expectations. I've NEVER been inspired to post any 'review' for any contracted service, so this should speak for itself.

I requested an estimate, and Jessie replied me promptly. Although they couldn't take on my project because of their "4 opening minimum" policy, Jessie suggested me to contact another provider who doesn't have the minimum requirement. I appreciate her quick response to my estimate request, especially in the contrast to two other providers I also contacted via Angie's List, who never got back to me.

From the first contact to the last, they were professional, warm and personable, always wanting to meet our vision of the project. Danny’s presentation was informative, and he really listened to what we wanted and could afford. He never made us feel pressured and that was what really sold us. Yurey, the installer, was such a hard worker and so talented at his craft. He was efficient and impeccable, working in a very small space in a 95 year old house. The communication throughout our project team was seamless. Signature is a family operation and you can tell by each person’s seeming commitment to the job. The doors and windows are beautiful; we will have them install the remaining windows we need replaced, as soon as we can!

We have used Signature several times before. The double hung window went perfectly as expected. We have had many similar windows replaced previously. The dining room windows were from a remodel about 35 years ago and turned out to be much more difficult than expected. The installers spent more time than they had planned and had to get additional materials, but stayed to complete the job. The final result shows no sign of the unexpected difficulty.

After interviewing 2 other window replacement firms, I am so glad I picked Signature Windows who represent Marvin Windows. They were the only window company that could do the impossible. I had atrium windows over the kitchen and breakfast nook that no one else would touch. Not only they accomplished the job per the contract, the installer, Yuri, went above and beyond, he turned an impossible ugly situation with the windows, into a work of art and craftsmanship. Signature Windows does not just replace the windows, they do a professional job with the finishing and trim. The work is professional, neat, clean, and skilled. I got lucky!!!

Very professional. Prompt and cleaned up around my home when the work was finished. Covered all floors and carpet around the windows they worked on when in the house.

I ended up getting 5 quotes from different vendors for all the windows in my house. The rest sent out sales reps, but one of the owners actually came out to give me a quote. He didn't try to push the super high end windows like the rest of the sales reps, he asked what I wanted and showed me the best option. Signature also has the best (I think) warranty program - lifetime warranty that transfers when/if I sell the house. The only other company that offered something like that was over twice the price. The contractors that came out were professional and extremely efficient, finishing in about 1.5 days. I would definitely recommend Signature

The windows are beautiful, the installers were great, the service was wonderful. They made sure the windows looked good both inside and out.

The important aspects of installation was done great. The final touches were sloppy or not finished.

Team turned up on time and did a wonderful job replacing 11 window and two doors. One door was a conversion of a slider and window to a double sized slider and we are very pleased with the results. Overall we are very happy with the work that Signature carried out.

From beginning to end we had a very good experience. Every person we interacted with, whether it was sales, office staff, or installers etc. were professional and friendly. Signature was very patient with us as we worked through our kitchen remodel process, which began with them building a new wall to install two larger windows. The new wall they built for the larger windows was very impressive structurally, and they carefully matched the siding on the outside, which was not an easy task. It is clear that they wanted best outcome for us. We highly recommend them and would hire them again.

They did a great job, from helping me pick cost-effective products that met my needs to humoring my desire for a pre-painted bright orange front door (it looks awesome!). I highly recommend them and would be happy to use them again for doors or windows.
