Signature Window & Door Replacement

Description of Work: We had 4 windows replaced. Although from the time of ordering to the time of installation seemed rather long, the windows are beautiful and communication was timely. On site, the last window was found to be massively cracked, so the installer called right away to order a new one. They did install it, and will replace the glass when it comes in.....several more weeks due to the window manufacturer's time frame...but Signature has been on top of it from the start. Timely, neat, open communicators, and are showing great "follow~up" Customer Service. We interviewed two AL window providers and strongly agreed on Signature for their explanation of window options, overall communication and customer service, and interest in our business! The other company could NOT remember what we spoke of, find the bid they gave us, or communicate in a timely manner. We are very happy with Signature and will call them when it's time to replace other windows.

Description of Work: They replaced old aluminum double pane windows with new Simonton vinyl windows. Had 15 windows of various sizes replaced, plus 1 garden window, and 1 sliding patio door. They did an amazing job, start to finish! Every single person I talked to was beyond professional and courteous. The work was done exactly when they said it would be, looks amazing, and we are already loving the new look and feel! I highly, highly recommend this company to anyone looking for window replacement!

Description of Work: We had Grant Neiss, company owner, come to our home for an estimate. His visit was very pleasant, with no high pressure sales pitch. He explained all available options for replacing all of our windows and also the interior and exterior wood window trim. He provided a price on the spot for all work to be performed. After interviewing other installers, we decided to go with Signature. They had three installers here for three days total, and these guys demonstrated the utmost professionalism. They were neat and friendly, and also accommadating toward us as we still had to move about the house while they were working. The job was completed on time and budget. We are extremely pleased with how it all went. Stongly recommend.

Description of Work: This was an incredible experience. Randy Lucas came to my home on Bainbridge Island today to discuss new windows. He did three fantastic things. First - for the double pane windows I have that are getting cloudy - he explained the process of manufacturing these windows and why they are getting cloudy and then he explained that all I needed was a few replacement panes - the frames were fine and I can get these new window panes from any local glass company. Then, on the windows I thought were broken, he removed them, examined them, borrowed a few screw drivers and asked me if I had windows of the same size that I rarely if ever open. I did and so he borrowed the tracking hard wear from the little used windows and fixed the "broken" ones for me. Finally, he gave me a great suggestion for getting some of the stiffer windows to glide more easily. 1-2-3. So, I don't need to replace any frames and that's because Randy is an honest businessman. His integrity delighted me. Some years ago I had a fellow look at these same windows - he was with a big company that has since gone belly up - and he assured me I needed to replace all my windows....he was so aggressive about signing up for the financing his company offered that it was all I could do to get him out the door. What a great guy Randy is - he taught me about my windows, what I needed and what I didn't need and he actually worked on my windows and fixed them - all for the pleasure of doing me a good turn. THANK YOU RANDY, YOU ROCK!!!!!

Description of Work: Was getting bids for new windows and they were the only company who were honest enough to tell me that the windows had failed and the should be replaced for free. They contacted the Milgaard rep for me and sure enough $10,000 worth of windows were replaced for free by Milgaard. Signature Windows did not get the window job but they will get any furture business and my referrals. You do not find this kind of intergrity anymore.
