Description of Work: They did not have the courtesy to respond to my request for an estimate. I would not seek their services again.

Description of Work: Moved us to our new home. No one came to the house to give an estimate (my fault for not insisting on this.) Sent two trucks; only needed one. |Slight damage to refrigerator door. Tore vinyl in the laundry room but said nothing. Luckily I found it before they left for our new house. The lead guy took some pictures with his cell phone camera. I assumed that he would forward them to his boss, but that was the last that was said about it. I called their office and left a message for him, but he didn't return my call. |My impression was that they were just in a hurry to get done. I would not hire them again or recommend them.

Description of Work: Moved in-laws out of assisted living facility to adult care home. All items were previously boxed ans labelled. Went to 3 different places: new residence, storage facility and Goodwill. Movers protected furniture and other items.

Description of Work: There was 1 broken chair, but most of the items were transferred safely. They were helpful at the new location and placed the large items in the appropriate rooms.

Description of Work: They moved the heavy stuff for us, were careful and punctual. Their cost was lower than other quotes, yet the service was outstanding.

Description of Work: The customer service aspect was good - the -3- man team arrived on time. |I had advised customer service that our 2nd bedroom was storage - so they sent a smaller truck. Strike 1 | |Strike 2 the driver got lost, not once but twice on his way to the house - after the first waylay it told him to meet me at a specific location - he was asked to move from that location. I told him to meet me just two blocks away - he got lost again!!! | |1 1/2 hours later we started unloading. | |Strike 3 items broken - tile table top - sentimental item that I received from a family member that is no longer with us. | |Also, I have two wardrobe boxes - 1 moving blanket - that I don't need nor do I want. |I had better luck with a Craig's list mover!!! |Never again!!!

Description of Work: Three men came in the morning and loaded all household items in about 2 hours. I packed all the boxes but they had to crate large pictures, glass tops for tables and other fragile things. I moved to another area in WA and have a three bedroom home. They were very nice and worked at a fast pace. They unloaded equally as fast and placed items in rooms that were marked on the boxes, plus, taking some furniture and boxes to a storage unit in the basement. |It took about the same time to unload. Nothing was broken or damaged. I would definitely use them again.
