Description of Work: We bought the countertop at Home Depot and Precision Countertops manufactured and installed it. The countertop is beautiful and we are very happy with it. The installation went well. Scheduling was a bit difficult as I was never able to directly call my agent -- I always had to leave a message and the rounds of phone tag delayed scheduling the measurement and installation. When you're without your kitchen, a delay of a couple of days is quite an inconvenience.

Description of Work: We went to the Kent showroom and picked out our slab. We went with an exotic - be careful, it's easy to do. Our kitchen took three slabs and we were able to place the templates where we wanted so that ceratin areas had special pop from the quartz in the granite. The install went smooth, they were prompt and acted with professionalism. Last summer I dropped a heavy glass from about 4' up and it left a small chip (learn which granite is hard/soft). I called, they came out right away and filled it - you cannot even see it now. When it is time to do our master remodel they are the only company we will call.

Description of Work: Prescision Countertops came out on 3/15/2012 and measured our counter spaces, let us know that it would be 3/29/2012 when they would be out to actually install the countertops. They were spot on and came out at the time they said they would be here. They were very courteous and helpful with our questions. When the work was done they made sure everything was cleaned up and we were totally satisfied with the work. Couldn't ask for more. And I'm loving my countertops!

Description of Work: We went through a home improvement company to order our Silestone countertops. The vendor they sent out was Precision Countertops. The Precision folks were on time and did a great job. They communicated well as to what we had to do to get ready for the job. Eight months later, we love our counters and get many compliments on them.
