Everything from beginning to end was great! Very impressed with the quality, installation, timeliness, and professionalism. VERY happy with the whole job.

I love my new Quartz countertop. Precision Countertops provided excellent customer service making it painless and getting everything set up was easy and stress free. I highly recommend precision countertops.

The first project coordinator, Zach, was rude and uncaring on the phone. When I expressed frustration or upset, it was met with indifference and annoyance. It took three installation visits instead of the two it was supposed to take. Some backsplash was 4 inches and some was 5. All of it was supposed to be 4. There was an edge that arrived unpolished and the installers has to polish it onsite. The onsite polishing is clearly not as good as the other edges. There was a piece of backsplash that was cut too short, but I just had them install it because I didn't want to have to deal with a fourth install visit. The installers for the first two visits did not wash their hands after using the restroom. The installers had to cut part of the sink hole onsite and they made a mess in the house and outside and did not clean it up. There was wet cutting residue splashed all over the cabinets and floor. This was a horrible experience.

The countertops are beautiful. However, as part of the installation process they turned off the water in the kitchen. Their plumber was to come the next day and hook everything up in the kitchen. The installers failed to put caps on the waterlines and by the next morning my kitchen and laundry room were flooded. The water leaked through the floor down to the garage below me. Precision has from the beginning shown little interest in mitigating the damage (“Lets just wait a week and see what buckles”) and restoring my house to its prior condition. It’s been almost 3 months since the flood and insulation which was damaged has still not been completely removed. As a result, black mold is now growing in the ceiling of the garage and is making me ill. There has been no indication that they intend to do anything to remedy the situation. I would definitely not recommend this company!

The whole process was great including communication before, during and after the install. I was assigned to Katie and she kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I would use Precision Countertop's again.

I would like to thank Precision Countertops for the exceptional customer service they provided on the purchase of our new kitchen counter tops. The kitchen countertops are beautiful and we are well pleased with our purchase. I would recommend as the company went out of their way to suggest ideas, show us samples from beginning to end. The workmanship and the crew were awesome.

I worked with Precision Countertops for our kitchen counters and could not be more happy! The counters looked more beautiful than I could had hoped. I ordered a quartz countertop and it came exactly as I had ordered it. It is one solid piece with no seam. Each person I worked with was very friendly and professional, including Dan, the person who came to measure, as well as the installers. They communicated clearly with me throughout the project so I knew exactly what to expect. The installers also cleaned thoroughly after the install and the kitchen looked beautiful. I would definitely use them again for my next project and would recommend them to others.

Measurement and installation of Quartz counter top in Master Bath remodel. Accurately measured for the counter top on new vanity. Person showed up on the date and time, and was informative over process of the future. As for installation of the Quartz, was top notch. Very clean and careful during the installation of the sinks and the counter top. Both of the installers were informative on care of the Quartz while making sure work space was cleaned up. I was very pleased with product and service from booking appointment to finished product (installation). I would totally recommend this company

I have to say, after reading some of the reviews on various websites, I can understand a few of the frustrations that accompany just about any construction project. We initially contracted through the Home Depot, who set us up for an initial measurement review with "Bob" (Precision Countertops), who was patient and precise with us to formulate a price quote, based on my project requirement (fairly large countertop tear out, Martha Stewart quartz Viatera "Snowcap" countertop installation, plumbing hookup and backsplash installation with grout and seal). The quote was acceptable (I provided the new sink, faucet, garbage disposal, tile, accent stripe tiles, thin set, grout and seal that I had purchased separately through the Home Depot with my Military discount) and I paid for it at that time at our local Home Depot store. From there, all coordination was done through "Mitch", which was probablly the highest frustration point for most customers, as most calls were not directly answered, but with a message having to be left on a machine. Mitch would generally respond within a few days, but it does appear that he is somewhat overworked. The next step is the "template" measurement, which finalizes the installation plan and quote (if any changes were made or mistakes noted from the original measurement). "Joel" was our template measurer and he was highly knowledgeable and patient with us, even to the point of temporarily removing a countertop, separating the kitchen from the family room to verify leveling between two separate surfaces, which allowed us to combine them into one slab. I even felt sorry for coordinator "Mitch", as he had already set us up for the countertop instalation, plumber hookup and backsplash tile installation, when it was discovered that the Kent shop countertop saw had broken and would throw everything off. Fortunately, the saw was fixed quickly and the cut crews even worked through the Fourth of July weekend to put us back on schedule. "Serge" was our countertop installer and he did a exceptional job with perfect 'seams'! The plumber "Jeff" (Matt's crew) followed and did a fine job, even performed some additional work for me on a separate ticket, for which I was extremely grateful. Lastly was the "Tiler", and he ("Alex") was the BEST! Alex is truly a "Tile Master". I was so impressed by this man's work. We had the entire kitchen tiled in 'Caribbean Glass', which adds complexity to most of the cuts, and he did a FANTASTIC job. He spent 12 hours the first day to complete the tile install, grouted on the second day (Saturday) and sealed that following Monday. All in all, my overall impression with Precision Countertops was extremely positive. If I were to complain at all, it would probably be the communication link with the coordinator, but I do believe that he was overworked and he kept my job moving and all was completed on schedule to my satisfaction. 5 Stars! Please note that the "cost of service" listed does not include the cost of the new sink, disposal, faucet, tile, grout and seal. I purchased these items myself to maximize savings.

Everything went smoothly, the work was done perfectly, the people were friendly and professional and I never had any trouble getting in touch with anyone or getting questions answered. The scheduler called within 2 days of ordering the counters and they were installed 2 weeks after the measurements were taken. They even left me the cut-out from the sink in case repairs are ever needed! The counters look fantastic and there are no flaws or errors. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience!

Delighted with Precision Countertops Kent! They were very professional, kept me well informed, delivered and precision installed my high-quality countertop on time meeting all my expectations.

It went really well. From start to finish, Precision was great. Their scheduler and coordinator Kambra was really responsive and helpful throughout and when I had questions about seams and finish details, she knew her product really well. The installers, Vasily and Dennis, were punctual, friendly, totally professional, and just nice.

I read some of the online reviews and was a little worried about the type of service I would get from Precision Countertops, Inc. After talking with Kambra Mathiason, to schedule my install, I was not as worried. Kambra was very professional and answered all of my questions. I had issues with my cabinets and it took an extra month before I was ready for the counter tops, Kambra made everything come together seamlessly. The crew who came out to measure for our counter top was very professional and polite, Tim answered all of my question and explained the timeline and process that would happen. The same crew installed my granite counter tops (on time) and with the same professionalism they had during the measurement part. I would definitely recommend Precision Countertops, Inc to my family and friends. When reading negative posts of any company...always remember that some customers are not easy to work with and some are never satisfied.

Project management was terrible. We spent far too much time on the phone and leaving voicemails coordinating the work. Extremely difficult to get concrete information on what was happening and when. Work teams were often late or didn't show up. Once counters were finally installed, the workers left stains on them that took weeks for a followup cleaning. Sloppy clean-up following work. Despite these issues, no one in a supervisory role ever visited the job site. The plumbing subcontractor who installed the sink, faucet and disposal was great. Punctual and high-quality work. Same with the tile-setter subcontractor, excellent workmanship and did exactly what we requested. Were it not for these quality subs, the project might have been a total disaster.

I thought the crew, process and materials were all fantastic. They did what they promised, when they promised and explained things as they went. Very professional and extremely good value compared to others in the industry, locally. Would hire them again and recommend them to anyone!

The designer, I think his name was Dave, gave us good recommendations about style and was to save some money. When they forgot to bring the window sill piece, the company took care of it right away and Tim came out to install it as soon as it was ready. We recommend this company very highly.

Crew were courteous, professional and most important,on time. From our first contact with Joel to the installation with Dave and his crew, all were people I would work with again. In fact we will be calling Precision Countertops when we remodel the kitchen.

I definitely have a different opinion than most of the reviewers here (though not on Yelp). I can't think of worse customer service that I've received in ANY setting. Over a year before our kitchen remodel, I went to them and said "I want Neolith counters." I eventually gave up, because over the many months of trying to see a Calacatta sample so I could pick cabinet colors, backsplash etc., they had NO product literature, NO product samples, NO product, grossly incorrect information, and absolutely no interest in changing any of that. They didn't respond to my offers to drive 4 hours to look at slabs in their Oregon location, they didn't tell me that bringing slabs up on their weekly truck is part of their business model and when I found out I got several ridiculous excuses about why they couldn't do it, they shifted me off to the distributor to answer questions that were clearly fabrication related (how would the distributor know if there were customers i could talk with who have had Neolith installed?), and, worst of all, the (third) salesman had me drive to the Kent showroom to see a Calacatta slab that wasn't there, a sample that was the wrong one, and then he tried to tell me that the sample and the pattern I wanted were "the same thing, the company just calls them different things sometimes." Luckily, Precision isn't the only game in town any more, and a California stone yard I stopped at got me in touch with another local Neolith fabricator. The California yard has followed up with me several times, and within ten minutes of calling the new local shop I was on my way to see an actual installation in someone's kitchen and they just called again out of the blue to offer another customer's house that I could see. THAT's customer service.

The process was more lengthy than I anticipated. I spoke with the Home Depot Design Consultant to get the process started with an estimate. I didn't hear from Precision for well over a week and contacted the Home Depot Design Consultant again. It was only a few days later I received a call to schedule the estimate. Dave came out on August 24 to do the estimate. He was very professional and thorough and listened carefully to what I wanted and his estimate was completed with a day or two. After I chose the product and paid for the counter tops it was another week and a half before I heard from the Precision customer service representative to schedule the next steps. The template appointment was made for two and a half weeks later. The Precision employee who did the template was very professional and thorough and made sure he had addressed all the details of my request. The install was scheduled for another two weeks out. The install was scheduled for Wednesday, October 7, but on Monday, October 5 we received a call to reschedule the install for Saturday, October 10. We were given a time of 8:00 - 10:00 a.m.. At about 10:30 when there was no appearance or call from the installers I attempted to contact Customer Service to make sure we were on the schedule. Guess what -- Precision phones are not answered on the weekend so I was left to wait and wonder. Finally about noon we received a call that the installers were on their way. It turned out that they were given a time of 11:00 -- 1:00 and we were not notified of a later time. Once the installers arrived they set about to install the counter tops. They were very careful to cover the carpet with runners so as to not track during this very rainy day. Though I had mentioned the dishwasher clips to them during the install they still left without the dishwasher being secure. I called Customer Service on Monday, October 12, and spoke to Jen who advised me they would have installers in our area on Friday. On Friday, October 16, the installers arrived as promised at the time promised and within 10 minutes our dishwasher was secure and I had a smile on my face.

I am motivated to write an excellent review for this company. Fours years ago I contracted with Home Depot for kitchen sinks and countertops and they sent out the team. I was pleased with their work. Four years later my kitchen sink fell in. I called them and they sent out a experienced man to re set the sink in a better way.NO Charge. Then we needed a plumber to reconnect the pipes a few days later. They sent a perfect plumber. NO charge. This is what I call good customer service!!

We ordered laminate countertops from Home Depot. We also replaced our old sink, disposal & faucet. Precision Countertops was sub-contracted by Home Depot for the installation. From our initial contact with Precision right through to the final installation all of our dealings with Precision were outstanding. Each of the staff that we worked with was responsive to any & all emails & phone calls. On our installation day, Joe arrived on time. He worked very effieciently & removed the old countertops, sink & garbage disposal. Our new counters were installed & Joe cleaned up before he left. The counters look fantastic. We couldn't be more pleased with the new look. Josh, the plumber working on our job arrived right on time the next morning, installed the sink, faucet & disposal quickly & very efficiently. We would highly recommed Precision Countertops for any job you need. We certainly will use them for any future remodel we undertake.

Precision Countertops installed new laminate counters for me in spring of 2011. A few months ago (spring of 2014) all of a sudden one day there was a big bulge in the counter at the seam. I called and they sent out a repairman, who said the bulge would remain, there was no way to fix it. I then called again and asked again if something could be done. They sent out their customer support manager, who wasn't sure if he could repair it but said he'd give it a try, and if it didn't work they'd figure out something else, they weren't going to leave it looking like that. It took a while to get going on this because of scheduling conflicts on both sides, and by the time they were actually ready to send out the customer support guy, the bulge had decreased a LOT, though was still visible. I told them I would be OK if it just stayed that way and didn't think the bulge (which was very small by then) was worth a repair effort, but they wanted to ensure their work looked REALLY good. So he came out and successfully peeled back the laminate enough to shave down the bulge and they did not charge me one penny. I am very happy with the quality of the result and with their dedication to customer support and standing behind their product and workmanship.
