Excellent service! They gave me an estimated arrival time, were there promptly, and hauled away all my junk quickly and efficiently. Very good value. I will definitely request their help again. The Angie's Big Deal voucher was approximately half off the regular price, which is still very reasonable.

Professional service; all trash was loaded in their truck in 10 minutes, but I probably won't be using them again. It was a lot more expensive that I thought it would be. The deal only covered a size of a sofa and that's it. (value $99). Even with the $49 special I bought, I had to pay an additional $125 to have my junk removed. I think I should have just gone to the dump myself and rented a truck.

It was great! All I had to do was call them, and they came in the next couple days, called to verify what they were looking at was correct, and then took it all away! I didn't even have to be home it was fantastic.

Provider re-scheduled because his previous job took longer than expected. However, he did not call me to re-schedule, I had to call him. Otherwise, all materials were picked up and the job was done quickly and neatly.

It worked out great. They were late, but they were lenient about the amount of junk they took away, so they made up for it. I would not use them again in the future.

I called on a Wednesday and junk was picked up on Thursday morning. Rick and crew were on time, quick at their work, respectful, and pleasant. It took about 20 minutes - from arrival to departure - to get rid of junk that had been plaguing me for years. It truly was just a matter of me pointing at the stuff around the yard, and then within a matter of minutes, Bam! Gone! Kind of like waving a magic wand. Even though it hurts to pay money in order to NOT have something, the pricing was fair - especially considering that now I don't have to invest time and money in renting a trailer, making a dozen trips to the waste facility, and paying a dump fee for every trip. (Prior to hiring Junk King, I had checked with the county-sponsored waste management service, and learned that it costs $54 to have them remove a mattress or box spring - for each piece, regardless of size.) Very pleased.

It went very well with Junk King - Seattle. They came out when I called and made an appointment. They were very efficient. I was really pleased with them. It was very good.

They showed up on time and quickly loaded up all the stuff I needed to have taken away. They were polite and professional and were loaded up and gone within 30 - 45 minutes. A great relief to clear out both junk and stuff that simply was no longer of use to me.

I was very impressed by the responsiveness. Called back after off the road to schedule something the next day, which was awesome. We purchased a package that was supposed to be 4 cubic yards or 35 cubic feet per truck load. In the fine print, it was indicated that a washing machine was roughly 1 cubic yard. So, by that estimation, I figured that a small loveseat an overstuffed lounge chair and 2 office lobby chairs wouldn't be much outside the 4 cubic yards. I was informed upon their arrival that they would need another $100 to remove all 4 items! I was shocked by this, but they were quick and efficient, and I was happy to have the things gone, so I gave them the money without complaint. In the future, I might be a little more wary of throwing down another $100 for not that much junk...all in all, it cost less with the Angie's list deal than without, so I can't complain too much. But all in all, I'm pretty sure I only saved about $30 from the regular price.

It went great. They were excellent and they were prompt. The pricing was excellent. My dad lives in Michigan and he said "I can't believe they had uniforms, they were clean and their shoes were clean." He took very good note, he's a home inspector so he knows how people sometimes go in the house when they're working and it was awesome. And I like that they recycle what can be recycled, they will donate what can be used by somebody else. My husband was like " Wait a minute, we paid them?" My husband who did not take care of getting rid of those things so I have to take actions and it was worth every penny.

It went extremely well. They took everything we requested to be removed, including a large, heavy sofa from the second floor. It necessitated them dismantling the sofa to get it out. They also dismantled a couple of desks and large, broken down shelving units. Their attitude was always friendly and helpful. The completely cleaned up the areas that they removed junk from. We were very satisfied with their work.

Service was great. They actually arrived an hour early.

We bought a Angie's deal, and were very surprised by how much he was going to charge for the extra waste removal. I told him what another provider quoted and told him that his estimate was too high. He then cut the price in half which was what I had expected to pay.

Swimmingly. I was doing some Spring cleaning and found myself with a small amount of materials I needed sent to the dump. I purchased a Big Deal coupon for the removal of 35 cu.ft. of material (about the size of a clothes washer), and called the folks at Junk King--they were responsive and had their folks available when I wanted them. The workers showed up in a nice roll-top truck, which was clean and professional, and removed the items I had in mere minutes. I was concerned that they'd claim it was oversize and charge me the next "bump-up" cost (about an additional $120), but that didn't happen--they looked at the pile and said it was the right size. I was very impressed overall, and would definitely use Junk King again!

The job was done quickly and effiiciently. The team was very careful in removing the king size mattress from my second floor. I really appreciated their responsiveness!
