Terrific service!! Booked it over the weekend and they arrived as promised on Tuesday. They kept me informed as they were on their way. They did great work - very professional and helpful. I hope to never have to clean out a garage again, but I would hire them again for any hauling service I needed

At the last minute (9 AM day of move out) I called Junk King. They sensed the desperation in my voice, fit me into their already scheduled day, arrived and had everything out by 10:45! Seeing their truck pull into the parking lot, I felt as if the cavalry had arrived! They were so helpful and cheerful; they made my day and I would definitely hire them again!

February was the second time I had Junk King of Seattle come to our home. As with the first time, the people are wonderful to work with and the price is always right. They came on a gray, dreary day and worked hard outside hauling away our useless, old items that were too large to fit in our cars. Two young men picked up everything I pointed too and cheerfully tossed it in their truck and even helped me move some heavy items we were keeping. They really saved my back doing that. We were getting ready to move after 23 years in our old home so we had a lot of junk. Junk King came to our home twice and both times worked out well and the pricing/sizing system is easy to understand. Everyone we had contact with were friendly, professional and very efficient. The guys were fast and it was done in less than a half hour! Wow! What a difference Junk King made for us. I will definitely call them for future needs.

They came and took more then they had to without charging me, very nice and friendly, helpful fellow.

I had a Big Deal coupon from last year which I totally forgot to use. However, Junk King's policy is to allow the coupon cost to be used against the full cost even though the actual deal was expired. So I didn't lose my $49. Aside from a delay arriving due to traffic issues (through no fault of theirs), the fellows who showed up to pick up the junk were very personable and professional. They were able to move things I simply couldn't lift and cleared out the yard in record time. Besides having people work for the company who are likable and work hard, the price was very reasonable. I will certainly use the company again if I need a lot of debris moved

Driver arrived a few minutes late due to traffic. I showed them all the stuff I wanted hauled away and he evaluated for price. Discounts were offered and we had a deal. Everything was gone and all was paid for in about 1/2 hour.

It went very well. They called before they arrived because they were going to be a little early. I really appreciated that call. They took all the "junk" I had gathered. I had a coupon purchased on Angie's List " but thought I might have more stuff than the coupon would cover so was prepared for an extra charge. But they just took the coupon and drove away with the stuff that had been driving me crazy for some time! Both in person and on several phone calls, Chris was helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company!

They did a very professional job. They were running late due to traffic and let me know with a phone call. When they arrived they looked over everything that needed to go and told me how they would remove the items from 3 different locations in and around the house. They were quick and efficient and removed everything at the price of Deal. It great to have the things gone!

It was great! The two men that came called 30 minutes before they arrived, as they said they would, and moved quickly. They had all types of old appliances, yard tools and "just stuff" ready to go less then an hour. I was amazed at how quickly and efficienlt they were. It was a great job. I highly recommend them!

They showed up on time, though they were supposed to call first (not a problem, as it turned out, as my wife and I were at the house working). They filled their truck with all the bags from the garage that we'd been filling, as well as a sofa, a large TV console and an ancient sewing machine console. The crew was fast, courteous and efficient. They worked hard. I knew there would be a surcharge based on the volume of junk we had, but the surcharge was a bit higher than I had been expecting. But given how long it would have taken me to take the junk to the transfer station myself (as well as the cost of repeated trips), it was worth it.

They were prompt, courteous and accommodating. Some items I wasn't sure qualified, but they figured it was OK. They were fast and careful and explained exactly what they were doing. I asked for tips on how to arrange for the next batch, when we have accumulated some more junk. A great experience. Federal Way is about as far as they can go.

prompt reply, arrived early (a positive thing), loaded all my junk, took extra as they noted I was under their volume estimation (very cool - I can always find more junk to dispose!). Nice truck, uniformed staff. Will use again and again. Totally worth the money - and to not have to go to the transfer station...

Scheduled appointment with the actual company owner (not a dispatcher) and he was great. Two-man crew was energetic, patient, and polite. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

It worked out wonderful. I liked that they just did what they said they were going to do. My interaction with them was fine. The work they did turned out absolutely wonderful. I probably spent another $100 beyond the big deal amount because when they got here I said, "Oh, my god. I've got all this other stuff too."

They came out yesterday and they hauled away piles of junk. They were very accommodating since I scheduled the service 2 months out. I called him to make sure it was still on the schedule and he said he was about ready to call me. It took them about 20 minutes. The guy who came was very pleasant. There were no additional charges either. They left my driveway clean. They do make a serious effort to recycle; for an example I had them take away my old law books and they took those to another book recycle company.

It was fine, it was easy. My husband did the scheduling but it was the same day or next day. Price was reasonable.

It was fine. I had not realized how junk removal was expensive. I paid more for a part of a couch. He was not my most favorite person but he has good reviews.

Contacted right after purchasing a Big Deal for 59 dollars. When I was ready to schedule I emailed via Angie's List, but didn't hear back so called on Tuesday and was able to schedule for Saturday morning. I was told that the Big Deal would cover the sofa and table, and they would need to give me the final total for the rest. Saturday Rick and Chris called to let me know they'd be a little early. When they arrived they did a quick review of my furniture inside and the rest that I had on the back deck. They quoted an additional fifty for the rest. They quickly went about loading everything and were done in under 15 minutes. They were setup with a tablet credit card processor so payment of the extra fifty was easy. Very easy process, and as I'm rehabbing my knee saved me having do it myself.

It went well, but they said there would be an extra charge for some items because of their weight. I did not see that I had much garbage to remove. So I thought their price of $109 was too expensive.

The guys called to confirm my appointment then called when they were on their way. Very polite and very quick about getting the items loaded up and on their way.
